背景技术
传统的太阳能组件铝边框利用冲孔与角码点接触进行卡接,卡接组装的牢固度较差,且角码宽度小于传统的太阳能组件铝边框型腔宽度,卡接组装容易产生错位缺陷。因此寻求一种便于组装,组装牢固度较高,不容易产生错位缺陷的太阳能组件铝边框尤为重要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种便于组装,且组装牢固度较高,不容易产生错位缺陷的带有加强筋的太阳能组件铝边框。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种带有加强筋的太阳能组件铝边框,它包括一个型腔以及型腔上方向右的卡口,所述型腔上壁中部的内表面设置有加强筋,所述加强筋向左下方延伸。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型通过特殊设计的加强筋,使得在组装时,角码与太阳能组件铝边框为面接触,提高组装的牢固度,组框后角码通过加强筋卡接于太阳能组件铝边框的型腔中,避免了组装错位缺陷。因此该带有加强筋的太阳能组件铝边框具有便于组装,且组装牢固度较高,不容易产生错位缺陷的优点。
