背景技术
目前锌钢、铁艺、木制品和石材材料生产的护栏受到广泛青睐,但是这种材料的护栏会使喷塑粉末脱落、喷漆掉落铁艺生锈、木制品的吸水开裂和石材的笨重不易安装、颜色不易搭配等缺陷,因而产生以金属管材为基材,包覆塑钢材料的复合管材,但这种管材污染环境,颜色单一,成本较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种操作方便、包覆均匀且成本低的PVC复合管制作模具。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
本实用新型包括挤出模具和与挤出模具水平固定连接的定型模具;所述挤出模具和定型模具中部设置供管材通过的空腔,在所述挤出模具侧壁内设置鸭嘴形的PVC灌注腔,所述挤出模具外侧壁上设置与PVC灌注腔一端连接的进料口,所述进料口与PVC挤出机端部连接;所述挤出模具内侧壁上设置与PVC灌注腔另一端连接的出料口,所述出料口呈环状设置,所述出料口与PVC挤出机挤出螺杆端部连接;所述定型模具侧壁内设置U型水套,在定型模具外侧壁一侧设置与U型水套一端连通的进水口,在定型模具外侧壁另一侧设置与U型水套另一端连通的出水口。
本实用新型所述挤出模具和定型模具分别为圆筒形。
本实用新型积极效果如下:本实用新型PVC灌注腔呈鸭嘴形,出料口按管材径向呈环状设置便于管材运行时PVC料均匀包覆于管材外壁上,PVC挤出机端部与管材挤出方向的角度为0゜-90゜可以为45゜和90゜,这样保证管材成型方便,生产出的复合管型材具有普通护栏的优点,安装方便、环保、无焊接交叉组合,自洁环保和色彩可调,产品不容易划伤,表面颜色丰富多彩,具有木材色彩和纹路,装饰性强,本实用新型装置操作方便、包覆省时省力,大大提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
如附图1、2所示,本实用新型包括挤出模具4和与挤出模具4水平固定连接的定型模具11;所述挤出模具4和定型模具11中部设置供管材13通过的空腔,在所述挤出模具4侧壁内设置鸭嘴形的PVC灌注腔3,所述挤出模具4外侧壁上设置与PVC灌注腔3一端连接的进料口14,所述进料口14与PVC挤出机端部连接;所述挤出模具4内侧壁上设置与PVC灌注腔3另一端连接的出料口15,所述出料口15按管材径向呈环状设置,便于管材运行时PVC料均匀包覆于管材外壁上,所述出料口15与PVC挤出机挤出螺杆端部连接;所述定型模具11侧壁内设置U型水套12,在定型模具11外侧壁一侧设置与U型水套12一端连通的进水口16,在定型模具11外侧壁另一侧设置与U型水套12另一端连通的出水口17;所述挤出模具4和定型模具11分别为圆筒形。
如附图2、3所示,本实用新型所述PVC挤出机包括底座6、固定安装在底座6一侧上的螺杆支撑架5、固定安装在螺杆支撑架5上的PVC挤出螺杆2、用于为PVC挤出螺杆2供给PVC原料的PVC原料储存烘干桶1、固定安装在底座6另一侧上的电机7以及固定安装在电机7输出轴上的变速箱8,所述PVC挤出螺杆2轴向与管材13挤出方向的角度为0゜-90゜,这样保证管材成型方便,且操作方便;所述PVC挤出螺杆2为双螺杆或单螺杆;所述电机7与变速箱8通过B型皮带9连接;所述PVC挤出螺杆2另一端与变速箱8固定连接;所述PVC挤出螺杆2出口与进料口14采用法兰盘连接。
如附图1、2、3所示,安装本实用新型模具的复合管材加工装置工作过程如下:调整PVC挤出螺杆2端部与挤出管材13的运动方向的角度为0゜-90゜,本实施例的角度为90゜,管材13经牵引机10牵引进入挤出模具4内,PVC发泡材料通过PVC挤出机进入挤出模具4灌注腔3内,PVC挤出机和模具的工作温度设定在110℃-180℃之间,PVC发泡材料在灌注腔3内产生一定的压力,使其附着至管材13外表面上后经过定型模具7水冷成型。
本实用新型PVC发泡材料是一种使用PVC树脂为主料,添加钙粉增强其强度,添加木粉增加材料的木质感,颜色可调为各种丰富多彩的颜色,具有木材色彩和纹路,装饰性强。生产出的复合管材具有普通护栏的优点,安装方便、环保、无焊接交叉组合,自洁环保和色彩可调,产品不容易划伤,表面颜色丰富多彩。本实用新型装置操作方便、包覆省时省力,大大提高了工作效率。

1.一种PVC复合管制作模具,其特征在于其包括挤出模具(4)和与挤出模具(4)水平固定连接的定型模具(11);所述挤出模具(4)和定型模具(11)中部设置供管材(13)通过的空腔,在所述挤出模具(4)侧壁内设置鸭嘴形的PVC灌注腔(3),所述挤出模具(4)外侧壁上设置与PVC灌注腔(3)一端连接的进料口(14),所述进料口(14)与PVC挤出机端部连接;所述挤出模具(4)内侧壁上设置与PVC灌注腔(3)另一端连接的出料口(15),所述出料口(15)呈环状设置,所述出料口(15)与PVC挤出机挤出螺杆端部连接;
所述定型模具(11)侧壁内设置U型水套(12),在定型模具(11)外侧壁一侧设置与U型水套(12)一端连通的进水口(16),在定型模具(11)外侧壁另一侧设置与U型水套(12)另一端连通的出水口(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC复合管制作模具,其特征在于所述挤出模具(4)和定型模具(11)分别为圆筒形。
