Abstract
本实用新型的目的是提供一种光导装置,利用该光导装置,可以除去出射部的点光,形成美观的线状或者带状的细长发光图案。光导装置(11)具备对光源(17)发出的光进行引导的导光板(12),导光板(12)包括:入射部(18),其供光源(17)发出的光入射;反射部(23、24),其将来自入射部(18)的光朝向导光板(12)的内部反射;以及出射部(27),其供来自反射部(23、24)的光向导光板(12)的外部射出,出射部(27)在导光板(12)的周面的第一部分细长地形成,反射部(23、24)包括使来自入射部(18)的光在导光板(12)的周向上散开的扩张面。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种使导光板的周面细长地发光的光导装置。
背景技术
以往,已知有使用导光板、并在其周面上形成线状或者带状的发光图案的光导装置。例如,图7所示的光导装置51应用于车辆用后组合灯50的一部分。该光导装置51具备三维形状的导光板52,在其后端部配置有光源53,在两个外侧缘设置有弯曲的棒状的光导件54,在两个内侧缘呈倾斜状形成有出射部55。而且,利用光导件54引导光源53发出的光,利用光导54的阶梯56使其反射而向导光板52内部导入,从出射部55射出而在灯50的前方形成线状发光图案。
图8所示的以往的光导装置61应用于车辆用转向信号灯60。在该光导装置61的导光板62上,在前侧的周面上设置有出射部63,在后侧的周面上形成有多个入射部65,在各入射部65的左右两侧呈倾斜状形成有反射面66。而且,使多个光源67以规定的间隔依次点亮,利用反射面66将来自入射部65的入射光向导光板62的内部导入,从出射部63射出,在灯60的前方形成连续的带状发光图案。此外,在专利文献1中,记载有与图7所示的光导件54同样地使用弯曲的导光体而使投影透镜的周边部分明亮地发光的技术。

实用新型所要解决的问题
但是,在图7所示的以往的光导装置51中,存在以下问题:由于棒状光导件54的亮度容易因弯曲等变得不均匀,光源53发出的光以不均匀的状态通过导光板52,因此设置在导光板52的内侧缘的出射部55的亮度也变得不均匀,灯50的外观形状的美观度降低。在图8所示的以往的光导装置61中,存在以下问题:由于光源67发出的光在前方的出射部63处直接成为点光68进行显现,因此利用出射部63形成的连续的带状发光图案的美观度降低。另外,也考虑为了缓和点光68而缩窄光源67的间隔并使切口64变浅,但是如此一来,会导致光源67的数量增加而成本变高的其他问题。
因此,本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够去除出射部的点光、并形成美观的线状或者带状的细长发光图案的光导装置。
用于解决问题的方法
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型的光导装置的特征在于,具备对光源发出的光进行引导的导光板,导光板包括:入射部,其供光源发出的光入射;反射部,其将来自入射部的光朝向导光板的内部反射;以及出射部,其供来自反射部的光向导光板的外部射出,出射部在导光板的周面的第一部分细长地形成,反射部包括使来自入射部的光在导光板的周向上散开的扩张面。
在此,反射部的扩张面不限于特定的形状。例如,可以使出射部在导光板的周面的第一部分细长地形成,使反射部在导光板的周面的第二部分细长地形成,在该反射部形成台阶(阶梯)状的扩张面。另外,也可以使反射部在导光板的周面的第二部分细长且平坦地形成,将该反射部的整个区域设为平面状的扩张面。也可以在出射部的表面上设置有产生散射光的微小的散光阶梯。
另外,对导光板的形状也没有特别地限定。例如,可以使用透明树脂材料使导光板成形为三维形状,也可以成形为二维的平板形状。在前者的情况下,导光板包括以规定的角度弯曲的至少两个导光部,在第一导光部形成反射部,在第二导光部形成出射部,在第一导光部与第二导光部之间的角部上可以设置将来自反射部的光从第一导光部向第二导光部传送的光中继部。光中继部可以由本身不发光的多个棱镜构成。
