现有技术中,实验室用扣式锂离子电池封口机主要有电动封口机、气动封口机和液压封口机,使用电动封口机、气动封口机和液压封口机对扣式锂离子电池进行封口时,存在一些弊端,比如说所使用封口机的结构复杂、维修费用高、成本高等缺点。
因此,亟需要一种成本低、结构简单、操作方便的小型扣式锂电池封口机,以节约成本,适合实验室使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提出一种扣式锂电池封口机,该扣式锂电池封口机体积小,结构简单,使用方便,封口紧密,特别适用于实验室用扣式锂电池封口。
为达此目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种扣式锂电池封口机,包括模具组件和压紧机构,所述模具组件包括上下相对设置的上模和下模,所述压紧机构位于所述上模上方,可用于带动上模相对于下模上下运动,通过上模与下模的压紧对扣式锂电池进行封口。
作为优选,所述上模和下模之间设置有弹性装置,所述弹性装置用于连接上模和下模。
作为优选,所述弹性装置为弹簧。
作为优选,所述弹簧的个数为2,对称分布在所述上模和下模之间。
作为优选,所述扣式锂电池封口机还包括底座,所述下模固定设置在所述底座上。
作为优选,所述压紧机构包括千斤顶和导向杆,所述千斤顶固定在所述上模的上端面上,所述导向杆的一端固定在所述底座上,所述千斤顶可沿着导向杆上下移动。
作为优选,所述千斤顶为齿条千斤顶。
作为优选,所述千斤顶上设置有用于控制所述千斤顶上下移动的手柄。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案。
图1是本实用新型具体实施方式提供的扣式锂电池封口机的结构示意图。如图1所示,该扣式锂电池封口机包括模具组件和压紧机构,所述模具组件包括上下相对设置的上模2和下模3,所述压紧机构位于所述上模2上方,可用于带动上模2相对于下模3上下运动,通过上模与下模的压紧对扣式锂电池进行封口。
具体的,上模2的下端面上设置有与扣式电池上壳形状对应的上壳模具21,其中,所述上壳模具21的长度不受限制。当在下模3上完成扣式锂电池的安装后,所述压紧机构带动所述上模2相对于下模3向下运动,当上模与下模接触时,上壳模具21刚好扣在所述扣式锂电池的上壳上,通过压紧机构带动上模2再向下移动,上模2与下模3压紧,通过上壳模具21对扣式锂电池进行封口。封口完成后,所述压紧机构位带动上模2相对于下模3向上运动,取下扣式锂电池即可。
于本实施例中,作为优选方案,所述上模2和下模3之间设置有弹性装置,所述弹性装置用于连接上模2和下模3,随着上模的上下移动弹性装置的高度进行相应的变化。当然所述上模2和下模3的配合方式并不局限于此,还可以采用其它配合方式。
于本实施例中,作为优选方案,所述弹性装置为弹簧6。弹簧6的个数优选为2,对称分布在所述上模2和下模3之间,所述两根弹簧连接上模与下模,随着上模的上下移动伸缩。
于本实施例中,作为优选方案,所述扣式锂电池封口机还包括底座1,所述下模3固定设置在所述底座1上。
于本实施例中,作为优选方案,所述压紧机构包括千斤顶4和导向杆5,所述千斤顶4固定在所述上模2的上端面上,所述千斤顶4优选为齿条千斤顶,但并不局限于此种类型的千斤顶。所述导向杆5竖直设置,其一端固定在所述底座1上,所述千斤顶4上设置有通孔,所述导向杆5穿过所述通孔,所述千斤顶4可沿着导向杆5上下移动。所述千斤顶4上设置有手柄7,所述手柄7用于控制所述千斤顶4上下移动。使用时,摇动手柄7,千斤顶4即可带动上模上下移动,通过上模与下模的压紧对扣式锂电池进行封口。
具体的工作过程为:在下模3上依次放入不锈钢片、金属锂片、电解液、隔膜、电极片、不锈钢片、波形弹簧片和扣式电池上壳。摇动手柄7,千斤顶4沿着导向杆5带动上模2向下移动,压缩弹簧6,上模2下降到一定位置后与下模3压紧,即可对扣式锂电池封口。封口完成后,摇动手柄7,所述千斤顶4沿着导向杆5带动上模2向上移动,进行复位,弹簧6也复位,千斤顶4和弹簧6均复位完成后,取下锂电池即可。

1.一种扣式锂电池封口机,其特征在于,包括模具组件和压紧机构,所述模具组件包括上下相对设置的上模(2)和下模(3),所述压紧机构位于所述上模(2)上方,可用于带动上模(2)相对于下模(3)上下运动,通过上模与下模的压紧对扣式锂电池进行封口。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的扣式锂电池封口机,其特征在于,所述上模(2)和下模(3)之间设置有弹性装置,所述弹性装置用于连接上模(2)和下模(3)。 
3.根据权利要求2所述的扣式锂电池封口机,其特征在于,所述弹性装置为弹簧(6)。 
4.根据权利要求3所述的扣式锂电池封口机,其特征在于,所述弹簧(6)的个数为2,对称分布在所述上模(2)和下模(3)之间。 
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的扣式锂电池封口机,其特征在于,还包括底座(1),所述下模(3)固定设置在所述底座(1)上。 
6.根据权利要求5所述的扣式锂电池封口机,其特征在于,所述压紧机构包括千斤顶(4)和导向杆(5),所述千斤顶(4)固定在所述上模(2)的上端面上,所述导向杆(5)的一端固定在所述底座(1)上,所述千斤顶(4)可沿着导向杆(5)上下移动。

8.根据权利要求6所述的扣式锂电池封口机,其特征在于,所述千斤顶(4)上设置有用于控制所述千斤顶(4)上下移动的手柄(7)。
