本实用新型涉及车床辅助加工设备技术领域,特别提供了一种带钻刀刀架的车床,钻刀刀架固定在车床的大拖板上,钻刀刀架包括底板、刀架座、法兰、刀套和固定组件,底板与车床的大拖板固定,刀架座固定在底板上,法兰与刀架座可转动地连接,并且法兰与刀架座可通过固定组件卡住,在刀套内插入钻刀并固定后,将钻刀通过转动法兰移动到加工位置,用固定组件卡住法兰,即可对工件进行钻孔。本实用新型即可实现车削加工又可实现钻削加工,并且该钻刀刀架可实现快速换刀,节省换刀时间。

本实用新型涉及车床辅助加工设备技术领域,特别提供了一种带钻刀刀架的车床。
背景技术
通常车床是用来车削加工工件的机床,在某些特殊情况下也可在车床尾座安装钻头对工件进行钻孔,但遇到需要多种钻刀加工的情况就非常麻烦,需要多次更换钻刀,浪费大量时间,若采用钻床,则需要增加一台钻床成本,造成浪费,并且普通钻床也不能实现快速换刀。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种带钻刀刀架的车床,该车床即可实现车削加工又可实现钻削加工,并且该钻刀刀架可实现快速换刀,节省换刀时间。
本实用新型是这样实现的,提供一种带钻刀刀架的车床,钻刀刀架固定在车床的大拖板上,钻刀刀架包括:
底板,与车床的大拖板固定;
刀架座,下表面一部分固定在所述底板上,另一部分伸出底板,伸出底板的部分上设有一个贯穿的销孔,上表面中心处设有阶梯轴;
法兰,具有中心孔和定位孔,通过轴承与所述刀架座连接,所述阶梯轴穿出法兰中心孔,阶梯轴穿出中心孔的部分套设有套筒,阶梯轴穿出套筒的部分设置帽式结构,每个定位孔经过旋转均能与所述销孔对准;
刀套,有多个,固定在所述法兰上表面上,刀套上设有紧刀螺钉,钻刀插入刀套后通过紧刀螺钉固定;
固定组件,固定在所述刀架座的销孔中,可伸入所述法兰定位孔将法兰固定。
进一步地,固定组件包括台阶销、弹簧,压盖和杠杆,台阶销设置在所述刀架座的销孔中,其台阶下侧设置弹簧,弹簧的另一端顶在固定在所述销孔边缘的压盖上,台阶销下端伸出所述销孔并与所述杠杆销钉连接,压盖通过螺钉固定在销孔边沿的刀架座上。
进一步地,帽式结构为:在所述阶梯轴上端设有外螺纹,一螺帽与阶梯轴上端螺纹连接,形成帽式结构。
进一步地,法兰上的定位孔设有8个,每两个定位孔之间的弧长相等,每个定位孔与所述销孔对准之后,均有一个所述钻刀位于加工位置。
进一步地,刀套设有8个,均分设置在所述法兰上表面上。
进一步地,紧刀螺钉设有3个。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:
1、该车床可实现普通车削加工又可实现钻削加工,一床两用,相当于节约了一台钻床成本;
2、钻削加工时,可实现快速换刀,减少换刀时间,降低了劳动强度;
3、钻刀通过钻刀架与机床固定位置,换刀后可精准定位;
4、该车床对于加工同轴阶梯孔有明显优势。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
为了在车床上实现对工件钻刀加工,并且实现快速更换不同钻刀种类,本实用新型提供了一种带钻刀刀架的车床,参考图1,车床包含底座1、进给箱2、挂轮箱3、主轴箱4、主轴5、大拖板6、尾座8和溜板箱7,钻刀刀架9固定在车床的大拖板6上,钻刀刀架9包括底板91、刀架座92、法兰93、刀套94和固定组件95,底板91与车床的大拖板6固定;刀架座92下表面一部分固定在底板91上,另一部分伸出底板91,伸出底板91的部分上设有一个贯穿的销孔,上表面中心处设有阶梯轴911;法兰93具有中心孔和定位孔,通过轴承97与刀架座92连接,阶梯轴911穿出法兰93中心孔,阶梯轴911穿出中心孔的部分套设有套筒95,阶梯轴911穿出套筒95的部分设置帽式结构96,每个定位孔经过旋转均能与销孔对准;刀套94有多个,固定在法兰93上表面上,刀套94上设有紧刀螺钉941,钻刀插入刀套94后通过紧刀螺钉941固定;固定组件固定在刀架座92的销孔中,可伸入法兰93定位孔将法兰93固定。
自然状态下固定组件上端位于法兰93的定位孔内,当需要使用不同钻刀对工件进行加工时,把目标钻刀插入到刀套94内,将固定组件在外力作用下移动出法兰93定位孔,用手转动法兰93,将目标钻刀精准定位到加工位置时,法兰93上相应的定位孔与刀架座92上的销孔对准,再使固定组件上端进入到法兰93定位孔,卡住法兰93,即可用目标钻刀对工件进行加工。
作为一种优选的实施方式,固定组件是按照如下设计的:参考图2和图3,包括台阶销981、弹簧982,压盖985和杠杆983,台阶销981设置在刀架座93的销孔中,其台阶下侧设置弹簧982,弹簧982的另一端顶在固定在所述销孔边缘的压盖985上,台阶销981下端伸出销孔并与杠杆983利用销钉986连接,压盖985通过螺钉984固定在销孔边沿的刀架座92上。
当使用该种优选方式的固定组件进行目标钻刀的选择以及法兰93的固定时,将杠杆983上移,使杠杆983与刀架座92的边缘干涉,形成支点,从而将台阶销981挤压弹簧982下移出法兰93的定位孔,即可转动法兰将目标钻刀转动至加工位置,再松开杠杆983,在弹簧982的作用下台阶销981上端重新进入到法兰93定位孔中,卡住法兰93,防止法兰93转动,将目标钻刀精准定位。
作为一种优选的实施方式,帽式结构为:在阶梯轴911上端设有外螺纹,一螺帽与阶梯轴911上端螺纹连接,形成帽式结构。装配好套筒95后,把螺帽旋转到阶梯轴911的外螺纹上即可,套筒95和螺帽起到防止法兰上下跳动的作用。
作为技术方案的优选:法兰93上的定位孔设有8个,每两个定位孔之间的弧长相等,每个定位孔与销孔对准之后,均有一个钻刀位于加工位置。
参考图4,刀套94设有8个,均分设置在法兰93上表面上。
为了加强钻刀与刀套94的连接强度,作为技术方案的改进,紧刀螺钉941设有3个。

