本实用新型公开了一种汽车尾气净化器,属于环保设备。汽车尾气净化器由高压等离子净化器和烟气净化器组成。和汽车排气道连接的高压等离子净化器内有带绝缘管的正负高压电极,电极通过逆变器连接蓄电瓶。高压等离子净化器的出气口就是烟气净化器的进气口,被净化的尾气从排气口排向大气。高压等离子净化器中的带绝缘管的正负电极的组数,根据车型大小、废气排放量多少进行增减。汽车尾气净化器体积小,便于安装,净化效果好,使用成本低。

技术领域:本实用新型属于环保设备领域。 
背景技术:在我国大中型城市,汽车尾气排放已成为主要的大气污染源。目前我国在用汽车量有2.4亿辆,然而随着经济的迅速发展和社会需要的增加,在今后10~15年内,中国汽车保有量将以年均9%的速度增长。由此可见,减少汽车尾气排放物的紧迫性。汽车尾气净化催化剂是控制汽车排放,减少汽车污染的有效的手段。主要用贵金属作催化剂和稀土汽车尾气净化催化剂。可由于这些贵金属价格昂贵,因此难以广泛推广。还有一说,“催化剂净化器的缺点是在一定程度上提高空气酸度.原因是催化剂净化器能使S02转化为SO3,就会形成酸雨”造成二次污染。 
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是设计一种汽车尾气净化器,成本低,没有二次污染,还能收集尾气中的粉尘,净化效果好。其技术方案是这样的:汽车尾气净化器由高压等离子净化器和烟气净化器组成。和汽车排气道连接的高压等离子净化器内有带绝缘管的正负高压电极,电极通过逆变器连接蓄电瓶。高压等离子净化器的出气口就是烟气净化器的进气口,被净化的尾气从排气口排向大气。高压等离子净化器中的带绝缘管的正负电极的数量,根据车型大小、废气排放量多少进行增减。 
汽车尾气净化器体积小,便于安装,净化效果好,使用成本低。

具体实施方式:下面结合附图做进一步的说明。 
如附图1所示,汽车尾气净化器由高压等离子净化器和烟气净化器组成。进气口3和汽车排气道连接的高压等离子净化器1内有带绝缘管的正负高压电极2,电极通过逆变器连接蓄电瓶,获得高电压。汽车尾气的污染因子被高压电场氧化分解。高压等离子净化器的出气口就是烟气净化器4的进气口,气流从弧形管道5的小端喷出,又与碱性水充分接触混合,其酸性成分被碱水中和,尾气中的炭黑、粉尘也被水吸附。净化的尾气从排气口6排向大气。高压等离子净化器中的带绝缘管的正负电极2的数量可以根据车型大小、废气排放量多少进行增减。小型车的汽车尾气净化器如图2所示。 

Claims (2)

1.汽车尾气净化器,由高压等离子净化器和烟气净化器组成,其特征是:和排气道连接的高压等离子净化器内有带绝缘管的正负电极(2),电极通过逆变器连接蓄电瓶;高压等离子净化器的出气口就是烟气净化器(4)的进气口,被净化的尾气从排气口(6)排向大气。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车尾气净化器,其特征是:高压等离子净化器中的带绝缘管的正负电极(2),的数量,根据车型大小、废气排放量多少进行增减。
