本实用新型涉及一种小间距LED显示屏,尤其涉及一种多层磁吸式前维护小间距LED显示屏,属于LED设备技术领域。本实用新型的结构包括含有发光二极管的面阵驱动板,所述面阵驱动板的四周设有间隔固定的垫块,面阵驱动板与中心固定铁板的第一安装板固连构成模块,所述模块与第二安装板经磁力吸合构成外层磁吸结构,所述第二安装板与箱体或安装构件经磁力吸合构成内层磁吸结构;所述外层磁吸结构的磁力小于内层磁吸结构的磁力;所述由箱体或安装构件上经磁力吸附至少两块模块组成的模块组件。其优点是:既解决了小磁力的磁吸式模块在安装后的微小偏移和挤压的问题,又解决了模块固定于箱体或安装构件上导致的无法调整平面度和模块间隙的问题,拆装便捷。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种小间距LED显示屏,尤其涉及一种多层磁吸式前维护小间距LED显示屏,属于LED设备技术领域。
背景技术
LED显示屏由于节能环保得到了普遍应用。特别是点间距在3mm以下的小间距显示屏,因色彩艳丽、分辨率高、无缝拼接和超强静音等优点,市场需求量日益增加。目前,国内外的磁吸式前维护小间距LED显示屏是采用单个模块吸附,再将多个模块通过磁钢座直接吸附在箱体或安装构件上,为满足实际装拆需要,其磁吸力较小,在拼装成LED大屏后,磁吸式模块的微小偏移、相互挤压,均会造成大屏在维护时反复拆装带来的不可调整及修复的平整度和大小不一的模块间隙;为避免小磁力的磁吸式模块在安装后的微小偏移和挤压,而将其固定吸附于箱体或安装构件上,却由于其不可调整性,在实际应用时,不能有效地解决安装结构或安装面等相关构件带来的积累误差,也就不能很好保证平整度与模块间隙。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提出一种多层磁吸式前维护小间距LED显示屏,安装便捷,能保证小间距LED显示屏的平整度与模块间隙,可在正面安装和检修的多层磁吸式前维护小间距LED显示屏。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案解决技术问题,多层磁吸式前维护小间距LED显示屏,包括含有发光二极管的面阵驱动板,
所述面阵驱动板的四周设有间隔固定的垫块,面阵驱动板与中心固定铁板的第一安装板固连构成模块,所述模块与第二安装板经磁力吸合构成外层磁吸结构,所述第二安装板与箱体或安装构件经磁力吸合构成内层磁吸结构;所述外层磁吸结构的磁力小于内层磁吸结构的磁力;所述由箱体或安装构件上经磁力吸附至少两块模块组成的模块组件。
本实用新型适用于点间距在3mm以下的小间距显示屏,采用此种结构后,模块通过低磁性的最外层磁吸结构固定在第二安装板上,装拆便捷;模块组件通过高磁性的内层磁吸结构固定在箱体或安装构件上,安装方便。
其中,所述发光二极管的尺寸小于2.5mmX2.5mmX2.0mm,所述发光二极管为排列贴装,构成一个M行XN列的像素矩阵,其中M,N均为正整数。所述模块外形尺寸小于700mmX700mm。所述模块为三基色、双基色或单基色。所述模块为单块板、双块板或至少三块板。所述模块的电路板为单层板、双层板或至少三层板。
进一步地,所述模块的磁吸结构层为N层,其中N≥2;当N=2时,磁吸结构层由外层磁吸结构和内层磁吸结构组成,当N>2时,磁吸结结构层由外层磁吸结构和内层磁吸结构之间设置安装板组成。安装板即为磁吸层,通过含磁芯的连接件与模块和第二安装板连接。
本实用新型通过调节磁钢座来保证显示屏的平面度和模块间隙,由于外层磁吸结构的磁力小于内层磁吸结构的磁力,当模块需要检修时,通过模块专用吸盘,将磁性较小的模块吸出,如内部系统出现问题,可以再通过工具或借用手的力量将磁性较大的第二安装板整体取出,即可进行正面的维护。其优点是:通过设置不同的磁力吸附,既解决了小磁力的磁吸式模块在安装后的微小偏移和挤压的问题,又解决了模块固定于箱体或安装构件上导致的无法调整平面度和模块间隙的问题,构思奇巧,拆装便捷。