Claims (6)

1.带钻刀刀架的车床,其特征在于,钻刀刀架固定在车床的大拖板上,钻刀刀架包括:
底板,与车床的大拖板固定;
刀架座,下表面一部分固定在所述底板上,另一部分伸出底板,伸出底板的部分上设有一个贯穿的销孔,上表面中心处设有阶梯轴;
法兰,具有中心孔和定位孔,通过轴承与所述刀架座连接,所述阶梯轴穿出法兰中心孔,阶梯轴穿出中心孔的部分套设有套筒,阶梯轴穿出套筒的部分设置帽式结构,每个定位孔经过旋转均能与所述销孔对准;
刀套,有多个,固定在所述法兰上表面上,刀套上设有紧刀螺钉,钻刀插入刀套后通过紧刀螺钉固定;
固定组件,固定在所述刀架座的销孔中,可伸入所述法兰定位孔将法兰固定。
2.按照权利要求1所述的带钻刀刀架的车床,其特征在于,所述固定组件包括台阶销、弹簧,压盖和杠杆,台阶销设置在所述刀架座的销孔中,其台阶下侧设置弹簧,弹簧的另一端顶在固定在所述销孔边缘的压盖上,台阶销下端伸出所述销孔并与所述杠杆销钉连接,压盖通过螺钉固定在销孔边沿的刀架座上。

5.按照权利要求1所述的带钻刀刀架的车床,其特征在于,所述刀套设有8个,均分设置在所述法兰上表面上。
6.按照权利要求1所述的带钻刀刀架的车床,其特征在于,所述紧刀螺钉设有3个。
