技术领域
本实用新型涉及半月板支架领域,具体为一种负载软骨细胞抗炎半月板支架。
背景技术
制备人工半月板支架的常用组织工程技术为静电纺丝,浇筑成型等。这些方法制备的半月板支架虽然外观尺寸与半月板组织一致,但是却很难实现半月板微观的结构仿生。单纯的利用材料制备成的半月板支架让细胞很难粘附、增殖和迁移,这并不利于半月板的修复。类似半月板微观的有序排列的胶原纤维结构、足够的孔隙结构不仅对于半月板支架的力学性能具有重要意义,同时对于半月板修复更是极其关键。三维打印技术的发展为组织工程的修复带来了新的希望,尤其它具备可以自由控制支架微观结构与孔隙结构的优点,为真正意义上的半月板结构仿生提供了可能。
然而,当前利用三维打印制备的半月板支架仅仅是将把单纯的材料按照半月板宏观结构进行三维模型构建,却并不包含细胞。作为组织工程的重要要素之一,软骨细胞是半月板组织的主要组成部分,它对于半月板的修复具有重要意义。利用三维打印制备组织工程半月板支架,前期的方式是首先三维打印得到不包含细胞的支架材料,然后直接植入用于半月板修复;后期的改进方式是将不包含细胞的支架材料在体外种植上软骨细胞后,然后体外培养待软骨细胞长入支架后再进行植入。前者因为支架不负载软骨细胞,修复结果不良;而后者由于需要长期的体外培养细胞,不利于操作。
半月板损伤通常会给关节带来较为严重的非感染性炎症反应,而这种炎症反应会成为半月板修复的一个重要不利因素。在制备半月板支架的同时兼顾抗炎的需求对于半月板修复也同样重要。而且,目前尚未有可以具备抗炎作用的半月板支架的报道或者应用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种负载软骨细胞抗炎半月板支架。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种负载软骨细胞抗炎半月板支架,包括多个支架组件,所述支架组件包括主基体一和主基体二,所述主基体一和主基体二均包括多个U型件以及连接件,所述连接件设置在U型件的开口侧位置,其中连接件的两端分别与U型件相靠近的一端连接固定。
