Abstract

一种研磨抛光机的滴料装置,它在研磨抛光机的支撑架上安装一个滴料桶,滴料桶的上方设置桶盖,滴料桶的下方通过滴料管将料液滴至研磨盘上,在桶盖的上方设置电动机,电动机的中轴穿过桶盖与搅拌棒相连接。采用上述技术方案的本实用新型,通过固定在研磨料液滴料桶桶盖上的电动机带动网状搅拌棒对研磨料液进行搅拌,从而可以消除研磨料液在缓慢滴料过程中因研磨料颗(粉)粒自身重力产生的沉降,进而避免研磨料液不均匀分层现象的发生,保持研磨料液比较均匀稳定的滴加至研磨机研磨抛光盘盘面上。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种研磨抛光机的滴料装置,具体的说涉及一种具备搅拌研磨料液功能的滴料装置。
背景技术
研磨抛光机在金属材料(金相)晶体、玻璃、陶瓷、岩(矿)样、复合材料及密封器件等材料或器件的研磨抛光处理中应用十分广泛,比如在金相试样制备中的研磨抛光应用、在光学玻璃器皿中的抛光应用、在陶瓷基片、化合物半导体中的研磨抛光应用等。在对物件样品研磨抛光应用中通常在研磨机研磨抛光盘上滴加一些研磨料比如:刚玉粉、碳化硅粉、人造金刚石粉、石英砂粉等,这些研磨粉通过一些滴料装置缓慢随液体滴加至研磨机研磨盘上,以便达到快速、精细研磨与抛光的目的。但是,通常使用的滴料装置如图1所示,它在研磨抛光机1的支撑架2上安装一个滴料桶3,该滴料桶3上方设置桶盖4,下方通过滴料管9滴至研磨盘10上。这样滴料装置往往依靠研磨料液的自身流动性滴加至研磨机研磨盘上,这就很难避免研磨料颗粒因自身重力而沉降,从而在底料桶内发生研磨料分层,致使研磨料液中磨料分布不均,从而影响研磨抛光的效率与效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种对研磨抛光机研磨料液具有搅拌混匀功能的滴料装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种研磨抛光机的滴料装置,它在研磨抛光机的支撑架上安装一个滴料桶,滴料桶的上方设置桶盖,滴料桶的下方通过滴料管将料液滴至研磨盘上,在桶盖的上方设置电动机,电动机的中轴穿过桶盖与搅拌棒相连接。
所述的搅拌棒由棒体及固定在棒体四周的叶片构成。
所述搅拌棒的底部为钢丝网。
采用上述技术方案的本实用新型,通过固定在研磨料液滴料桶桶盖上的电动机带动网状搅拌棒对研磨料液进行搅拌,从而可以消除研磨料液在缓慢滴料过程中因研磨料颗(粉)粒自身重力产生的沉降,进而避免研磨料液不均匀分层现象的发生,保持研磨料液比较均匀稳定的滴加至研磨机研磨抛光盘盘面上。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,一种研磨抛光机的滴料装置,它在研磨抛光机1的支撑架2上安装一个滴料桶3,滴料桶3的上方通过螺母8设置桶盖4,滴料桶3的下方通过滴料管9将料液滴至研磨盘10上,本实用新型在桶盖4的上方设置电动机5,电动机5的中轴6穿过桶盖4与搅拌棒7相连接。搅拌棒7的结构可以采用多种形式,如:搅拌棒7由棒体及固定在棒体四周的叶片构成;也可以在搅拌棒7的底部设置钢丝网。
本实用新型的工作原理是:通过电动机5带动搅拌棒7的旋转作用,可以对滴料桶3内的研磨料液起到很好的搅拌混匀功能,避免滴料过程中底料桶内料液发生沉降分层,从而保证了研磨料液均匀稳定的通过滴料管9滴至研磨盘10上。

1.一种研磨抛光机的滴料装置,它在研磨抛光机(1)的支撑架(2)上安装一个滴料桶(3),滴料桶(3)的上方设置桶盖(4),滴料桶(3)的下方通过滴料管(9)将料液滴至研磨盘(10)上,其特征在于:在桶盖(4)的上方设置电动机(5),电动机(5)的中轴(6)穿过桶盖(4)与搅拌棒(7)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的研磨抛光机的滴料装置,其特征在于:所述的搅拌棒(7)由棒体及固定在棒体四周的叶片构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的研磨抛光机的滴料装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌棒(7)的底部为钢丝网。
