【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,所述电连接器的对接部相对于其安装面倾斜延伸。
【背景技术】
美国发明专利公告第7811131号公开了一种电连接器,所述电连接器包括绝缘本体、固定于所述绝缘本体的若干导电端子及遮覆在所述绝缘本体外的内壳体及外壳体。所述绝缘本体包括基部及自所述基部沿对接方向延伸的对接部,所述基部设有安装面及与所述安装面相对的顶面,所述对接部自所述顶面沿着与所述安装面倾斜的方向延伸。所述外壳体设有弯折延伸的电路板安装脚以垂直安装于一电路板上。所述电连接器整体相对于所述电路板倾斜设置,因此,所述电连接器的抓板力并不是很好,特别是在插拔的过程中,所述电连接器很容易因为受到不当外力而脱板。
所以,希望设计一种新型的方案以改善上述问题。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种电连接器,其可以克服电连接器抓板力不佳的缺陷。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型可采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,定义有对接方向,该电连接器包括绝缘本体、固定在所述绝缘本体内的导电端子、遮覆在所述绝缘本体外的内壳体及外壳体,所述绝缘本体具有基部及沿所述对接方向延伸的对接部,所述基部具有安装面,所述安装面相对于所述对接方向倾斜延展,所述内壳体设有第一安装脚,所述外壳体设有第二安装脚,所述第一安装脚与第二安装脚并脚设置。
进一步的,所述第一安装脚及第二安装脚呈舌片状结构,所述第一安装脚与第二安装脚在厚度方向上并列设置。
进一步的,所述第一安装脚及第二安装脚呈舌片状结构,所述第一安装脚与第二安装脚在宽度方向上并列设置。
进一步的,所述第一安装脚与第二安装脚安装至一电路板的同一安装孔内。
进一步的,所述内壳体具有遮覆在所述绝缘本体外的内主体部,所述外壳体具有遮覆在所述绝缘本体外的外主体部,所述第一安装脚与第二安装脚分别自所述内主体部与外主体部弯折延伸而使得所述第一、第二安装脚可以垂直安装于一电路板上。

进一步的,所述第一表面一侧与第二表面一侧均设有所述第一安装脚与第二安装脚,位于所述第一表面一侧的第一安装脚与第二安装脚的长度均小于位于所述第二表面一侧的第一安装脚及第二安装脚的长度。
进一步的,所述第一表面一侧与第二表面一侧均设有所述第一安装脚与第二安装脚,在第一表面一侧,相邻所述第一安装脚与第二安装脚在厚度方向上并列设置,在第二表面一侧,相邻所述第一安装脚与第二安装脚在宽度方向上并列设置。

参图1、图2及图6,本实用新型提供了一种电连接器100,所述电连接器100安装于一电路板200上,所述电连接器100定义有对接方向T。所述电连接器100包括绝缘本体1、固定在所述绝缘本体1内的导电端子2、金属锁扣件5、遮覆在所述绝缘本体1外的内壳体3及外壳体4。所述电连接器100具有安装面1000,所述安装面1000相对于所述对接方向T倾斜延展。所述内壳体3设有第一安装脚31,所述外壳体4设有第二安装脚41,所述第一安装脚31与第二安装脚41并脚设置,如此,所述电连接器100稳定的安装于所述电路板200上。

综上所述,本实用新型电连接器100的安装稳定性较强,其支撑力及抓板力都得到了很大的加强。
