本实用新型涉及一种模具，具体为侧冲强制排废料模具。
背景技术
侧冲模具使用的时候，经常遇到的一个问题就是冲压产生的废料能否顺利漏出。由于侧冲后废料倒向的不可预知性加上传统侧冲漏料空间比较狭窄，很多时候造成排料处堵塞，影响废料漏出，严重的造成侧冲冲头及凹模衬套的损坏，影响整个工艺的进程。
实用新型内容
针对上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种模具，可以解决现有侧冲模具漏料不顺、废料堵塞问题，具体的技术方案：
侧冲强制排废料模具，包括上模座和下模侧冲装置，上模座上安装有上模侧冲驱动器和脱料板，还包括感应器、驱动手柄、强制排料杆、固定座；所述的固定座安装在模具的脱料板上，驱动手柄用销钉连接在固定座上并可以绕着销钉旋转，形成一个杠杆；驱动手柄的一端有复位装置，驱动手柄的另一端和强制排料杆顶部固定连接，固定座、脱料板以及下模侧冲装置上都有通孔，让强制排料杆穿过通孔，并且强制排料杆的末端能达到下模侧冲装置 的排料口，利用驱动手柄作为杠杆带动强制排料杆上下运动；所述的感应器安装在强制排料杆顶部，并且在强制排料杆向上运动最大行程位置。
所述的复位装置为氮气弹簧，氮气弹簧固定于脱料板上，并且氮气弹簧顶部顶住驱动手柄的一端。
具体工作步骤如下：
冲床驱使上模部分下行，当脱料板接触到下模侧冲装置后会停止，而上模座会继续向下工作，上模座和脱料板之间的间隙减小，待到上模座接触到驱动手柄的一端后，会撬动驱动手柄带动驱动手柄另一端连接的强制排料杆向上运动；
模具上下合闭后，感应器感应到强制排料杆上升到位后，模具才能进行下一个步距的动作，反之，必须停止工作检修直至正常；
上模侧冲驱动器驱使下模侧冲装置时，不会受到强制排料杆干扰；
产品侧冲工艺完成后，冲床驱使上下模分离，上模座和脱料板也会相互分开，氮气弹簧将驱动手柄的一端顶起，驱动手柄就带动强制排料杆向下运动，进入下模侧冲装置，将停留在下模侧冲装置排料口的侧冲废料强制排出。
本实用新型提供的侧冲强制排废料模具，可以自动排出废料，克服现有侧冲结构漏料不顺、废料堵塞等问题。

如图1所示，侧冲强制排废料模具，包括上模座5和下模侧冲装置9，上模座5上安装有上模侧冲驱动器8和脱料板7，还包括感应器4、驱动手柄1、强制排料杆3、固定座6；所述的固定座6安装在模具的脱料板7上，驱动手柄1中部用销钉连接在固定座6上并可以绕着销钉旋转，形成一个杠杆；氮气弹簧2固定于脱料板7上，并且氮气弹簧2顶部顶住驱动手柄1的一端，驱动手柄1的另一端和强制排料杆3顶部固定连接，固定座6、脱料板7以及下模侧冲装置9上都有通孔，让强制排料杆3穿过通孔，并且强制排料杆3的末端能达到下模侧冲装置9 的排料口，利用驱动手柄1作为杠杆带动强制排料杆3上下运动；所述的感应器4安装在强制排料杆3顶部，并且在强制排料杆3向上运动最大行程位置。
