Abstract
本实用新型所述的全自动包装机械手，包括机架、设置在机架上方的伺服电机和设置在机架下方的气缸，所述伺服电机通过主动轴与气缸传动连接，所述气缸由左气缸和右气缸组成，所述左气缸和右气缸的活塞杆上分别连接有一左夹板和右夹板，该左夹板和右夹板在气缸的作用能够相对运动以实现对物品的夹持。本实用新型所述的包装机械手结构简单，定位准确，通过伺服电机带动气缸实现左右夹板相互夹持，提高了机械手的转动速度和对夹持物品的平稳度；伺服电机通过主动轴与气缸连接，可实现气缸180度左右旋转，提高了机械手的转向功能，方便对周围物品的夹持搬运。整体结构采用铝合金材质制造，结构轻盈方便移动。

本实用新型涉及包装机械工具技术领域，具体涉及一种全自动包装机械手。
背景技术
在包装过程中，物品的装箱操作通常是通过人工完成，具体的是人手抓持预装物品，将其规则的放置在箱子内，完成装箱过程，或者将物品或箱子进行堆垛；然而，随着人们对日用品需求的不断增加，生产率低下的传统手工装箱操作方式，已经不能满足现有的生产需求。同时，对于一些物品的装箱操作，手工装箱出错率较高，且人为操作不当时，容易损坏物品，造成不必要的损失。针对上述问题，人们也发明了很多用于包装机械的转包装置，但目前所使用的转包装置存在转包慢，转动不够稳定的缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、转动稳定、转包速度快的一种全自动包装机械手。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所述的全自动包装机械手，包括机架、设置在机架上方的伺服电机和设置在机架下方的气缸，所述伺服电机通过主动轴与气缸传动连接，所述气缸由左气缸和右气缸组成，所述左气缸和右气缸的活塞杆上分别连接有一左夹板和右夹板，该左夹板和右夹板在气缸的作用能够相对运动以实现对物品的夹持。
上述方案中，所述左气缸和右气缸分别通过传动轴与左夹板和右夹板连接。
上述方案中，所述传动轴、左夹板和右夹板均为铝合金材质制造。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
如图1、2所示，全自动包装机械手，包括机架1、设置在机架1上方的伺服电机2和设置在机架1下方的气缸3，伺服电机2通过主动轴6与气缸3传动连接，气缸3由左气缸31和右气缸32组成，左气缸31和右气缸32的活塞杆上分别连接有一左夹板41和右夹板42，该左夹板41和右夹板42在气缸3的作用能够相对运动以实现对物品的夹持。左气缸31和右气缸32分别通过传动轴5与左夹板41和右夹板42连接。传动轴5、左夹板41和右夹板42均为铝合金材质制造，其结构轻盈方便移动。

1.全自动包装机械手，其特征在于：包括机架（1）、设置在机架（1）上方的伺服电机（2）和设置在机架（1）下方的气缸（3），所述伺服电机（2）通过主动轴（6）与气缸（3）传动连接，所述气缸（3）由左气缸（31）和右气缸（32）组成，所述左气缸（31）和右气缸（32）的活塞杆上分别连接有一左夹板（41）和右夹板（42），该左夹板（41）和右夹板（42）在气缸（3）的作用能够相对运动以实现对物品的夹持。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动包装机械手，其特征在于：所述左气缸（31）和右气缸（32）分别通过传动轴（5）与左夹板（41）和右夹板（42）连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的全自动包装机械手，其特征在于：所述传动轴（5）、左夹板(41)和右夹板(42)均为铝合金材质制造。
