Abstract
一种聚乙烯胶带,包含有依序堆叠的一第一基层、一第二基层、一第三基层以及一胶粘层。该第一基层以聚乙烯(Polyethylene,简称PE)制成且呈透明;该第二基层同样以聚乙烯制成且具有颜色;该第三基层同样以聚乙烯制成,且呈透明;该胶粘层以丙烯酸酯胶制成。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用以粘贴于物件上以保护或固定物件的胶带;尤其涉及一种聚乙烯胶带的结构。
背景技术
随着工业科技的进步,胶带的使用已日渐普及于日常生活与工程施工作业等许多领域中。而一般胶带的带体通常是使用聚氯乙烯(Polyvinylchloride,简称PVC)作为制作原料,其主因在于聚氯乙烯具有成本低廉以及加工性好等优点。
而上述以聚氯乙烯带体制成的胶带(以下简称聚氯乙烯胶带)制作完成后,通常会卷绕成卷以方便使用者使用,但使用者剥开成卷的聚氯乙烯胶带时,聚氯乙烯胶带上的胶材容易附着于成卷时所贴合的带面上而形成残胶,使得使用者利用聚氯乙烯胶带作业时,胶面上的残胶将会附着于使用者的手上或工具上,而造成使用者手部或工具黏腻的不舒适感。
另外,聚氯乙烯胶带在高温或温差大时,其胶材的增塑剂会从胶材中渗出,进而导致如断面发黏、溢胶、跑卷、胶带耐老化性差等缺失,换言之,聚氯乙烯胶带不仅容易造成使用者使用的观感不佳,更会造成使用者后续清理的困扰、以及耐用性不佳的缺点。
除此之外,最近十年来,因应环保趋势,世界各先进国家积极开发对环境友善的材料(environmentallyfriendlymaterials),或称环境材料(eco-materials),其中欧盟更倡议自2004年起,在电器或工业用品中不可再使用含有铅及卤素的产品。因此,亟需其他更环保的材料替代含有氯的聚氯乙烯胶带。
于是,便有业内人士开始研发以单层聚乙烯(Polyethylene,简称PE)作为带体的制作原料,再将胶材附着于聚乙烯带体上,以期能够解决上述残胶、脱胶以及环境破坏等问题。
然而,以上述聚乙烯带体制成的胶带(以下简称聚乙烯胶带)虽可解决上述的问题,但实际使用上,聚乙烯胶带中通常会混用油墨或是染料来印制标语与染色,而聚乙烯胶带中的油墨与染料料容易与接触的胶材亲合,使得聚乙烯胶带被使用者自物件上撕离时,油墨与染料料会被胶材带离而附着于物件上,而造成物件因此被油墨或染料料染色,进而导致物件外观的破坏。
因此,由上述内容可知悉,常用聚乙烯胶带的设计未臻完善,而仍有待改进之处。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种聚乙烯胶带,不仅可解决残胶、脱胶以及环境破坏等问题,且不会造成所贴附的物件被染料或是油墨染色。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所提供的聚乙烯胶带包含有一第一基层、一第二基层、一第三基层以及一胶粘层。其中,该第一基层以聚乙烯(Polyethylene,简称PE)制成,且呈透明。该第二基层以聚乙烯制成,且具有颜色,并附着于该第一基层上。该第三基层以聚乙烯制成,且呈透明,并附着于该第二基层上,使该第二基层位于该第一基层与该第三基层之间。该胶粘层以丙烯酸酯胶制成,并附着于该第三基层上,使该第三基层位于该第二基层与该胶粘层之间。

依据上述构思,该胶粘层的厚度小于该第一基层、第二基层与该第三基层的厚度总和。
依据上述构思,该胶粘层的厚度小于该第一基层、第二基层与该第三基层的厚度。
依据上述构思,该聚乙烯胶带还包含有一离型纸,设置于该胶粘层上,使该胶粘层位于该离型纸与该第三基层之间。
如此一来,不管该聚乙烯胶带是否卷绕成卷,皆可通过上述该第一基层与该第三基层的结构设计,隔开该第二基层与该胶粘层,使得该聚乙烯胶带所贴附的物件不会有被染料或是油墨染色的疑虑。

具体实施方式
为能更清楚地说明本实用新型,现举优选实施例并配合附图详细说明如后。请参见图1,本实用新型第一优选实施例的聚乙烯胶带包含有一第一基层11、一第二基层12、一第三基层13以及一胶粘层14。其中:
该第一基层11以聚乙烯(Polyethylene,简称PE)吹塑成型呈薄膜状制成,且不染色而呈现透明。值得一提的是,本实用新型选用聚乙烯为原料的目的,在于聚乙烯无臭、无毒,并具有优良的耐低温性能,且聚乙烯的化学稳定性好,能耐大多数碱的侵蚀。此外,聚乙烯被长时日照后,将会自动脆化分解,且聚乙烯在空气中完全燃烧时,只会产生二氧化碳(CO2)和水(H2O),而不产生其他大气污染物,将可降低环境负担,达到环境保护的目的。
该第二基层12同样以聚乙烯制成,且透过吹塑成型呈薄膜状而附着于该第一基层11上,且该第二基层12透过染料染色而具有颜色。而在本实施例中,将聚乙烯混合白色环保染料吹塑形成白色的该第二基层12,但除白色外,该第二基层也可以混合黑色、红色、黄色或是其他颜色的染料来达到提升胶带辨识性的效果。
该第三基层13同样以聚乙烯制成,且同样通过吹塑成型呈薄膜状而附着于该第二基层12上,使该第二基层12位于该第一基层11与该第三基层13之间。此外,该第三基层13如第一基层11般,不染色而呈现透明。
该胶粘层14以环保丙烯酸酯胶制成,并附着于该第三基层13上,使该第三基层13位于该第二基层12与该胶粘层14之间,且该胶粘层14的厚度小于该第一基层11、第二基层12以及该第三基层13的厚度总和,更详细地说,该胶粘层14的厚度也小于该第一基层11、第二基层12以及该第三基层13的各层厚度。此外,该胶粘层14选用环保丙烯酸酯胶制成的原因,除在于环保丙烯酸酯胶无溶剂残留的特性可保护环境外,另一原因则在于聚乙烯与环保丙烯酸酯胶之间呈现高亲和性,使得环保丙烯酸酯胶所制成的该胶粘层14通过前述的厚度设计附着于该第三基层13后,更不易剥离而不会有常用的聚氯乙烯胶带容易溢胶的缺点。
如此一来,通过上述依序附着的该第一基层11、该第二基层12、该第三基层13以及该胶粘层14的结构设计,便可利用该第三基层13将该第二基层12与该胶粘层14隔开,使得第二基层12中的染料不会与该胶粘层14亲合。此外,为方便使用者使用,聚乙烯胶带通常会如图2般卷绕成卷,而该第一基层11的设计目的,便是在于当聚乙烯胶带卷绕成卷而相叠黏合时,内侧的该聚乙烯胶带的该第一基层11,便会位于外侧的该聚乙烯胶带的该胶粘层14与内侧的该聚乙烯胶带的该第二基层12之间,而可有效地隔离该胶粘层14与该第二基层12,使得内侧的该聚乙烯胶带的第二基层12中的染料同样不会与外侧的该聚乙烯胶带的该胶粘层14亲合。除此之外,通过该第一基层11与该第三基层13呈现透明的设计,也不会影响该第二基层12的颜色呈现。
由此,当使用者将该聚乙烯胶带贴粘于一物体(如铝窗)上后,即使该聚乙烯胶带被使用者自该物件上撕离,该第二基层12中的染料也不会被该胶粘层14带离,使得染料不会附着于该物件上,而不会造成该物件外观的破坏。
除此之外,请参阅图3,在图1的结构基础上,更可在该第一基层11上以环保油墨印制一层油墨层15,使该第一基层11位于该油墨层15与该第二基层12之间,且该油墨层15的印制内容可以是数字、警告标语或是公司名称等,以达到标示、提醒或是广告宣传的目的。此外,本实施例中的该油墨层15的颜色为蓝色,但除蓝色外,也可选用其他不同于该第二基层12的颜色,以使该油墨层15的内容能更明显地呈现出来。
另外,为避免图3的聚乙烯胶带卷绕成卷时,内侧的该聚乙烯胶带的该油墨层15的色料被外侧的该聚乙烯胶带的该胶粘层14带离,请参阅图4,在图3的结构基础上,更可在该油墨层15上覆盖设置一层离型层16,使该油墨层15位于该离型层16与该第一基层11之间,而本实施例中,该离型层16的主要成分为聚乙烯亚胺(Polyethylenimine,简称PEI)的组合物,但除使用聚乙烯亚胺外,也可以使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(polyethyleneterephthalate,简称PET)、硅油、硅胶或是其他与该胶粘层14呈现低亲合性的材料。