具体实施方式
实施例一
本实施例的结构如图1-图4所示,多层磁吸式前维护小间距LED显示屏,含有发光二极管的面阵驱动板2-1,发光二极管2-8的尺寸小于2.5mmX2.5mmX2.0mm,发光二极管为排列贴装,构成一个M行XN列的像素矩阵,其中M,N均为正整数。面阵驱动板2-1的四周设有间隔固定的垫块2-2,面阵驱动板2-1与中心固定铁板2-3的第一安装板2-4固连构成模块2,模块2外形尺寸小于700mmX700mm。模块2为三基色、双基色或单基色。模块2为单块板、双块板或至少三块板。所述模块的电路板为单层板、双层板或至少三层板。第一安装板的板面低于模块垫块面,本实施例中采用的模块的磁吸结构层为2层,模块与第二安装板2-5经磁力吸合,装有小磁芯的连接件2-6可以装在第二安装板2-5上,也可以装在第一安装板2-4上构成外层磁吸结构,用垫片、螺母将长螺钉固定在大安装板2-5的四周,再将装有大磁芯的磁钢座2-7固定于长螺钉上而与第二安装板2-5固连,以构成内层磁吸结构;外层磁吸结构的磁力小于内层磁吸结构的磁力;由两块模块组成的模块组件经磁力吸附在(箱体或安装构件)1上。该实施例适用于点间距在3mm以下的小间距显示屏,采用此种结构后,模块通过低磁性的最外层磁吸结构固定在第二安装板上,装拆便捷;模块组件通过高磁性的内层磁吸结构固定在箱体或安装构件上,安装方便。
在拆卸模块时,只需用含有磁性的模块专用吸盘通过铁板2-3的吸力吸附于模块表面,将模块吸出,再通过工具或借用手的力量将磁性较大的第二安装板整体取出进行维修。
实施例二
如图5所示,本实施例与实施例一的结构大致相同,不同之处在于,本实施例为三层磁吸结构,即在模块和第二安装板之间经磁力吸合一块安装板3,安装板3通过含磁芯的连接件与模块和第二安装板连接。
除上述实施外,本实用新型还可以有其他实施方式。如模块的磁吸结构层的层数,连接件的放置位置以及磁钢座的磁吸位置等,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本实用新型要求的保护范围。

1.多层磁吸式前维护小间距LED显示屏,包括含有发光二极管的面阵驱动板,其特征在于:所述面阵驱动板的四周设有间隔固定的垫块,面阵驱动板与中心固定铁板的第一安装板固连构成模块,所述模块与第二安装板经磁力吸合构成外层磁吸结构,所述第二安装板与箱体或安装构件经磁力吸合构成内层磁吸结构;所述外层磁吸结构的磁力小于内层磁吸结构的磁力;所述箱体或安装构件上经磁力吸附至少两块由模块组成的模块组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述多层磁吸式前维护小间距LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述发光二极管的尺寸小于2.5mmX2.5mmX2.0mm,所述发光二极管为排列贴装,构成一个M行XN列的像素矩阵,其中M,N均为正整数。
3.根据权利要求1所述多层磁吸式前维护小间距LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述模块外形尺寸小于700mmX700mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多层磁吸式前维护小间距LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述模块为三基色、双基色或单基色。

7.根据权利要求1所述多层磁吸式前维护小间距LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述模块的磁吸结构层为N层,其中N≥2;当N=2时,磁吸结构层由外层磁吸结构和内层磁吸结构组成,当N>2时,磁吸结构层由外层磁吸结构和内层磁吸结构之间设置安装板组成。
8.根据权利要求7所述多层磁吸式前维护小间距LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述安装板通过含磁芯的连接件与模块和第二安装板连接。
