带侧向注液排气管的锂电池铝塑膜软包,该软包呈方形,底边为对折边,三个侧边热压密封,在软包内电池的正极片和负极片间隔排布,两个极耳密封安装在软包的顶边上,一端伸出软包外,另一端伸入软包内分别与正极片和负极片连接,在软包的另一个侧面上密封安装有注液排气管,注液排气管一端在软包外,另一端伸入软包内极片的边缘。采用上述技术方案,锂电池铝塑膜软包的三个侧边热压密封操控认准简便,对位准确,质量提高,注液排气管的密封与剪除不会影响到极耳,注液排气工作时不受极耳阻拦,不会影响极耳的密封。

技术领域
本实用新型属于锂电池制造技术领域,涉及一种带侧向注液排气管的锂电池铝塑膜软包。
背景技术
锂电池的极片安装在铝塑膜软包内,锂电池在化成前要对软包内的液体和气体进行抽空,现有技术中,采用在软包的边口安装一根注液排气管进行注液和排气,该注液排气管安装在软包上两个电池的极耳之间,这种安装方式导致注液排气结束后注液排气管从软包上剪除困难,剪除过程中容易造成极耳的密封边损坏,影响电池的质量,另外注液排气管安装在两个极耳之间,在进行注液和排气工作时受极耳的影响,操作不顺畅,注液排气的工具容易损坏极耳的密封。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术中,锂电池铝塑膜软包的注液排气管安装在软包上两个电池的极耳之间,导致注液排气结束后注液排气管从软包上剪除困难,剪除过程中容易造成极耳的密封边损坏,并且在注液排气工作中容易损伤极耳,影响电池质量的问题,提供一种带侧向注液排气管的锂电池铝塑膜软包,该软包呈方形,底边为对折边,三个侧边热压密封,在软包内电池的正极片和负极片间隔排布,两个极耳密封安装在软包的顶边上,一端伸出软包外,另一端伸入软包内分别与正极片和负极片连接,在软包的另一个侧面上密封安装有注液排气管,注液排气管一端在软包外,另一端伸入软包内极片的边缘。
采用上述技术方案,锂电池铝塑膜软包的三个侧边热压密封操控认准简便,对位准确,质量提高,注液排气管的密封与剪除不会影响到极耳,注液排气工作时不受极耳阻拦,不会影响极耳的密封。

实施例:如图1所示,带侧向注液排气管的锂电池铝塑膜软包,该软包4呈方形,底边为对折边,三个侧边热压密封,在软包内电池的正极片和负极片间隔排布,正极耳1和负极耳3密封安装在软包4的顶边2上,一端伸出软包4外,另一端伸入软包4内分别与正极片和负极片连接,在软包4的另一个侧面5上密封安装有注液排气管6,注液排气管6一端在软包4外,另一端伸入软包4内极片的边缘。

1.带侧向注液排气管的锂电池铝塑膜软包,该软包(4)呈方形,底边为对折边,三个侧边热压密封,在软包内电池的正极片和负极片间隔排布,正极耳(1)和负极耳(3)密封安装在软包(4)的顶边(2)上,一端伸出软包(4)外,另一端伸入软包(4)内分别与正极片和负极片连接,其特征在于:在软包(4)的另一个侧面(5)上密封安装有注液排气管(6),注液排气管(6)一端在软包(4)外,另一端伸入软包(4)内极片的边缘。
