本实用新型涉及叉车制动领域,尤其涉及了一种用于叉车上的双制动脚刹机构,其包括脚刹座(1)、脚踏板(2)和制动泵(3),还包括用于控制整车速度的微动开关(4);脚刹座(1)上设有可转动的转轴(11),脚踏板(2)通过脚踏杆(21)固定在转轴(11)上且随转轴(11)转动,转轴(11)上设有与制动泵(3)的制动挺杆(31)端部连接的连接座(12);转轴(11)上套有压缩弹簧(110)和可沿转轴(11)滑动且用于压紧压缩弹簧(110)的弹簧卡套(111)。本实用新型通过采用电机制动与机械制动相互结合且优先电机制动的方式,既可以实现在非紧急状态时平稳、低噪制动,有可以实现在紧急状态时高效、及时制动。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及叉车制动领域,尤其涉及了一种用于叉车上的双制动脚刹机构。
背景技术
叉车是工业搬运车辆,是指对成件托盘货物进行装卸、堆垛和短距离运输作业的各种轮式搬运车辆。国家标准化组织ISO/TC110称为工业车辆。常用于仓储大型物件的运输,通常使用燃油机或者电池驱动。
目前用于叉车上的刹车机构要么采用机械式刹车机构,要么采用电动刹车机构,难以做到将两者结合使用。而在实际使用时,对于非紧急状态时使用机械式制动会造成一定能源浪费,同时由于频率过高的使用机械制动也会对机械制动寿命产生一定影响;而对于紧急状态时,如仅使用电动制动因其存在制动距离大,因此可能会造成不能及时停车。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术中对于叉车的制动机构功能单一,不能合理使用的问题,提供了一种双制动脚刹机构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型通过下述技术方案得以解决:
双制动脚刹机构,包括脚刹座、脚踏板和固定在脚刹座上的制动泵,还包括用于控制整车速度的电机、与电机相连且用于控制电机转速的控制器、用于检测脚踏板动作信号的传感器以及与控制器相连且用于将传感器检测到的信号发送给控制器的第一微动开关;脚刹座上设有可转动的转轴,脚踏板通过脚踏杆固定在转轴上且随转轴转动,转轴上设有与制动泵的制动挺杆端部连接的连接座;转轴上套有压缩弹簧和可沿转轴滑动且用于压紧压缩弹簧的弹簧卡套。
作为优选,连接座包括固定在转轴上的连接块和与连接块通过销轴连接的U形连接件,制动挺杆端部连接在U形连接件的底板上。通过销轴连接U形连接件与连接块实现两者的活动连接,从而使得脚踏杆、转轴、U形连接件形成连杆机构,从而使得转轴更加合理的施力于制动挺杆。
作为优选,制动挺杆与U形连接件的连接处设有紧固螺母,紧固螺母与弹簧卡套之间设有间隙。制动挺杆螺纹连接在U形连接件上,通过紧固螺母紧固,可对制动挺杆与U形连接件之间的连接起到防松作用。
作为优选,脚踏杆与脚刹座之间设有复位弹簧。脚踏杆在复位弹簧的作用下自动复位,从而实现脚刹机构的连续工作。
作为优选,脚刹座上设有用于限制弹簧卡座朝远离制动泵方向运动的卡板。卡板用于防止弹簧卡套向连接座方向移动,避免弹簧卡套从制动挺杆上脱离。
本实用新型由于采用了以上技术方案,具有显著的技术效果:
本实用新型通过采用电机制动与机械制动相互结合且优先电机制动的方式,既可以实现在非紧急状态时平稳、低噪制动,有可以实现在紧急状态时高效、及时制动。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
双制动脚刹机构,如图1、图2所示,包括用于控制整车速度的电机、与电机相连且用于控制电机转速的控制器、用于检测脚踏板动作信号的传感器以及与控制器相连且用于将传感器检测到的信号发送给控制器的微动开关4。
工作时,当处于非紧急状态时,踩下脚踏杆21,位于车架上的传感器即检测脚踏板2踩下的动作信号,并将该信号发送给固定于脚踏杆21上的微动开关,微动开关4将该动作信号传递给控制器,控制器再控制电机降低转速,达到初步的减速目的,此时制动距离较长,因此不适用紧急刹车,但是该种电机制动存在在拖动转矩作用下,转矩去拖动异步电动机,使电动机转速高于同步转速,电机会向电瓶存储部分能量,达到节能的目的,同时电机制动时还具有制动平稳、效率高、噪声低、制动性能可靠等优点。同时在该种状态下踩下脚踏板2后带动制动挺杆31向右运动,由于紧固螺母123与弹簧卡套111之间设有间隙,因此当制动挺杆31向右运动时,一开始连接座12是不会与弹簧卡套111接触,即不会对压缩弹簧110产生压力,此时脚踏板2踩下的行程较小,制动泵4的制动效果微乎其微,此为第一级制动。
