Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有能够成形成软管(Schlauch)的多个过滤元件(Filterelement)和具有裂口(Durchbrüche)的塑料管(Kunststoffrohr)的过滤器(Filter),塑料管可由多个管部段组装而成,其中管部段各构成塑料管的一部分周缘。
背景技术
由现有技术已知一种用于制造过滤器的该类型的方法,在其中过滤介质被缝成软管且随后被套到管子上。因此,过滤元件处在呈管状的过滤器的外侧上。当需要制造带有主分离器和附加分离器(Nachabscheider)的过滤器时,则需要两个同中心地交错布置的带有不同直径的管子,被缝成软管的过滤元件被相应地套到这些管子上。然而,该两级式的过滤器是昂贵的且在制造上成本过高。
本发明具有如下目的,即,提供改进的过滤器。
实用新型内容

此外,在根据本发明的过滤器中,塑料管包括连接到一起的、注射成型的多个管部段。
因此,过滤元件未来不再须被缝成软管和被套到塑料管上。 由此,可相对简单且因此低成本地制造过滤器。原则上可行的是,在塑料管或者管部段的外侧面或内侧面上设置被注塑包覆的过滤元件。优选地,两个带有半圆形横截面的管部段被注射(gespritzt),其在连接到一起之后形成塑料管。
为了在制造过滤器时达到尽可能短的生产节拍,多个过滤元件可由两侧被同时地注塑包覆,从而产生该多个管部段的内壳和外壳。
在一种优选的实施方式中,塑料管可在管部段连接到一起之后被缠绕以另外的过滤元件。以该方式,可制造带有主分离器和附加分离器的两级式的过滤器。因为过滤器通常被由外向内地流经,所以在该实施方式的情形中该多个过滤元件可形成附加分离器且该另外的过滤元件可形成主分离器。
为了能够利用较少的操作快速地将管部段彼此连接,过滤器可在管部段的连接棱边处装备有连接元件。
在一种优选的实施方式中,连接元件可构造成止动钩(Rasthaken)和容纳其的开口。
相邻的过滤元件的纵向边缘可以如下方式被折弯,即,纵向边缘的在折弯之前朝内的侧面在折弯之后并排放置且在管部段连接到一起之后彼此贴靠。通过彼此贴靠的管部段或者通过过滤元件的彼此贴靠的纵向边缘,管部段被彼此相对地密封。
管部段在其纵向棱边处具有被过滤元件覆盖的间隔元件。间隔元件优选地实施成由弹性体制成的唇边。因此,间隔元件确保了在过滤元件的彼此贴靠的纵向边缘之间的精确定义的压缩,从而保证了在过滤元件之间的尽可能高的密封。
多个过滤元件可优选地为多个无纺织物。
在一种优选的实施方式中,过滤器可以是用于空气除油的过滤器或液体过滤器。

具体实施方式
图1显示了过滤器10,在其中过滤元件11被施加到设有裂口的管部段12(同样参见图4和5)上。管部段12构成塑料管50(参见图5)。
可利用塑料将管部段12喷涂(aufgespritzt)到过滤元件11上,由此,管部段12获得内壳13和外壳14。然而如下同样是可能的,即,首先注射管部段12且随后将过滤元件11焊接到管部段12处。
在下一生产步骤中,管部段12被连接到一起且随后绕管部段12缠绕另外的过滤元件15。因为穿过过滤器10的流向由外向内延伸,所以过滤元件11可充当附加分离器且另外的过滤元件15可充当主分离器。
管部段12可装备有构造成止动钩的连接元件20和容纳其的开口21,从而能够以较少的操作快速地将管部段12彼此连接(参见图2)。
过滤元件11的纵向边缘22被以如下方式折弯,即,其在过滤元件11连接到一起之后(参见图2和3)彼此贴靠且因此过滤元件11或者管部段12彼此相对地密封。
