本实用新型涉及汽车零部件，特别是一种曲面式低噪泄压阀。
背景技术
现有的车厢减压阀阀片支撑平面都是平面结构。采用该结构，阀片在闭合过程中与阀体是面接触，会产生噪声。这个声音在关闭车门时、以及车辆颠簸行驶时尤其明显。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种曲面式低噪泄压阀，降低阀片闭合时与阀体产生的拍击噪音，提高车厢内的舒适性。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型包括：若干个设置于车厢减压阀阀体上的阀片，其中：各个阀片的支撑面为曲面。
所述的支撑面的平面度不大于5mm，曲面各处曲率半径不小于15mm。
所述的阀片的法线之间夹角不大于15°。
本实用新型的支撑采用曲面取代平面，目的是让阀片在闭合过程中与阀体是点接触，从而降低阀片闭合时与阀体产生的拍击噪音，提高车厢内的舒适性。

如图1和图2所示，本实施例包括：若干个设置于车厢减压阀阀体3上的阀片1，其中：各个阀片1的支撑面2为曲面。
如图3所示，所述的各个阀片1法线之间的夹角不大于15°。
所述的支撑面2的平面度不大于5mm，曲面上曲率半径不小于15mm。
