[0002]随着全自动切割行业的不断发展,全自动切割机已广泛应用在铁路、机械制造、金属构件、压力容器、模型制造业等行业领域中,目前在对耐磨节能衬板的定型切割中,往往所用的只是普通切割机,这种切割机工作效率较低,切割速度较慢,自动化程度也并不高,需要人工送料,存在一定的安全隐患,为此,我们提出一种全自动耐磨节能衬板定型切割机。

[0004]为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种全自动耐磨节能衬板定型切割机,包括两个相互平行的基座,所述基座之间设有工作台,基座一侧固定有第一电机,基座上设有滑槽,所述滑槽内设有丝杠和滑块,所述滑块和丝杠配合连接,滑块和滑槽活动卡接,所述丝杠与第一电机的输出轴连接,所述滑块上表面固定连接有横梁,所述横梁上设有横向导轨,所述横向导轨上套装有直线电机,所述直线电机上设有等离子切割头,所述工作台一侧设有固定装置,工作台另一侧设有一对支撑腿,所述支撑腿上设有支撑板,所述支撑板之间设有相互平行的主动轴和固定轴,所述主动轴上套接有主动滚筒,主动轴左端穿过支撑板上的孔与第二电机的输出轴连接,所述固定轴上套接有从动滚筒,所述主动滚筒和从动滚筒上套接有传送带,所述固定装置包括固定杆、固定块和电动伸缩杆,所述电动伸缩杆上端固定连接固定杆,所述固定块设置在固定杆朝向工作台的一侧。

[0014]请参阅图1-3,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种全自动耐磨节能衬板定型切割机,包括两个相互平行的基座I,基座I之间设有工作台6,基座I一侧固定有第一电机5,两个第一电机5同步,基座I上设有滑槽2,滑槽2内设有丝杠3和滑块4,滑块4和丝杠3配合连接,滑块4和滑槽2活动卡接,滑槽2两端均设有限位件,该限位件为固定环或塑胶挡块,防止滑块4滑落,丝杠3与第一电机5的输出轴连接,利用丝杠3和滑块4的配合可以实现切割装置的纵向移动,滑块4上表面固定连接有横梁7,横梁7上设有横向导轨8,横向导轨8上套装有直线电机9,横向导轨8两端均设有限位件,用来限制直线电机9的运动范围,直线电机9上设有等离子切割头10,利用直线电机9和横向导轨8可以实现切割装置的横向移动,利用等离子切割头10,能够提高切割效率,加快切割速度,工作台6—侧设有固定装置19,工作台6另一侧设有两个相互平行的支撑腿U,支撑腿11上设有支撑板12,支撑板12之间设有相互平行的主动轴13和固定轴14,主动轴13上套接有主动滚筒15,主动轴13左端穿过支撑板12上的孔与第二电机18的输出轴连接,固定轴14上套接有从动滚筒16,主动滚筒15和从动滚筒16上套接有传送带17,第二电机18带动主动轴13转动,从而带动主动滚筒15转动,主动滚筒15转动通过传送带17带动从动滚筒16的转动,实现材料的输送,工作台6上表面和传送带17上表面平齐,使传送带17能够准确地输送待切割衬板到工作台6上,采用以传送带17为主的送料装置,实现自动化送料,提高安全性,固定装置19包括固定杆191、固定块192和电动伸缩杆193,电动伸缩杆193上端固定连接固定杆191,固定块192设置在固定杆191朝向工作台6的一侧,在固定装置19中,电动伸缩杆193的数量为两个,固定块192的数量为三个,且固定块192下侧设有压紧结构,电动伸缩杆193控制固定块192的升降,固定块192对输送到工作台6上的衬板进行固定,采用固定装置19,能够夹紧待切割衬板,提高切割的精确性,整个装置自动化程度较高,,结构合理,切割效率高。
