Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种侧面带凹状造型并具备点亮效果的厚壁光导结构,其由厚壁光导、光导支架、盖板、电路板总成四大部分连接装配而成。电路板总成上的LED光源发出的光线经厚壁光导上的反射面反射后,一部分平行穿过厚壁光导从出光面射出,实现正面主要的信号灯功能;另外一部分光线经凹槽结构折射后从厚壁光导的外侧表面射出实现独特的点亮和造型效果。整个厚壁光导结构简单,点亮效果独特、美观,生产成本较低,深受主机厂青睐。

技术领域
本实用新型属于汽车照明技术领域,具体涉及一种侧面带凹状造型并具备点亮效果的厚壁光导结构。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的繁荣发展,汽车照明技术也在不断进步。车灯正逐渐从原来的卤素光源过渡到LED光源和激光光源,尤其是中高端车型。此外车灯结构也发生了较大变化,原来常见的灯泡加反射碗的结构已经不能满足当前多功能、美观、集成、差异化等诸多汽车照明需求。
随着LED车灯的应用和普及,光导越来越多的用于各种类型的车灯中,如日行灯、转向灯等。光导的作用类似于原来的反射碗,能够将光源发出的光经过折射或反射后引导到特定位置或者射向特定方向以及区域。厚壁光导作为其中的一种,也能实现上述导光作用,然而目前绝大多数此类产品只能将光线导向外透镜的前表面,且只能在一定角度实现点亮效果,这使得车体外侧或厚壁光导侧面没有光线射出,导致点亮效果缺乏层次感、美感和辨识度,且光源不点亮时不够通透。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决现有汽车厚壁光导存在的上述问题,提供一种新型的侧面带凹状造型并具备点亮效果的厚壁光导结构,其包括厚壁光导(1)、光导支架(2)、盖板(3)和电路板总成(4)。其中,厚壁光导(1)与盖板(3)连接后再整体固定在光导支架(2)上,电路板总成(4)固定在厚壁光导(1)上,在电路板总成(4)上设置有光源(5),在厚壁光导外侧表面(6)上设置有凹槽结构(7),光源(5)发出的光线经厚壁光导(1)的反射面(8)反射后,一部分光线从出光面(9)射出,另外一部分光线经凹槽结构(7)折射后从厚壁光导外侧面(6)射出。由此实现了光导出光面(正前方)和外侧面的双重点亮效果。
进一步的,厚壁光导(1)与盖板(3)通过卡扣或螺钉连接固定。
进一步的,厚壁光导(1)与盖板(3)形成的装配体通过卡扣或螺钉与光导支架(2)连接固定,由此形成的厚壁光导装配体通过螺钉固定到灯壳上,厚壁光导装配体与灯壳组成的灯具总装配体通过螺钉固定在车体上。
进一步的,所述厚壁光导的出光面(9)上设置有锯齿形或台阶形的反射结构。
进一步的,所述凹槽结构(7)为点状阵列排布或者线条状阵列排布。
进一步的,所述光源(5)具体为LED光源。
本实用新型提供的厚壁光导结构不仅实现了车体正面(或前表面)的点亮效果,而且在保证该方向照明质量基本不下降的前提下通过增设的凹槽结构将少量光线折射到厚壁光导侧面,形成独特的点亮和造型效果,外观更加时尚、美观,造型更加独特,辨识度非常高。该厚壁光导结构较为简单,制造成本与现有同类产品相当,能够极大的提升汽车的时尚感和设计感,已在某主机厂某型号车型上试用,客户反馈效果较好。

具体实施方式
为使本领域普通技术人员充分理解本实用新型的技术方案和有益效果,以下结合具体实施例及附图进行进一步说明。
如图1-6所示的一种新型厚壁光导结构,主要包括厚壁光导1、光导支架2、盖板3和电路板总成4。其中厚壁光导为注塑成型的高透光度的塑料件(如PC),光导支架和盖板为不透明的塑料件,在盖板上还装饰有镀铬饰件。电路板总成由4块零部件组装而成,其上设置有光源5(LED)、散热结构及电路等。厚壁光导1通过卡扣或螺钉与盖板3连接固定在一起,然后整体与光导支架固定连接并通过螺钉固定,电路板总成4固定在厚壁光导1上。
当电路板总成4通电LED光源点亮时,其发出的光线经厚壁光导1的反射面8反射后,绝大部分光线平行穿过厚壁光导从出光面9射出实现发出信号或警示作用;另外一小部分光线经凹槽阵列7的折射从厚壁光导的外侧表面6射出,形成一定的造型效果。该厚壁光导结构在正面信号功能基本不变的前提下,能形成独特、极具辨识度的侧面造型和通透效果,既满足了法规要求又在不增加成本的情况下提高了灯具的造型美观性,深受主机厂好评。
Claims (6)
1.一种侧面带凹状造型并具备点亮效果的厚壁光导结构,其特征在于其包括厚壁光导(1)、光导支架(2)、盖板(3)和电路板总成(4),所述厚壁光导(1)与盖板(3)连接形成的整体固定在光导支架(2)上,电路板总成(4)固定在厚壁光导(1)上,在电路板总成(4)上设置有光源(5),在厚壁光导外侧表面(6)上设置有凹槽结构(7),光源(5)发出的光线经厚壁光导(1)的反射面(8)反射后,一部分光线从出光面(9)射出,另外一部分光线经凹槽结构(7)折射后从厚壁光导外侧表面(6)射出。
2.如权利要求1所述的厚壁光导结构,其特征在于:厚壁光导(1)与盖板(3)通过卡扣或螺钉连接固定。
3.如权利要求1所述的厚壁光导结构,其特征在于:厚壁光导(1)与盖板(3)形成的装配体通过卡扣或螺钉与光导支架(2)连接固定,由此形成的厚壁光导装配体通过螺钉固定在灯壳上,厚壁光导装配体与灯壳组成的车灯总装配体通过螺钉固定在车体上。
4.如权利要求1所述的厚壁光导结构,其特征在于:所述厚壁光导的出光面(9)上设置有锯齿形或台阶形的反射结构。
5.如权利要求1所述的厚壁光导结构,其特征在于:所述凹槽结构(7)为点状阵列排布或者线条状阵列排布。
6.如权利要求1所述的厚壁光导结构,其特征在于:所述光源(5)具体为LED光源。
