技术领域
本实用新型涉及电动汽车技术领域,尤其涉及一种小型纯电动卡车底盘。 
背景技术
普通的电动汽车已经越来越普遍,但是为了响应环保节能的要求对于那些耗油量大的卡车来说,现在还没有出现电机驱动,它们的内燃机效率低,产生的尾气多,污染大,当前国家发起节能减排、发展新能源汽车的号召,因此此类燃油车底盘明显不能适应发展要求。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电驱动系统的布置结构更合理,整车安全性和适应性更高的小型纯电动卡车底盘。 
为了解决背景技术中所存在的问题,本实用新型是采用以下技术方案:它包括布置于小型卡车前舱的驱动电机控制器、打气泵、储气罐和冷却电机水泵,散热器布置于车头,低压蓄电池组布置于左纵梁驾驶室下面外侧,充电口布置于右纵梁驾驶室下面外侧,DC-DC与高压配电箱集成于动力电池箱上部,信号采集、远程监控、BMS、电磁总开关和手动开关集成于动力电池包两侧,驱动电机、减速器布置于纯电动汽车底盘下面。 
本实用新型与传统电动车底盘布置结构相比有以下优点: 
a.安装布局模块化,DC-DC,高压配电箱布置于动力电池箱 上顶部;信号采集、远程监控、BMS(电池管理系统主板)安装于动力电池包两侧。集成在一个部件布置到驾驶后部。 
b.整车重量轴荷分布将更加均匀,整车安全性和行驶平顺性都大大的提高。 
c.结构部件布置位置,线路连接更加方便,提高工作效率,拆卸方便,便于售后维护。 
d.电器部件布置位置,其防护等级容易达到国标安全要求。

具体实施方式
参见图1-3,一种小型纯电动卡车底盘,它包括布置于小型卡车前舱的电机控制器1、打气泵2、储气罐3和水泵4,散热器5布置于车头,蓄电池组6布置于左纵梁驾驶室下面外侧,充电口7布置于右纵梁驾驶室下面外侧,DC-DC8与高压配电箱9集成于动力电池箱上部,信号采集器10、远程监控器11、BMS12(电池管理系统主板)、电磁总开关13和手动开关14集成于动力电池包两侧,驱动电机15、减速器16布置于纯电动汽车底盘下面,将重量较重的动力电池箱体布置于纯电动汽车驾驶室后面,以实现轴荷分布更均匀的目的,并且车身平摆方向的惯性力矩小,从而使纯电动汽车电驱动系统的布置结构更合理,提高了整车安全性和适应性。
