Abstract
本发明公开一种螺杆式自动加料塑料挤出机,包括机架、激振器、减速箱、动力分配器、螺筒、机头、模具和过滤装置,所述机架上方从右向左依次设有所述激振器、所述减速箱、所述动力分配器,所述螺筒内部设有所述螺杆,所述螺筒前端安装有所述机头和所述模具,所述螺筒中部设有排气孔,所述排气孔正上方设有过滤装置,所述过滤装置包括风罩、抽气泵、排气管和沉降池,所述抽气泵进气口正对所述排气孔,所述排气孔的一端与抽气泵的出气口相连通,所述排气管的另一端插入所述沉降池中。本发明具有节约资源、自动化程度高、环境友好、生产效率高等优势。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料加工机械领域,尤其是一种螺杆式自动加料塑料挤出机。
背景技术
目前,螺杆式塑料挤出机是一种优质、高校的塑料挤出设备,该塑料挤出设备整体结构设计合理,结构坚固耐用,不易损坏。因此市场上得到普遍认可,应用领域也愈加广泛,现有技术中,螺杆式塑料挤出机广泛应用与塑料造粒、着色、混炼、塑料薄膜、塑料管材、管材生产以及塑料注射机的给料机中。
其中单螺杆式塑料挤出机应用最为广泛,适宜于一般材料的挤出加工。塑料通过挤压系统塑化成均匀的熔体,并在这一过程中被螺杆连续的挤出机头,塑料在加工过程中产生的水汽和小分子排泄物无法及时排出,不但会影响到成品的质量,塑料从机头处挤出后会释放处有毒的气体,危害工作环境及工人健康。另外,现有塑料挤出机的自动化程度尚不高,极大的降低了塑料加工效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种螺杆式自动加料塑料挤出机。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种螺杆式自动加料塑料挤出机,包括机架、激振器、减速箱、动力分配器、螺筒、机头、模具和过滤装置,所述机架上方从右向左依次设有所述激振器、所述减速箱、所述动力分配器,所述机架内部设有与所述减速箱相连接的驱动电机,与所述动力分配器相连接的所述螺筒一端的上方安装有料斗,加料控制器设置于所述料斗的一侧,并与所述动力分配器相连,所述螺筒内部设有所述螺杆,所述螺筒前端安装有所述机头和所述模具,所述螺筒中部设有排气孔,所述排气孔正上方设有过滤装置,所述过滤装置包括风罩、抽气泵、排气管和沉降池,所述抽气泵进气口正对所述排气孔,所述排气孔的一端与抽气泵的出气口相连通,所述排气管的另一端插入所述沉降池中。
所述排气孔连接所述螺筒以及所述螺杆内部空间。
所述排气孔中设有过滤网。
所述螺筒内设有压力传感器,所述压力传感器与所述电机相连。
所述驱动电机为标准异步电机。
所述风罩为喇叭口状风罩,所述风罩倒扣住所述排气孔。
所述机头上方设置有抽气管,所述抽气管与所述抽气泵的进气口相连通。
所述排气孔处设有过滤网。
本发明的有益效果是,
1、安装过滤网,保证塑料颗粒不外溢,减少塑料生产加工过程中的损失,节约资源。
3、设置有自动加料装置,使塑料挤出加工过程的机械化更易控制,自动化程度更高,提高了塑料生产加工效率。
4、在滤筒中部设置排气孔,排气性能好,并且能对排气孔处排放的有害气体进行过滤。
5、设有沉降池结构,能对有害气体进行沉降,因此本新型塑料挤出机不但可以提高塑料产品的品质,还能有效避免生产过程的环境污染,环境友好型加工机械。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
一种螺杆式自动加料塑料挤出机,如图1所示,包括机架7、激荡器1、减速箱2、动力分配器3、螺筒14、机头5、模具6和过滤装置,机架7上方从右向左依次设有激荡器1、减速箱2、动力分配器3,机架7内部设有与减速箱2相连接的驱动电机4,与动力分配器3相连接的螺筒14一端的上方安装有料斗15,加料控制器16设置于料斗15的一侧,并与动力分配器3相连,螺筒14内部设有螺杆13,螺筒14前端安装有机头5和模具6,螺筒14中部设有排气孔8,排气孔8正上方设有过滤装置,过滤装置包括风罩9、抽气泵10、排气管11和沉降池12,抽气泵10进气口正对排气孔8,排气孔8的一端与抽气泵10的出气口相连通,排气管11的另一端插入沉降池12中。
排气孔8连接所述螺筒14以及螺杆13内部空间,用于将塑料加工过程中产生的水分和小分子物质排出螺筒14,从而保证产品质量。
排气孔8中设有过滤网,对排气孔8所排出的气体进行过滤。
螺筒14内设有压力传感器,压力传感器与电机相连。
驱动电机4为标准异步电机。
风罩9为喇叭口状风罩9,风罩9倒扣住排气孔8,保证有害气体完全被抽气泵10吸进排气管11中。
机头5上方设置有抽气管17,抽气管17与抽气泵10的进气口相连通,将机头5处挤出塑料时产生的有害气体同时被抽气泵10吸走,排除干净。
排气孔8处设有过滤网,用于阻挡螺筒14内塑料颗粒从排气孔8溢出,减少加工过程中塑料颗粒的损失。

1.一种螺杆式自动加料塑料挤出机,包括机架、激振器、减速箱、动力分配器、螺筒、机头、模具和过滤装置,其特征是,所述机架上方从右向左依次设有所述激振器、所述减速箱、所述动力分配器,所述机架内部设有与所述减速箱相连接的驱动电机,与所述动力分配器相连接的所述螺筒一端的上方安装有料斗,加料控制器设置于所述料斗的一侧,并与所述动力分配器相连,所述螺筒内部设有所述螺杆,所述螺筒前端安装有所述机头和所述模具,所述螺筒中部设有排气孔,所述排气孔正上方设有过滤装置,所述过滤装置包括风罩、抽气泵、排气管和沉降池,所述抽气泵进气口正对所述排气孔,所述排气孔的一端与抽气泵的出气口相连通,所述排气管的另一端插入所述沉降池中。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种螺杆式自动加料塑料挤出机,其特征是,所述排气孔连接所述螺筒以及所述螺杆内部空间。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种螺杆式自动加料塑料挤出机,其特征是,所述排气孔中设有过滤网。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种螺杆式自动加料塑料挤出机,其特征是,所述螺筒内设有压力传感器,所述压力传感器与所述电机相连。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种螺杆式自动加料塑料挤出机,其特征是,所述驱动电机为标准异步电机。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种螺杆式自动加料塑料挤出机,其特征是,所述风罩为喇叭口状风罩,所述风罩倒扣住所述排气孔。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种螺杆式自动加料塑料挤出机,其特征是,所述机头上方设置有抽气管,所述抽气管与所述抽气泵的进气口相连通。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种螺杆式自动加料塑料挤出机,其特征是,所述排气孔处设有过滤网。
