背景技术
对于电机的最大的一个挑战是在使用期间保持电机的部件的冷却。在压缩机的情况下,由压缩机产生的空气流可被用于冷却电机的一些部件。然而,在一般情况下,穿过压缩机的空气流被限制,且不能够有效地流动经过所有部件。因此,压缩机的效率和性能可被小量部件可获得的受限冷却限制。
大体期望以数个方式改进压缩机,比如在吸尘器内的电机。特别地,改进可在尺寸,重量,制造成本,性能,效率,可靠性和噪音等方面被期望。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种压缩机,包括:定子组件,包括多个定子元件;转子组件包括轴,其中至少一个轴承、永磁体和叶轮被安装到轴;支撑体部;以及外部箱,包括空气入口。支撑体部包括中空的细长中心部分,至少一个轴承被安装到所述中心部分,且磁体被定位在所述中心部分内,细长的中心部分包括多个开口,且外部箱的空气入口至少部分地与细长的中心部分内的多个开口轴向地对齐。
结果,在使用中由压缩机产生的空气流能够通过外部箱的空气入口流入压缩机,且在使用期间通过支撑体部的细长的中心部分的开口以冷却磁体。因此,压缩机的多个部件可被有效地冷却,且压缩机的性能和效率可被提高。
空气入口可包括至少一个较大开口,以使空气沿具有轴向和径向分量两者的方向进入压缩机。由此,冷却空气流能够更好地以提供冷却到压缩机的所有内部部件(支撑体部的细长中心部分内侧和外侧两者)的方式进入压缩机。
外部箱可从支撑体部径向间隔开以形成环形空气流通道。结果,除了流动穿过支撑体部的细长的中心部分的空气流之外,冷却空气流可穿过环形通道以冷却被定位在环形空气流通道内的部件。
定子元件可部分地延伸穿过多个开口,且被固定到支撑体部以使它们延伸入环形空气流通道。结果,定子元件可通过支撑体部的细长的中心部分内,以及支撑体部和外部箱之间的环形空气流通道内的两股空气流被冷却。这提供了对于围绕定子元件缠绕的绕组的全方位冷却。结果,绕组可被保持冷却,且压缩机的性能和效率被改善。
印刷电路板可被安装到靠近空气入口的外部箱的端部。较大电子部件可被安装到印刷电路板,其从PCB延伸到用于空气穿过空气入口进入压缩机的空气通道。结果,PCB上的电子部件(特别较大部件)通过在使用期间进入压缩机的空气流冷却。这可进一步地改进压缩机的性能和效率。
在使用中,空气可在支撑体部内侧和支撑体部外侧两者轴向地流动穿过压缩机。
