本实用新型涉及粮油生产领域，尤其涉及一种新型风选装置。
背景技术
分选装置是利用风力分离出油料中较轻杂质的设备，主要用于棉籽、菜籽、蓖麻子等的清理。现有的风选装置结构较为复杂、物料下料过程中分散不够，导致风选不彻底，影响加工的产品质量；同时，针较重的颗粒杂质难以清除，影响后续工序的加工，也容易造成设备故障。

针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种结构简单、风选彻底的新型风选装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：所述新型风选装置包括风选箱，所述风选箱的顶部设有进料斗，所述进料斗的下方设有分料装置，所述分料装置下方设有筛网，所述筛网的一端连接出料口，所述筛网的一侧设有风机，另一侧设有排杂口，所述筛网的下方设有小颗粒出口。
在本实用新型提供的新型风选装置的一种较佳实施例中，所述分料装置包括分料板和凸轮机构，所述凸轮机构驱动所述分料板做钟摆运动，将下落的物料进行抛撒。
在本实用新型提供的新型风选装置的一种较佳实施例中，所述风机采用可调节风量的风机，且所述风机的出风口处设有向风选箱内倾斜的导风板。
在本实用新型提供的新型风选装置的一种较佳实施例中，所述风机的出风口处还设有防护网。
在本实用新型提供的新型风选装置的一种较佳实施例中，所述进料斗的底部设有下料阀，用于调节进料量。
在本实用新型提供的新型风选装置的一种较佳实施例中，所述筛网设为与水平方向呈20～30°的倾斜结构。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型提供的新型风选装置的有益效果是：
一、本实用新型在所述进料斗下方设一所述分料装置，将下落待风选的物料向所述筛网抛撒，同时利用所述风机进行风选，将轻质杂质和不饱满的颗粒剔除，风选彻底，可以提高下料速度，从而提供了生产效率；

优选地，所述风机16采用可调节风量的风机，且所述风机16的出风口处设有向风选箱内倾斜的导风板19，所述风机16的出风口处还设有防护网20。
优选地，所述进料斗12的底部设有下料阀122，用于调节进料量。
优选地，所述筛网14设为与水平方向呈20～30°的倾斜结构。
