本实用新型涉及一种食品加工设备，具体涉及一种熟食冷却设备，属于熟食加工技术领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活节奏的加快，熟食已经成为日常生活中的必备的食品之一。
众所周知，熟食在煮熟之后通常需要进行冷却才能进行包装，而现有技术的冷却方法主要是依靠自然冷却或者在冷环境下进行冷气，这样不仅冷却效率低，而且卫生性差，容易滋生细菌，影响熟食的保质时间。
因此，为解决上述技术问题，确有必要提供一种具有改良结构的熟食冷却设备，以克服现有技术中的所述缺陷。
实用新型内容
为解决上述问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、冷却快速且安全卫生的熟食冷却设备。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案为：一种熟食冷却设备，其包括真空箱、抽真空泵、冷却水箱以及制冷装置；其中，所述真空箱外设有一层保温层，且于真空箱和保温层之间设有一冷却水腔；于所述真空箱的顶部设有一温度计和一气压计；所述抽真空泵连接所述真空箱；所述冷却水腔通过一冷却水管、一回流管和冷却水箱连接；所述制冷装置设置于冷却水管上。
本实用新型的熟食冷却设备进一步设置为：于所述真空箱内进一步设有一紫外杀菌灯。
本实用新型的熟食冷却设备还设置为：所述真空箱为不锈钢材质的真空箱。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有如下有益效果：本实用新型的熟食冷却设备具有结构简单、冷却快速且安全卫生等诸多优点。

具体实施方式
请参阅说明书附图1所示，本实用新型为一种熟食冷却设备，其由真空箱1、抽真空泵2、冷却水箱3以及制冷装置4等几部分组成。
其中，所述真空箱1外设有一层保温层5，且于真空箱1和保温层5之间设有一冷却水腔6，于该冷却水腔6内可充分冷却水。
于所述真空箱1的顶部设有一温度计7和一气压计8，从而监控真空箱1内的温度和气压。该真空箱1为不锈钢材质的真空箱1，从而方便清洗且使用卫生。于所述真空箱1内还设有一紫外杀菌灯9，从而能够杀灭细菌。
所述抽真空泵2连接所述真空箱1，其用于将真空箱1抽成真空。
所述冷却水腔6通过一冷却水管10、一回流管11和冷却水箱4连接；所述制冷装置4设置于冷却水管10上。于所述回流管11上设有一回流泵12。冷却水箱4中的冷却水通过冷却水管10输送入冷却水腔6，并通过制冷装置4进行制冷。冷却水进行换热后通过回流管11回流至冷却水箱4。

1.一种熟食冷却设备，其特征在于：包括真空箱、抽真空泵、冷却水箱以及制冷装置；其中，所述真空箱外设有一层保温层，且于真空箱和保温层之间设有一冷却水腔；于所述真空箱的顶部设有一温度计和一气压计；所述抽真空泵连接所述真空箱；所述冷却水腔通过一冷却水管、一回流管和冷却水箱连接；所述制冷装置设置于冷却水管上。
2.如权利要求1所述的熟食冷却设备，其特征在于：于所述真空箱内进一步设有一紫外杀菌灯。
3.如权利要求1所述的熟食冷却设备，其特征在于：所述真空箱为不锈钢材质的真空箱。