如此一来,当图4的聚乙烯胶带卷绕成卷时,内侧的该聚乙烯胶带的该油墨层15的色料便会被该离型层16隔开,而不会被外侧的该聚乙烯胶带的该胶粘层14带离。另外,由于该离型层16与该胶粘层14呈低亲合,使得外侧的该聚乙烯胶带的该胶粘层14与内侧的该聚乙烯胶带的该离型层16接触时,该胶粘层14的胶材将不会残黏于该离型层16上,而使得使用者在使用上便不会有残胶的情形发生,不仅可有效地维持该胶粘层14的黏合力,更可提升使用者使用上的良好观感。
此外,为提升本实用新型的聚乙烯胶带的离型效果,请参阅图5,在图4所揭露的结构基础上,更可在该油墨层15以及该离型层16之间增加设置一层以导电材料制成的抗静电层17,而在本实施例中,该抗静电层17以聚噻吩(Polythiophene,简称PT)制成,由此通过其导电的特性将多余电荷排除,以避免制作时或使用时所产生的静电造成离型层16的离子散溢,而可有效地维持该离型层16的离型效果。当然,除使用聚噻吩外,也可以使用碳纳米管(CarbonNanotube,简称CNT)、石墨烯(Graphene)或是其他具有导电特性的材料。
值得一提的是,除上述各实施例的结构外,在图1的结构为基础时,实际实施上也可以不印制前述的该油墨层15,而如图6般将该离型层16直接覆盖设置于该第一基层11上,使该第一基层11位于该离型层16与该第二基层12之间;或是如图7般将该抗静电层17直接覆盖设置于该第一基层11上后,再将该离型层16覆盖设置于该抗静电层17上,使该抗静电层17位于该离型层16与该第一基层11之间,进而可以达到前述避免脱胶、溢胶以及残胶的情形,且同样可以避免染料被该胶粘层14带离而造成该物件外观破坏的情形发生。
此外,更可在上述各实施例的该胶粘层14上增设一层离型纸(图上未示出),使该胶粘层14位于该离型纸与该第三基层13之间,以对该胶粘层14达到更佳的保护效果。
综上所述可知悉,本实用新型聚乙烯胶带的结构及其使用原料设计,不仅可以减少环境负荷,也可避免脱胶、溢胶以及残胶的情形,且更可避免所粘贴的物件被染料破坏外观的情形发生。除此之外,必须说明的是,以上所述仅为本实用新型优选可行实施例而已,凡是应用本实用新型说明书及权利要求保护范围所为的等效变化,理应包含在本实用新型的专利范围内。
Claims (9)
1.一种聚乙烯胶带,包括有:
一第一基层,以聚乙烯制成,且呈透明;
一第二基层,以聚乙烯制成,且具有颜色,并附着于该第一基层上;
其特征在于,该聚乙烯胶带还包括:
一第三基层,以聚乙烯制成,且呈透明,并附着于该第二基层上,使该第二基层位于该第一基层与该第三基层之间;以及
一胶粘层,以丙烯酸酯胶制成,并附着于该第三基层上,使该第三基层位于该第二基层与该胶粘层之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的聚乙烯胶带,还包含有一油墨层,印制于该第一基层上,使该第一基层位于该油墨层与该第二基层之间,且该油墨层的颜色不同于该第二基层的颜色。
3.如权利要求2所述的聚乙烯胶带,还包含有一抗静电层以及一离型层;该抗静电层以导电材料制成,且覆盖设置于该油墨层上,使该油墨层位于该抗静电层与该第一基层之间;该离型层以离型剂制成,且覆盖设置于该抗静电层上,使该抗静电层位于该离型层与该油墨层之间。
4.如权利要求2所述的聚乙烯胶带,还包含有一离型层,以离型剂制成,且覆盖设置于该油墨层上,使该油墨层位于该离型层与该第一基层之间。
5.如权利要求1所述的聚乙烯胶带,还包含有一抗静电层以及一离型层;该抗静电层以导电材料制成,且覆盖设置于该第一基层上,使该第一基层位于该抗静电层与该第二基层之间;该离型层以离型剂制成,且覆盖设置于该抗静电层上,使该抗静电层位于该离型层与该第一基层之间。
6.如权利要求1所述的聚乙烯胶带,还包含有一离型层,以离型剂制成,且覆盖设置于该第一基层上,使该第一基层位于该离型层与该第二基层之间。
7.如权利要求1所述的聚乙烯胶带,其中,该胶粘层的厚度小于该第一基层、第二基层与该第三基层的厚度总和。
8.如权利要求7所述的聚乙烯胶带,其中,该胶粘层的厚度小于该第一基层、第二基层与该第三基层的厚度。
9.如权利要求1所述的聚乙烯胶带,还包含有一离型纸,设置于该胶粘层上,使该胶粘层位于该离型纸与该第三基层之间。