在将导光板成形为平板形状的情况下,例如,优选在导光板上隔着狭缝形成多个指部,在各指部设置入射部,在指部的侧面设置将入射光朝向导光板内部反射的反射部,同时相对于出射部倾斜地形成狭缝。这样一来,由于入射部与出射部之间的光路被狭缝切断,因此难以在出射部出现光源的点光。
实用新型效果
根据本实用新型的光导装置,由于其构成为,在导光板的不同部分设置反射部以及出射部,通过反射部的扩张面使来自入射部的光在导光板的周向上扩张,因此具有能够从出射部消除点光并形成美观的细长发光图案的效果。

具体实施方式
以下,基于附图对将本实用新型具体化的几个实施方式进行说明。图1~图4表示用于车辆用后组合灯的实施例1的光导装置11。图5表示用于车辆用转向信号灯的实施例2的光导装置35。图6表示同样用于车辆用转向信号灯的实施例3的光导装置41。
(实施例1)
如图1所示,实施例1的光导装置11与图7所示的以往装置51同样地具备构成车辆用后组合灯的一部分的导光板12。导光板12由透明树脂成形为三维形状,由形成后组合灯的一个侧面的第一导光部13、形成后组合灯的前表面的一部分的第二导光部14、形成后组合灯的上表面的一部分的第三导光部15构成。第二导光部14形成为,其纵长部分14a相对于第一导光部13以规定的角度弯曲,横长部分14b相对于第三导光部15以规定的角度弯曲。
在第一导光部13与第三导光部15的角部16上,设置有供光源17发出的光入射的入射部18。在光源17中使用LED,通过配置在导光板12的外部的基板19(参照图3中的(a))将多个LED沿角部16排列。如图3中的(a)(图1的a-a线剖视图)所示,在入射部18上,在角部16的外侧形成聚光面20,在角部16的内侧设置有一对分光面21、22。而且,利用聚光面20将光源17发出的光会聚并向入射部18导入,利用第一分光面21使该光穿过第一导光部13的内部并将其向下方引导,利用第二分光面22使该光穿过第三导光部15的内部并将其向侧方引导。
如图2所示,在第一导光部13的后侧端面,形成有将从第一分光面21接受的光在第一导光部13的内部朝向前方反射的第一反射部23。在第三导光部15的后侧端面,形成有将从第二分光面22接受的光在第三导光部15的内部朝向前方反射的第二反射部24。如图3中的(b)(图1的b部放大图)所示,在第一反射部23,形成有用于使来自第一分光面21的光在导光板12的周向、即第一导光部13的后侧端面的延伸方向上散开的多个第一阶梯25。同样地,在第二反射部24上,形成有使来自第二分光面22的光在第三导光部15的后侧端面的延伸方向上散开的多个第二阶梯26(参照图2)。
如图1所示,在第二导光部14的内侧端面,供来自第一反射部23以及第二反射部24的光向导光板12的外部射出的出射部27形成为在纵长部分14a以及横长部分14b的整个长度范围内细长地延伸。在第一导光部13与第二导光部14之间的角部28上,设置有将来自第一反射部23的光从第一导光部13向第二导光部14的纵长部分14a传送的第一光中继部29。在第二导光部14与第三导光部15之间的角部30上,设置有将来自第二反射部24的光从第三导光部15向第二导光部14的横长部分14b传送的第二光中继部31。此外,如图3中的(c)(图1的c-c线剖视图)所示,光中继部29、31由本身不发光的多个棱镜32构成。出射部27呈倾斜状形成于导光板12的内侧周面,在该出射部27的表面上设置有产生散射光的微小的散光阶梯33。
根据如上构成的实施例1的光导装置11,如图4中箭头所示,光源17发出的光从入射部18分配给第一导光部13及第三导光部15,从第一反射部23经由第一光中继部29向第二导光部14传送,同时从第二反射部24经由第二光中继部31向第二导光部14传送,之后从第二导光部14的出射部27向导光板12的外部射出。此时,由于利用第一反射部23以及第二反射部24的阶梯25、26使来自入射部18的光以在导光板12的周向上散开的方式分散,因此能够从出射部27除去点光,在出射部27的整个长度范围内均匀且明亮地发光,形成美观的线状发光图案。尤其是,由于将来自台阶状的阶梯25、26的反射光经由光中继部29、31传送至出射部27,因此能够在三维形状的导光板12中使其内侧周面清晰地发光。
(实施例2)
