本实用新型是一种自行车、三轮车省力骑快器,属于人力交通运输节能增速器。该器由后轴飞轮(1)、异形链轮(2)、螺钉(3)、可调圆盘(4)、右大腿(5)、右脚蹬(6)组成。该器结构紧凑,可调最佳用力部位,可装入自行车全链套内;骑车时,充分合理利用惯性,发挥人体瞬间最佳效能,作到骑车时既省力又骑快。在省力15~20%时,能骑快10~20%。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种自行车、三轮车省力骑快器,它属于自行车、三轮车人力交通运输机械节能增速器件领域。
国内外现有技术是:国内人力三轮车采用直径大小不同的驱动链轮来变速;国内外自行车内变速器在后轴内部改变齿轮传动速比来变速;外变速器在中轴及后轴外部改变链轮与飞轮传动速比来变速。但以上变速方式存在这样的问题:均需手动换档变速,快档能骑快但费力;慢档能省力但不快。
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种不需手动换档的自行车、三轮车省力骑快器。
本实用新型的效果是:结构紧凑,安装使用简便,不需手动换档作到自动无级变速,有效地做到骑车时既省力又骑快。省力15-20%,骑快10-20%。
下面结合实施例详细说明本实用新型的结构及工作原理。

实施例:
省力骑快器的构造见附图2:它由后轴飞轮(1)、链轮(2)、螺钉(3)、可调圆盘(4)、右大腿(5)、右脚蹬(6)组成。链轮(2)上有2个螺孔(7),右大腿(5)上焊装可调圆盘(4),圆盘上有2个月牙孔(9),月牙孔与螺孔中心在同一圆周上,用于调节右大腿与链轮(2)长、短半径间的夹角,以选定脚蹬最佳施力点;夹角调节范围为0度至90度。链轮(2)与可调圆盘(4)由螺钉(3)固定,链轮的内孔(8)与圆盘的凸台(10)同直径同心。省力骑快器的传动示意图见附图1:传动开始时,双园端平键型凸轮廓形的链轮(2)(附图3),其长半径先驱动后轴飞轮(1),此时速比大车速快。链轮(2)顺时针旋转90度时,其短半径驱动飞轮(1),此时速比小骑车省力。链轮(2)顺时针旋转180度时,又速比大车速快。链轮(2)顺时针旋转270度时,又速比小骑车省力。链轮(2)顺时针旋转360度时,第二循环开始。每次循环中,左、右大腿各有一次车速快,并各有一次用力省,借助惯性省力骑快。

1、一种由后轴飞轮(1)、链轮(2)、右大腿(5)、右脚蹬(6)组成的自行车、三轮车省力骑快器,其特征在于:链轮(2)上有2个螺孔(7),右大腿(5)上焊装可调圆盘(4),圆盘上有2个月牙孔(9),月牙孔与螺孔中心在同一圆周上,链轮(2)与可调圆盘(4)由螺钉(3)固定,链轮的内孔(8)与圆盘的凸台(10)同直径同心。
2、根据权利要求1所述的省力骑快器,其特征在于:链轮(2)为双圆端平键型凸轮廓形。
