技术领域
本发明涉及汽车环保领域,具体是指一种汽车尾气等离子净化器。
背景技术
在我国大中型城市,汽车尾气排放已成为主要的大气污染源。目前我国在用汽车量有2.4亿辆,然而随着经济的迅速发展和社会需要的增加,在今后10~15年内,中国汽车保有量将以年均9%的速度增长。由此可见,减少汽车尾气排放物的紧迫性。汽车尾气净化催化剂是控制汽车排放,减少汽车污染的有效的手段。主要用贵金属作催化剂和稀土汽车尾气净化催化剂。可由于这些贵金属价格昂贵,因此难以广泛推广。
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单,体积小,便于安装,净化效果好,使用成本低的汽车尾气等离子净化器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种汽车尾气净化器,包括进气管、尾气净化器和排气管,其特征在于,所述尾气净化器的顶部固定有蓄电池,所述尾气净化器的内腔设置有过滤网,所述过滤网的右侧设有等离子净化器,所述等离子净化器的右侧设有活性炭吸收装置,所述活性炭吸收装置的右侧设有弧形过滤板。
进一步的,所述等离子净化器的内腔由上往下均匀排列有正负电极板,且每块正负电极板的输入端电性连接蓄电池的输出端。
进一步的,所述活性炭吸收装置内活性炭沿横向层叠排列。
进一步的,所述弧形过滤板的弧面设置有氨水石棉板片,且氨水石棉板片最少为相同的六组。
通过采用上述技术方案,本发明所达到的技术效果为:该等离子净化器,结构简单,体积小,便于安装,净化效果好,使用成本低。

所述等离子净化器的内腔由上往下均匀排列有正负电极板,且每块正负电极板的输入端电性连接蓄电池的输出端。
所述活性炭吸收装置内活性炭沿横向层叠排列。
所述弧形过滤板的弧面设置有氨水石棉板片,且氨水石棉板片最少为相同的六组。
本发明的汽车尾气等离子净化器,结构简单,体积小,便于安装,净化效果好,使用成本低。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气等离子净化器,其特征在于,所述等离子净化器的内腔由上往下均匀排列有正负电极板,且每块正负电极板的输入端电性连接蓄电池的输出端。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气等离子净化器,其特征在于,所述活性炭吸收装置内活性炭沿横向层叠排列。