在图5所示的实施例2的光导装置35中,与图8所示的以往装置61同样地,具备构成车辆用转向信号灯的一部分的导光板36。导光板36由透明树脂成形为平板状,在其前侧周面上设置有带状的出射部37,在后侧周面隔着狭缝38形成有相对于出射部37倾斜的多个指部39。在各指部39的下表面,设置有供光源(LED)40发出的光入射的入射部41,在指部39的前端,形成有将来自入射部41的一部分的光向基端侧折回的反射面43,在指部39的两侧面,细长地形成有将折回的光以及来自入射部41的其他的光朝向导光板36内部反射的平坦的反射部42。反射部42以及狭缝38与指部39同样地形成为相对于出射部37倾斜,入射部41与出射部37之间的光路被狭缝38切断。
因而,根据实施例2的光导装置35,在转向信号灯点亮时,从导光板36的前方看不到光源40,能够从出射部37消除点光,使其前表面以均匀的亮度美观地发光。另外,通过倾斜地形成狭缝38,能够在有限进深的导光板36上形成较长的反射部42,通过使一个光源40能够覆盖的发光范围在导光板36的周向上扩张,并使数量较少的光源40以规定的间隔依次点亮,能够廉价地形成连续的带状的发光图案。
(实施例3)
图6所示的实施例3的光导装置45与实施例2同样地具备构成车辆用转向信号灯的一部分的平板状的导光板46。在导光板46的一端部,设置有供光源40发出的光入射的入射部47、以及使从入射部47朝向导光板46的基端侧的光向前端侧进行方向转换的反射面44。在导光板46的后侧周面,形成有将来自入射部47以及反射面44的光朝向导光板46的前方反射的反射部48。在导光板46的前侧周面,以呈带状延伸的方式形成有将来自反射部48的光向导光板46的外部射出的出射部49。而且,反射部48形成为平坦的连续面,通过使入射光多次反射而使其在导光板46的周向上扩张并分散,出射部49在整个长度范围内形成大致均匀的明亮的带状发光图案。
因而,根据实施例3的光导装置45,也与实施例2同样地,在转向信号灯点亮时,从导光板36的前方看不到光源40,能够使出射部37以没有点光的状态且外观美观地发光,同时能够以较少的光源40廉价地形成连续的带状发光图案。
此外,本实用新型并不限于上述实施例1~3,可以对导光板的形状进行任意变更、或者将光导装置用于各种标识灯、广告灯等,在不偏离本实用新型的主旨的范围内,适当变更各部分的构成而实施。
Claims (7)
1.一种光导装置,其特征在于,
所述光导装置具备对光源发出的光进行引导的导光板,导光板包括:入射部,其供光源发出的光入射;反射部,其将来自入射部的光朝向导光板的内部反射;以及出射部,其供来自反射部的光向导光板的外部射出,所述出射部在导光板的周面的第一部分细长地形成,所述反射部包括使来自入射部的光在导光板的周向上散开的扩张面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光导装置,其特征在于,
所述反射部的扩张面在导光板的周面的第二部分上形成为台阶状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光导装置,其特征在于,
所述反射部的扩张面在导光板的周面的第二部分上形成为平坦状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光导装置,其特征在于,
在所述出射部的表面上设置有产生散射光的微小的散光阶梯。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的光导装置,其特征在于,
所述导光板包括以规定的角度弯曲的第一导光部以及第二导光部,在第一导光部形成有所述反射部,在第二导光部形成有所述出射部,在第一导光部与第二导光部之间的角部设置有将来自反射部的光从第一导光部向第二导光部传送的光中继部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的光导装置,其特征在于,
所述光中继部由本身不发光的多个棱镜构成。
7.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的光导装置,其特征在于,
在所述导光板上隔着狭缝形成多个指部,在各指部设置有所述入射部,在指部的侧面设置有所述反射部,以切断入射部与出射部之间的光路的方式相对于出射部倾斜地形成所述狭缝。
