[0014] 本实用新型通过夹套的设置,利用冷却水进管向夹套中加入冷水,且冷水在导水 板的导向下螺旋向下流动,流道夹套底部的冷水通过排水管排出,利用流动的冷水带走罐 体中由于石灰制浆产生的热量,起到冷却的作用,便于提高石灰的溶解度,利于浆料的快速 制成;通过布水搅拌装置的设置,利用搅拌电机带动旋转轴旋转,旋转轴带动刮料框、第三 搅拌板和布水管旋转,刮料框带动第一搅拌器和第二搅拌器进行公转;第一搅拌器在第一 齿轮和外齿圈的传动下进行自转,第二搅拌器在第二齿轮和外齿圈的传动下进行自转,利 用第一搅拌器和第二搅拌器的公转和自转,提高浆料的搅拌混合质量;利用旋转的第三搅 拌板对罐体中部的浆料进行搅拌混合;利用旋转的刮料框将罐体内壁上粘附的浆料刮下, 便于参1充分混合,利于导热,且在排料时利于完全排料;利用旋转的布水管对水栗鼓入的 清水进行均布,便于和石灰进行充分接触,加快制浆速度。

[0026]本实用新型的工作原理是:通过罐体9侧壁上设置的进料管3向罐体9内部加入石 灰原料,通过布水搅拌装置10向罐体9内部加入清水,清水和石灰在布水搅拌装置1〇的作用 下搅拌混合,利于提高浆料的均匀度;通过罐体9外壁上设置的夹套5,向夹套5中加入冷水, 利用流动的冷水带走石灰制浆过程产生的热量,便于提高石灰的溶解度,利于浆料的顺利 进行;制备好的浆料通过排料管8排出罐体9。

1. 一种带冷却功能的建筑用石灰制浆设备,包括罐体(9);其特征是,所述罐体(9)设置 成顶部开口的空心圆柱体,且罐体(9)顶部开口处设置有盖板(1);盖板(1)下表面焊接固定 有外齿圈(2);罐体(9)顶部侧壁上对称焊接固定有两套进料管(3);罐体(9)外壁上焊接固 定有夹套(5);罐体(9)底面焊接固定有排料管(8)和支架(7);所述排料管(8)上设置有抽屉 式的挡料板;罐体9内部设置有布水搅拌装置10;所述布水搅拌装置10由搅拌电机(18)、旋 转轴(15)、刮料框(22)、第一搅拌器(16)、第二搅拌器(2〇)、第三搅拌板(21)、进水管(25)和 水泵(12)组成;所述搅拌电机(18)通过减速器(17)与旋转轴(I5)连接,且搅拌电机(18)和 减速器(17)通过螺栓固定在罐体(9)底面;所述旋转轴(15)中部交错焊接固定有多层第三 搅拌板(21);旋转轴(15)中上部对称焊接固定有两根布水管(14);旋转轴(15)顶部与进水 管(25)底部套接,且间隙配合;所述进水管(25)底部侧壁通过固定盘(24)固定在盖板(1)上 表面,且进水管(25)上设置有水泵(12);旋转轴(15)侧壁上对称焊接固定有两套刮料框 (22);所述刮料框(22)设置成U型,且两套刮料框(22)通过套筒(I9)与第一搅拌器(丨6)和第 二搅拌器(20)连接。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的带冷却功能的建筑用石灰制楽设备,其特征是,所述盖板(1) 通过螺栓和螺母的相互旋合与罐体(9)固定连接,且连接处设置有密封圈;盖板(1)和罐体 (9)均由不锈钢制成。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的带冷却功能的建筑用石灰制楽设备,其特征是,所述夹套(5) 顶部侧壁上焊接固定有冷却水进管(4),夹套(5)底部侧壁上焊接固定有排水管(6),且夹套 (5)内部螺旋设置有导水板(11)。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的带冷却功能的建筑用石灰制楽设备,其特征是,所述旋转轴 (15)通过滚动轴承与盖板(1)和罐体(9)连接,且旋转轴(15)与罐体(9)连接处设置有密封 圈。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带冷却功能的建筑用石灰制衆设备,其特征是,所述第三搅拌 板(21)设置成截面为V型的不锈钢板。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的带冷却功能的建筑用石灰制楽设备,其特征是,所述布水管 (14)表面均布有若干布水孔(23),且布水管(14)和旋转轴(15)内部设置有水道(13)。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的带冷却功能的建筑用石灰制浆设备,其特征是,所述第一搅拌 器(16)由第一搅拌轴(27)、第一搅拌板(28)和第一齿轮(26)组成;所述第一搅拌轴(27)顶 部和底部通过套筒(19)与刮料框(22)连接,且第一搅拌轴(27)顶部与第一齿轮(26)下表面 中部焊接固定;所述第一齿轮(26)与外齿圈®相互嗤合;所述第一搅拌板(28)螺旋焊接固 定在第一搅拌轴(27)上。
8. 根据权利要求1所述的带冷却功能的建筑用石灰制浆设备,其特征是,所述第二搅拌 器(20)由第二搅拌轴(32)、第二搅拌板(30)和第二齿轮(29)组成;所述第二搅拌轴(32)顶 部和底部通过套筒(19)与刮料框(22)连接,且第二搅拌轴(32)顶部与第二齿轮(29)下表面 中部焊接固定;所述第二齿轮(29)与外齿圈(2)相互啮合;所述第二搅拌板(3〇)设置有四 片,等角度焊接固定在第二搅拌轴(32)上,且第二搅拌板(3〇)表面均布有若干导料孔(31)。