双制动脚刹机构还包括脚刹座1、脚踏板2和固定在脚刹座1上的制动泵3,脚刹座1上设有可转动的转轴11,脚踏板2通过脚踏杆21固定在转轴11上且随转轴11转动,脚刹座1包括第一底板、垂直固定在第一底板上两个侧板、位于两个侧板之间的中间支撑板以及用于固定制动泵4的第二底板,转轴11两端分别位于两个侧板上,第二底板固定在中间支撑板与其中一个侧板的端部。转轴11上设有与制动泵3的制动挺杆31端部连接的连接座12,连接座12包括固定在转轴11上的连接块120和与连接块120通过销轴121连接的U形连接件122,U形连接件122的开口端与连接块120连接,制动挺杆31端部连接在U形连接件122的底板上,制动挺杆31与U形连接件122的连接处设有紧固螺母123;转轴11上套有压缩弹簧110和可沿转轴11滑动且用于压紧压缩弹簧110的弹簧卡套111。
当处于紧急刹车状态时,踩下脚踏板2,直到紧固螺母123与弹簧卡套111接触并开始向弹簧卡套111施力,使得紧固螺母123顶住弹簧卡套111,因为压缩弹簧110带有预紧力,脚踏杆21会明显感觉到变重,此时踩下行程变大,使得制动挺杆31推入制动泵4内,从而使得制动泵4开始发挥作用对叉车制动,即制动泵4内的制动液压力传导到制动器上,作用于制动蹄上,达到紧急制动的目的。
脚踏杆21与脚刹座1之间设有复位弹簧5,踩下脚踏板2后,脚踏杆21在复位弹簧5的作用下自动复位,从而实现脚刹机构的连续工作。
脚刹座1上设有用于限制弹簧卡座111朝远离制动泵3方向运动的卡板13,卡板13固定在脚刹座1的一侧板上,卡板13底部设有一半圆形卡槽,半圆形卡槽卡在弹簧卡套111的一侧,用于防止弹簧卡套111向连接座12方向移动,避免弹簧卡套111从制动挺杆31上脱离。
双制动脚刹机构采用机械制动与电机制动结合的方式来实现叉车制动,对于非紧急状态时使用电机制动,能够实现平稳、高效、低噪制动;对于紧急状态时,采用机械式制动实现及时制动,保证制动效率。同时采用该种电机制动与机械制动结合且优先电机制动的方式也会降低机械制动使用频率,大大延长机械制动的使用寿命。

Claims (5)

1.双制动脚刹机构,包括脚刹座(1)、脚踏板(2)和固定在脚刹座(1)上的制动泵(3),其特征在于:还包括用于控制整车速度的电机、与电机相连且用于控制电机转速的控制器、用于检测脚踏板动作信号的传感器以及与控制器相连且用于将传感器检测到的信号发送给控制器的微动开关(4);脚刹座(1)上设有可转动的转轴(11),脚踏板(2)通过脚踏杆(21)固定在转轴(11)上且随转轴(11)转动,转轴(11)上设有与制动泵(3)的制动挺杆(31)端部连接的连接座(12);转轴(11)上套有压缩弹簧(110)和可沿转轴(11)滑动且用于压紧压缩弹簧(110)的弹簧卡套(111)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双制动脚刹机构,其特征在于:连接座(12)包括固定在转轴(11)上的连接块(120)和与连接块(120)通过销轴(121)连接的U形连接件(122),制动挺杆(31)端部连接在U形连接件(122)的底板上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双制动脚刹机构,其特征在于:制动挺杆(31)与U形连接件(122)的连接处设有紧固螺母(123),紧固螺母(123)与弹簧卡套(111)之间设有间隙。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双制动脚刹机构,其特征在于:脚踏杆(21)与脚刹座(1)之间设有复位弹簧(5)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双制动脚刹机构,其特征在于:脚刹座(1)上设有用于限制弹簧卡座(111)朝远离制动泵(3)方向运动的卡板(13)。
