本实用新型涉及一种用于冷却机动车热源的装置。 
背景技术
WO2009/146876A1公开了一种用来冷却车辆电池的装置。该装置具有散热器,其中,该散热器构成为至少一个挤压型材。在该至少一个挤压型材的各个端侧上设置有用于收集或分配冷却流体的收集器。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是,提供一种用于冷却机动车热源的装置,该装置由少量的零件构成,并且整体上只需少量的构造空间。 
此目的通过具有权利要求1的特征的装置来实现。有利的实施例为从属权利要求的内容。 
在本实用新型的基本概念中,用于冷却机动车热源的装置具有中空状的散热器、用于导入冷却流体的入口、用于排出冷却流体的出口、用于收集导入的冷却流体的第一收集区域、用于收集待排出的冷却流体的第二收集区域,以及用于将冷却流体从第一收集区域引导至第二收集区域的插入件。现在根据本实用新型,规定该插入件以及该至少第一和第二收集区域均设置在散热器的内部。 
通过把收集器功能集成在散热器中,可以减少构造空间需求。因此,还可以减轻散热器的重量。 
根据本实用新型,该插入件优选地构成为单独的部件。 
根据本实用新型,特征“热源”例如指车辆电池,尤其是指锂离电池,其将废热排放至散热器。 
在优选的实施例中,该散热器可构成为管状,尤其构成为具有第一和第二端部的扁管。这种扁管可简单地且成本低廉地制成。此外,它们通过其平整的侧面形成平坦的表面,以使热源连接至散热器。该扁管优选地由金属制 成,尤其由铝或铝合金制成。但还可选的是,该扁管构成为由塑料制成的挤出型材。 
该扁管在其两个端部上流体密封地封闭。为此,例如由塑料制成的独立的封闭元件是一个优选且适合的选择,该封闭元件与散热器材料锁合地相连,尤其是粘贴在一起。 
在另一优选的实施例中,该插入件构成为波纹筋条。通过该波纹筋条构成了多个单独的子通道,从而使冷却流体能够从第一收集区域输送至第二收集区域。该波纹筋条优选由金属、尤其由铝制成,并与扁管或散热器材料锁合地相连,尤其是焊接在一起。这些单独的子通道优选地不会彼此流体连接。 
在另一优选的实施例中,插入件的纵向长度至少局部地小于散热器或扁管的纵向长度(即从第一端部至第二端部的长度),因此,这两个收集区域由缩短的插入件构成。 
在另一优选的实施例中,在第一和第二收集区域之间设置有多个插入件。例如可规定,冷却流体从第一收集区域流到中间收集区域中,然后流入第二收集区域中。在此,在第一收集区域和中间收集区域之间设置有第一插入件,并在中间收集区域和第二收集区域之间设置有第二插入件。通过这种实施例,可使通道引导与散热器的宽度、尤其是扁管的宽度相适应。 
在优选的详细方案中,通过一个合适的插入件或通过一些合适的插入件,可考虑散热器的不同穿流类型,例如“I形流”穿流(冷却流体无偏转)、“U形流”穿流(冷却流体偏转一次)或“S型流”穿流(冷却流体偏转两次)。还可考虑,冷却流体在散热器内偏转超过两次。 
在有利的实施例中,冷却流体为冷却回路的冷却剂。备选或补充的是,该流体也可是制冷回路的制冷剂,其中散热器构成为用于制冷剂的蒸发器。在下文中,冷却剂理解为尤其处在液相下的(但非必要的)载热流体,该载热流体在流过散热器时基本上未经历(vollzieht)相位变更。对于本实用新型意义中的制冷剂来说,制冷剂通常在散热器中蒸发,其中散热器是具有压缩器、气体冷却器/冷凝器和膨胀机构的制冷回路中的一部分。该冷循回路在此尤其可包含车辆的空调装置。 
应理解的是,上面提到以及下面还将阐述的特征不仅可应用在各自说明的组合中,也可应用在其它组合中或者单独地应用,而不会超出本实用新型的框架。 
从以下结合权利要求和附图进行的详细描述中可以得出本实用新型的其它重要特征。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本实用新型的用于冷却机动车热源的装置1。例如,可设置车辆电池、尤其是锂离电池,作为热源(未示出)。 
图1的视图示出了散热器2,在该散热器2的上侧2a上设置有锂离电池的许多需要冷却的电池单元。该电池例如通过紧固带或类似物品固定在散热器上,因此可在电池和散热器之间实现良好的导热接触。此外,还可在散热器和电池之间设置导热的箔片或类似物体,以便进一步地改善导热性能。 
根据本实施例,散热器2构成为金属制的扁管。该扁管具有用于导入冷却流体的入口3和用于排出冷却流体的出口(未示出)。扁管在其两个端部6上通过封闭元件7流体密封地封闭。 
在入口3的流出侧上设置有用于收集或分配冷却流体的第一收集区域4,同时在出口的流入侧上设置第二收集区域(未示出)。根据本实用新型,现在在第一和第二收集区域之间设置有构成为波纹筋条的插入件5。该波纹筋条在此这样设置,即通过波纹筋条的波谷构成了多个单独的子通道5a,冷却流体通过子通道从第一收集区域流向第二收集区域。 
因此根据本实用新型,第一和第二收集区域以及构成为波纹筋条的插入件5设置在散热器2的内部。此外,该插入件5可构造得比扁管“更短”。根据本实用新型,通过插入件的缩短的形状,可用于构成这两个用于收集和分配冷却流体的收集区域。 
本领域技术人员从图1中可明显地看出,收集区域4中的横截面这样选择,即,使流动略微加速。为此,该收集区域在横截面中在上游按照输出流的方式逐渐变细为单独的子通道5a。通过收集区域的这种三角形造型,可以确保使冷却流体更好地均匀分布。 

Claims (9)

1.一种用于冷却机动车热源的装置(1),其包括中空状的散热器(2)、用于导入该冷却流体的入口(3)、用于排出该冷却流体的出口、用于收集导入的冷却流体的第一收集区域(4)、用于收集待排出的冷却流体的第二收集区域以及用于将冷却流体从该第一收集区域引导至该第二收集区域的插入件(5),其中该第一和第二收集区域以及该插入件均设置在散热器的内部。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,该散热器(2)构成为管状,尤其构成为具有第一和第二端部(6)的扁管(2)。 
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,该插入件(5)的纵向长度至少局部地小于散热器(2)的纵向长度。 
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,该插入件(5)构成为波纹筋条。 
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,两个端部(6)分别通过封闭元件(7)流体密封地封闭。
