背景技术
热挤压是将坯料加热到再结晶温度以上,而后把加热的金属放入模具型腔内,在强大的压力和一定的速度作用下,迫使金属产生剧烈的塑性变形,从而获得所需形状的工件,腔体弧形零件整体复合挤压工艺过程通常包括加热坯料、润滑模具和坯料变形三个过程,在这个循环过程中,热挤压模具将受到反复的机械载荷和热载荷的作用,最终引起模具失效,其中最常见的失效形式有:开裂、磨损、变形、腐蚀、热疲劳和机械疲劳。

本实用新型的一种优选方式,所述上模板7、上垫板8、凸模5中均开设有通孔,且所述通孔相连通。
