本实用新型公开了一种PVC颗粒风干装置，包括有装料的料斗，在料斗一侧设置有倾斜的筛筒，料斗底面的出料口上连通有管道，管道伸入到倾斜筛筒的一端内与其连通，在倾斜筛筒的另一侧设置有吸风机，吸风机的吸风管与筛筒的另一端连通，所述吸风机的出风管连通至一收料箱内；在所述倾斜筛筒外设有一罩壳，还包括有一风干机，风干机的出风管连通至罩壳内。本实用新型结构改进简单，PVC颗粒被吸收过程中经过筛筒，在筛筒内被风干，不会大量的堆积在一起，风干均匀效果好。

背景技术：
PVC颗粒加工制造过程中，在经过挤压机挤压出料后的PVC颗粒是半成品，需要再对其进行风干操作，现有技术PVC颗粒半成品风干操作是将大量的PVC颗粒半成品堆积在一起一起风干，内层的PVC颗粒不易风干，风敢不均匀。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种PVC颗粒风干装置，以解决现有技术存在的问题。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：
一种PVC颗粒风干装置，包括有装料的料斗，其特征在于：在料斗一侧设置有倾斜的筛筒，料斗底面的出料口上连通有管道，管道伸入到倾斜筛筒的一端内与其连通，在倾斜筛筒的另一侧设置有吸风机，吸风机的吸风管与筛筒的另一端连通，所述吸风机的出风管连通至一收料箱内；在所述倾斜筛筒外设有一罩壳，还包括有一风干机，风干机的出风管连通至罩壳内。
本实用新型的工作方式是：
吸风机将料斗内的PVC颗粒吸收，吸收过程中PVC颗粒经过筛筒，筛筒外有罩壳，罩壳与一风干机连通，因而PVC颗粒在经过筛筒时被风干，再经过吸风机的出风管将PVC颗粒输送至收料箱内。
本实用新型的优点是：
本实用新型结构改进简单，PVC颗粒被吸收过程中经过筛筒，在筛筒内被风干，不会大量的堆积在一起，风干均匀效果好。

参见图1，一种PVC颗粒风干装置，包括有装料的料斗1，在料斗一侧设置有倾斜的筛筒2，料斗2底面的出料口上连通有管道3，管道3伸入到倾斜筛筒2的一端内与其连通，在倾斜筛筒2的另一侧设置有吸风机4，吸风机4的吸风管5与筛筒2的另一端连通，所述吸风机4的出风管6连通至一收料箱7内；在所述倾斜筛筒2外设有一罩壳8，还包括有一风干机9，风干机9的出风管连通至罩壳8内。
