本发明涉及汽车环保领域,特别是指一种转动式汽车尾气处理装置。本发明的转动式汽车尾气处理装置包括进气管、外壳、过滤网,转轴、扇叶、净化单元、活性炭吸收装置和排气管,其特征在于,所述转轴固定在外壳上,所述扇叶和所述净化单元固定在转轴上,所述净化单元包括壳体、外电极板、内电极板和振动颗粒,所述电极板固定在所述壳体内部,所述振动颗粒填充在壳体中,所述振动颗粒与所述电极板的材料具有不同电负性,所述过滤网设置在扇叶和净化单元之间,所述活性炭吸收装置位于净化单元的右侧。本发明的转动式汽车尾气处理装置,结构简单,制备成本低。该尾气处理装置工作时,在前置扇叶的带动下净化单元中的振动颗粒与电极板互相碰撞,在电极板与转动颗粒之间可以产生高电场,净化装置的吸附效率高,而且不需要额外耗能。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车环保领域,具体是指一种转动式汽车尾气处理装置。
背景技术
在我国大中型城市,汽车尾气排放已成为主要的大气污染源。目前我国在用汽车量有2.4亿辆,然而随着经济的迅速发展和社会需要的增加,在今后10~15年内,中国汽车保有量将以年均9%的速度增长。由此可见,减少汽车尾气排放物的紧迫性。汽车尾气净化催化剂是控制汽车排放,减少汽车污染的有效的手段。主要用贵金属作催化剂和稀土汽车尾气净化催化剂。可由于这些贵金属价格昂贵,因此难以广泛推广。
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单,便于安装,净化效果好,使用成本低的转动式汽车尾气处理装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种汽车尾气净化器,包括进气管、外壳、过滤网,转轴、扇叶、净化单元、活性炭吸收装置和排气管,其特征在于,所述转轴固定在外壳上,所述扇叶和所述净化单元固定在转轴上,所述净化单元包括壳体、外电极板、内电极板和振动颗粒,所述电极板固定在所述壳体内部,所述振动颗粒填充在壳体中,所述振动颗粒与所述电极板的材料具有不同电负性,所述过滤网设置在扇叶和净化单元之间,所述活性炭吸收装置位于净化单元的右侧。
进一步的,所述净化单元的外电极板设置在壳体内侧,所述内电极板设置在与所述转轴共轴的圆柱面上。
进一步的,所述净化单元包括两个面对面设置的电极板,两个电极板在所述的径向分隔设置。
进一步的,所述电极板由多个电极单元组成,电极单元之间互相连接。
进一步的,所述多个电极单元为阵列式排列。
进一步的,所述所述振动颗粒在净化单元中填充度为40%—50%。
进一步的,所述活性炭吸收装置内活性炭沿横向层叠排列。
通过采用上述技术方案,本发明所达到的技术效果为:该装置,结构简单,制备成本低。该尾气处理装置工作时,在前置扇叶的带动下净化单元中的振动颗粒与电极板互相碰撞,在电极板与转动颗粒之间可以产生高电场,,净化装置的吸附效率高,而且不需要额外耗能。

实施例:包括进气管1、外壳2、过滤网3,转轴4、扇叶5、净化单元、活性炭吸收装置6和排气管7,其特征在于,所述转轴固定在外壳上,所述扇叶和所述净化单元固定在转轴上,所述净化单元包括壳体8、外电极板9、内电极板10和振动颗粒11,所述电极板固定在所述壳体内部,所述振动颗粒填充在壳体中,所述振动颗粒与所述电极板的材料具有不同电负性,所述过滤网设置在扇叶和净化单元之间,所述活性炭吸收装置位于净化单元的右侧。
所述净化单元的外电极板设置在壳体内侧,所述内电极板设置在与所述转轴共轴的圆柱面上。

1.一种转动式汽车尾气处理装置,包括进气管、外壳、过滤网,转轴、扇叶、净化单元、活性炭吸收装置和排气管,其特征在于,所述转轴固定在外壳上,所述扇叶和所述净化单元固定在转轴上,所述净化单元包括壳体、外电极板、内电极板和振动颗粒,所述电极板固定在所述壳体内部,所述振动颗粒填充在壳体中,所述振动颗粒与所述电极板的材料具有不同电负性,所述过滤网设置在扇叶和净化单元之间,所述活性炭吸收装置位于净化单元的右侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种转动式汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于,所述净化单元的外电极板设置在壳体内侧,所述内电极板设置在与所述转轴共轴的圆柱面上。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种转动式汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于,所述净化单元包括两个面对面设置的电极板,两个电极板在所述的径向分隔设置。
