本实用新型是关于一种密封框取料装置。
【背景技术】
目前在装配洗碗机时，需要将几大件装配起来，目前不能完全达到自动化。申请人对此研发一种装配洗碗机的自动生产线。而本案涉及的是将洗碗机的密封框从输送线上取出来并送到加工工位的装置。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种设计巧妙、效率高、效果好的密封框取料装置。
针对上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种密封框取料装置，其特征在于包括放置密封框1的输送线2，在输送线2的末端设有可将密封框1顶起的气缸3和将顶起的密封框1夹住并翻转的翻转装置4，在输送线2的旁边设有将翻转后的密封框1夹取并送到加工位的提送装置5。
如上所述的一种密封框取料装置，其特征在于所述翻转装置4包括有支架41，在支架41上铰接有两个相对的转轴42，在支架41上设有翻转气缸43，翻转气缸43的气缸杆通过转如上臂44连接到转轴42上并推动转轴42转动，在转轴42上设有可夹住密封框1的第一夹爪45和拖拉第一夹爪45进行张紧的第一张紧气缸46。
如上所述的一种密封框取料装置，其特征在于所述提送装置5包括有纵向导轨51，在纵向导轨51上设有纵向滑座52，在纵向滑座52上设有纵向驱动电机53，纵向驱动电机53通过皮带驱动纵向滑座52滑动；在纵向滑座52上设有横向导轨54，在横向导轨54上设有横向滑座55，在横向滑座55上横向驱动电机，横向驱动电机通过皮带驱动横向滑座55滑动；在横向滑座55上设有竖直升降导轨56，在竖直升降导轨56上设有限位座57，在限位座57上设有升降电机58，升降电机58通过皮带驱动竖直升降导轨56进行升降，在竖直升降导轨56底部设有提取架510，在提取架510底部设有将翻转后的密封框1夹取的第二夹爪组件59。
本实用新型的有益效果有:
本案先利用气缸将密封框从输送线上顶起，之后再利用翻转装置将顶起的密封框夹住并翻转一定角度。之后再利用提送装置将翻转后的密封框进行提取和送到加工位。
此外，本案还具有结构简单、实用、节省成本、效率高等优点。

下面结合附图与实施例对本实用新型作详细说明：
如图所示，一种密封框取料装置，包括放置密封框1的输送线2，在输送线2的末端设有可将密封框1顶起的气缸3和将顶起的密封框1夹住并翻转的翻转装置4。在气缸3的输出轴上设有与密封框1配合的顶起块。在输送线2的旁边设有将翻转后的密封框1夹取并送到加工位的提送装置5。其过程是：先利用气缸将密封框从输送线上顶起，之后再利用翻转装置将顶起的密封框夹住并翻转一定角度。之后再利用提送装置将翻转后的密封框进行提取和送到加工位。
具体来说，所述翻转装置4包括有支架41，在支架41上铰接有两个相对的转轴42，在支架41上设有翻转气缸43，翻转气缸43的气缸杆通过转臂44连接到转轴42上并推动转轴42转动，在转轴42上设有可夹住密封框1的第一夹爪45和拖拉第一夹爪45进行张紧的第一张紧气缸46。即利用第一夹爪45和第一张紧气缸46将密封框1夹住，之后再利用翻转气缸43通过转臂44带动转轴42转动，从而完成密封框1的翻转。
此外，所述提送装置5包括有纵向导轨51，在纵向导轨51上设有纵向滑座52，在纵向滑座52上设有纵向驱动电机53，纵向驱动电机53通过皮带驱动纵向滑座52滑动。在纵向滑座52上设有横向导轨54，在横向导轨54上设有横向滑座55，在横向滑座55上横向驱动电机，横向驱动电机通过皮带驱动横向滑座55滑动；在横向滑座55上设有竖直升降导轨56，在竖直升降导轨56上设有限位座57，在限位座57上设有升降电机58，升降电机58通过皮带驱动竖直升降导轨56进行升降，在竖直升降导轨56底部设有提取架510，在提取架510底部设有将翻转后的密封框1夹取的第二夹爪组件59。利用纵向驱动电机53来带动第二夹爪组件59纵向移动；利用横向驱动电机来带动第二夹爪组件59横向移动；利用升降电机58来带动第二夹爪组件59进行升降，最后利用第二夹爪组件59将密封框1夹住，实现将密封框1从输送线2提取并输送到加工工位的功能。

1.一种密封框取料装置，其特征在于包括放置密封框(1)的输送线(2)，在输送线(2)的末端设有可将密封框(1)顶起的气缸(3)和将顶起的密封框(1)夹住并翻转的翻转装置(4)，在输送线(2)的旁边设有将翻转后的密封框(1)夹取并送到加工位的提送装置(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种密封框取料装置，其特征在于所述翻转装置(4)包括有支架(41)，在支架(41)上铰接有两个相对的转轴(42)，在支架(41)上设有翻转气缸(43)，翻转气缸(43)的气缸杆通过转臂(44)连接到转轴(42)上并推动转轴(42)转动，在转轴(42)上设有可夹住密封框(1)的第一夹爪(45)和拖拉第一夹爪(45)进行张紧的第一张紧气缸(46)。
