本实用新型涉及一种采用四点接触密封圈的液压分离轴承,包括缸体支架、分离轴承组件和预紧弹簧,所述的缸体支架内侧安装有预紧弹簧,所述的预紧弹簧的一端与分离轴承组件相连,所述的预紧弹簧内侧的缸体支架上布置有充满液压油的液压工作腔,所述的液压工作腔的内部布置有一端与分离轴承组件相连的导向套,所述的导向套的另一端套接固定有四点接触密封圈并可在液压工作腔内滑动。本实用新型结构简单,采用四点接触密封圈,防止了漏油和密封圈脱落的情况出现。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车零部件领域,特别涉及一种采用四点接触密封圈的液压分离轴承。 
背景技术
离合器分离轴承是汽车上一个比较重要的零件,如果维护保养不好出现故障,不但会造成经济损失,而且拆装一次相当繁琐,需耗费很多工时,现有的离合器分离轴承多是采用Y型密封圈与液压工作腔相接触,但是由于Y型密封圈的滑动频繁,容易出现漏油的情况,一旦出现漏油就会严重影响离合器的工作,导致严重的后果,而且Y型密封圈与导向套的连接多是采用燕尾槽相扣连接的,在装配使用的工程中偶尔会出现Y型密封圈脱落的情况。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种采用四点接触密封圈的液压分离轴承,结构简单,采用四点接触密封圈,防止了漏油和密封圈脱落的情况出现。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种采用四点接触密封圈的液压分离轴承,包括缸体支架、分离轴承组件和预紧弹簧,所述的缸体支架内侧安装有预紧弹簧,所述的预紧弹簧的一端与分离轴承组件相连,所述的预紧弹簧内侧的缸体支架上布置有充满液压油的液压工作腔,所述的液压工作腔的内部布置有一端与分离轴承组件相连的导向套,所述的导向套的另一端套接固定有四点接触密封圈并可在液压工作腔内滑动。 
所述的四点接触密封圈的左端和右端的上下均布置有圆弧突起,所述的四点接触密封圈的右端开有连接通槽,所述的连接通槽的内侧开有梯形定位槽。 
所述的导向套的一端连接布置有与梯形定位槽相配的连接套。 
所述的圆弧突起均与液压工作腔的内壁紧密接触。 
有益效果 
本实用新型涉及一种采用四点接触密封圈的液压分离轴承,结构简单,采用四点接触密封圈代替了原来的Y形密封圈,密封性能大大提升,防止漏油情况的出现;并采用梯形定位槽与导向套相连接,连接牢固,不会出现脱落的情况,提升了液压分离轴承的质量,提高了其使用寿命。

如图1-6所示,本实用新型的实施方式涉及一种采用四点接触密封圈的液压分离轴承,包括缸体支架1、分离轴承组件5和预紧弹簧3,所述的缸体支架1内侧安装有预紧弹簧3,所述的预紧弹簧3的一端与分离轴承组件5相连,所述的预紧弹簧3内侧的缸体支架1上布置有充满液压油的液压工作腔2,所述的液压工作腔2的内部布置有一端与分离轴承组件5相连的导向套6,所述的导向套6的另一端套接固定有四点接触密封圈4并可在液压工作腔2内滑动。 
所述的四点接触密封圈4的左端和右端的上下均布置有圆弧突起43,所述的四点接触密封圈4的右端开有连接通槽41,所述的连接通槽41的内侧开有梯形定位槽42。 
所述的导向套6的一端连接布置有与梯形定位槽42相配的连接套61。 
所述的圆弧突起43均与液压工作腔2的内壁紧密接触。 

Claims (4)

1.一种采用四点接触密封圈的液压分离轴承,包括缸体支架(1)、分离轴承组件(5)和预紧弹簧(3),所述的缸体支架(1)内侧安装有预紧弹簧(3),所述的预紧弹簧(3)的一端与分离轴承组件(5)相连,所述的预紧弹簧(3)内侧的缸体支架(1)上布置有充满液压油的液压工作腔(2),其特征在于,所述的液压工作腔(2)的内部布置有一端与分离轴承组件(5)相连的导向套(6),所述的导向套(6)的另一端套接固定有四点接触密封圈(4)并可在液压工作腔(2)内滑动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用四点接触密封圈的液压分离轴承,其特征在于,所述的四点接触密封圈(4)的左端和右端的上下均布置有圆弧突起(43),所述的四点接触密封圈(4)的右端开有连接通槽(41),所述的连接通槽(41)的内侧开有梯形定位槽(42)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用四点接触密封圈的液压分离轴承,其特征在于,所述的导向套(6)的一端连接布置有与梯形定位槽(42)相配的连接套(61)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种采用四点接触密封圈的液压分离轴承,其特征在于,所述的圆弧突起(43)均与液压工作腔(2)的内壁紧密接触。
