本实用新型公开了一种摆线式穿线机，包括穿线器、被动式线盘支座装置、主动式线盘支座装置；穿线器包括大圆管和小圆管，大圆管和小圆管均两端有开口；小圆管插入大圆管，小圆管的前端位于大圆管内部空间内；主动式线盘支座装置依靠电机驱动旋转；设置有轮盘，轮盘的偏心位置和穿线器之间有连杆，连杆驱动穿线器在滑槽的约束下做左右往复运动；轮盘由槽轮电机驱动。线盘套在转筒上后，可以主动旋转，旋转动作流畅自然，能简单快捷的完成排线和绕线任务；所有动作都在机体范围内完成，节约了生产场地，减小了工人的劳动负荷。另外，本机能实现左右方向的往复均匀布线。

本实用新型涉及一种穿线装置，尤其适用于完成C型管内的穿线作业。
背景技术
C型管是一种护套线管，其内穿有多种线材，在集成化较高的设备内，如汽车内，C型管可以实现集中走线，其内的线材(通讯线材或电源线材)连接各自的设备。
在C型管及其内的线材在安装走线之前，需要先将多股线材放置入C型管内。
C型管的结构是其截面圆周上割开有缺口，缺口延伸到整个长度方法。平时，由于C型管为软性材质，有弹性，缺口处于接触(闭合)状态。
现阶段普遍采用的穿线方式是人工操作：个人用手将破口掰开，把线材从缺口处一段一段的压入。这样的穿线方式具有以下的缺点和不足：1.速度慢、效率低；2.所有的卷材(C型管和线材)都要平铺操作，占用场地大、环境混乱。
基于上述缺陷，我们致力于开发一种集成化的穿线装置，这个装置应该满足以下条件：速度快、效率高，使用简单方便，使用场地小。所以我们提供了全线盘的操作模式。
不但如此，为了使成品线能够更好的在线盘上收线，防止缠绕的现象，对排线方式还要有改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种摆线式穿线机以弥补现有技术不足。
本实用新型为达到目的采用的技术方案是：
摆线式穿线机，其特征是：包括穿线器、被动式线盘支座装置、主动式线盘支座装置；
穿线器包括大圆管和小圆管，大圆管和小圆管均两端有开口；小圆管插入大圆管，小圆管的前端位于大圆管内部空间内；大圆管和小圆管之间为固连关系；
主动式线盘支座装置依靠电机驱动旋转；
设置有轮盘，轮盘的偏心位置和穿线器之间有连杆，连杆驱动穿线器在滑槽的约束下做左右往复运动；轮盘由槽轮电机驱动。
本实用新型的积极效果在于：
线盘套在转筒上后，可以主动旋转，旋转动作流畅自然，能简单快捷的完成排线和绕线任务；所有动作都在机体范围内完成，节约了生产场地，减小了工人的劳动负荷。另外，本机能实现左右方向的往复均匀布线。

具体实施方式
实施例：
1为大圆管，2为小圆管，3是C型管，4是线材，5为支架，6为主动式线盘支座装置，7为被动式线盘支座装置，15为线盘，26为线盘，27为电机，30为轮盘，31为连杆，32为滑槽，33为槽轮电机。
使用时，将C型管3从大圆管1的上端开口插入，并使小圆管2的前端插入C型管3的缺口内，即小圆管2是保持掰开C型管3缺口的一个元件。
与此同时，线材4从小圆管2后端穿入，并从小圆管2的前端进入C型管内。
在大圆管1的下端开口，拽住C型管3和线材4拖动，C型管3和线材4就会源源不断的向下移动，并且在小圆管2前端，完成全部穿线动作。
从大圆管1下端拉出的C型管3，里面就已经穿好线材4了。
以上的穿线过程，只需要拉动动作即可完成，相当的快捷方便。
当C型管3内需要穿多股线材4时，只将多股线材4同时插入小圆管2内即可。
两个线盘15上分别有C型管3和线材4，放置在两个被动式线盘支座装置7上；通过穿线器，完成穿线动作，然后卷绕在线盘26上。整个动作依靠电机27驱动主动式线盘支座装置6、线盘26来提供动力。
上述过程中，槽轮电机33带动轮盘30转动，由于偏心机构的作用，使得连杆31驱动大圆管1做往复直线运动(在滑槽32的约束下)。
大圆管1运动过程中，带动其内的小圆管2、C型管3和线材4同步 运动，那穿好线以后的成品就均匀的卷绕在线盘26上。

主动式线盘支座装置依靠电机驱动旋转；
