Abstract

本实用新型公开了管道控制设备的一种活塞式单向阀,单向阀由阀体、阀盖和活塞连接构成。阀体内设有圆柱形阀座,阀座的一侧连通介质进口,其底部与阀体连成一体,阀座的外侧与阀体形成空腔,且与介质出口连通,其上部开口与活塞配套,活塞包括活塞头和活塞杆,活塞头通过密封垫和阀座的开口密封闭合或开启,阀盖中心向外突出一圆柱形凸块,其内设有圆柱形活塞杆套,该活塞杆套与活塞杆相配套,活塞杆套一端设有连接阀盖的弹簧座,弹簧座上套有弹簧,弹簧的另一端套在活塞杆上,阀盖的端口水平连接环形裙边,该裙边的内圆与活塞头的外圆及密封垫紧密配合,在阀盖内形成一个密闭的空腔。本实用新型具有使制冷设备减震降噪,提高使用寿命的优点。

活塞式单向阀
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种管道控制设备,更具体地说,本实用新型涉及一种活塞式单向阀。
背景技术
单向阀是制冷设备中不可或缺的重要配套部件,安装在制冷设备压缩机的排气口处,用于防止停机时压缩机反转,或防止制冷剂从运转的压缩机流到未运转的压缩机中。工作时,活塞在压差的作用下进行往复运动,达到关闭或开启单向阀的目的。由于现有单向阀定位依靠活塞相对阀座的往复滑动进行,介质中的杂质容易堵塞活塞与阀座内壁之间的空隙,进而导致单向阀多次使用后,活塞会出现倾斜,与阀座不对中,降低了单向阀的可靠性。此外,制冷设备在运行中会因压力脉冲产生的震动,既造成制冷设备运行时的噪声,又会对制冷设备造成机械磨损,影响设备的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种减震降噪、延长制冷设备使用寿命的活塞式单向阀。
本实用新型发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种活塞式单向阀,所述的单向阀由阀体、阀盖和活塞连接构成。所述阀体内设有圆柱形阀座,所述阀座的一侧连通介质进口,其底部与阀体连成一体,阀座的外侧与阀体形成空腔,且与介质出口连通,其上部开口与活塞配套,所述的活塞包括活塞头和活塞杆,所述的活塞头通过密封垫和阀座的开口密封闭合或开启,所述的阀盖中心向外突出一圆柱形凸块,其内设有圆柱形活塞杆套,该活塞杆套与活塞杆相配套,活塞杆套一端设有连接阀盖的弹簧座,弹簧座上套有弹簧,弹簧的另一端套在活塞杆上,所述阀盖的端口水平连接环形裙边,该裙边的内圆与活塞头的外圆及密封垫紧密配合,在阀盖内形成一个密闭的空腔。
本实用新型发明的目的还可以通过以下技术方案实现的:
所述阀座开口的端面为圆弧形。所述活塞头的中心设有螺孔及配套的螺栓和垫片,通过拧紧螺栓,将垫片和密封垫压紧。所述阀体的底部中心设有安装螺孔。所述活塞杆端面的中心设有圆孔。所述的阀盖通过螺栓固定连接阀体。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
1.降低制冷设备运行时的噪音;
2.提高制冷设备的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型的实质性内容作进一步详细描述:
如图1至图3所示:一种活塞式单向阀,由阀体1通过螺栓14-2固定连接阀盖2,活塞置于阀体1的空腔内。阀体1内设有圆柱形阀座3,阀座3的一侧连通介质进口4,其底部与阀体1连成一体,阀座3的外侧与阀体1形成空腔,且与介质出口6连通,其上部开口与活塞配套,活塞包括活塞头7和活塞杆8,通过螺栓14-1将垫片15和密封垫9固定在活塞头7端面的中心,密封垫9和阀座3的开口密封闭合或开启,阀座3开口的端面为圆弧形,便于密封垫9压实阀座3开口。阀盖2中心向外突出一圆柱形凸块,其内设有圆柱形活塞杆套10,该活塞杆套10与活塞杆8相配套,活塞杆8端面的中心设有圆孔17,有利紧密配合活塞杆套10及减轻活塞杆8的分量。活塞杆套10一端设有连接阀盖2的弹簧座11,弹簧座11上套有弹簧12,弹簧12的另一端套在活塞杆8上。阀盖2的端口水平连接环形裙边13,该裙边13的内圆与活塞头7的外圆及密封垫9紧密配合时,在阀盖2内形成一个密闭的空腔。阀体1的底部中心设有安装螺孔16,用以将本实用新型固定在制冷设备上。

1.一种活塞式单向阀,所述的单向阀由阀体、阀盖和活塞连接构成,其特征在于:所述阀体内设有圆柱形阀座,所述阀座的一侧连通介质进口,其底部与阀体连成一体,阀座的外侧与阀体形成空腔,且与介质出口连通,其上部开口与活塞配套,所述的活塞包括活塞头和活塞杆,所述的活塞头通过密封垫和阀座的开口密封闭合或开启,所述的阀盖中心向外突出一圆柱形凸块,其内设有圆柱形活塞杆套,该活塞杆套与活塞杆相配套,活塞杆套一端设有连接阀盖的弹簧座,弹簧座上套有弹簧,弹簧的另一端套在活塞杆上,所述阀盖的端口水平连接环形裙边,该裙边的内圆与活塞头的外圆及密封垫紧密配合,在阀盖内形成一个密闭的空腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种活塞式单向阀,其特征在于:所述阀座开口的端面为圆弧形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种活塞式单向阀,其特征在于:所述活塞头的中心设有螺孔及配套的螺栓和垫片,通过拧紧螺栓,将垫片和密封垫压紧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种活塞式单向阀,其特征在于:所述阀体的底部中心设有安装螺孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种活塞式单向阀,其特征在于:所述活塞杆端面的中心设有圆孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种活塞式单向阀,其特征在于:所述的阀盖通过螺栓固定连接阀体。
