本发明公开了一种减震润滑阀杆,包括外壳、阀座和阀杆;所述阀座安装在外壳内部;所述阀杆一端连接在阀座上,另一端伸出外壳;所述阀杆底部焊接有限位块;所述限位块设置在阀座内,可沿阀座内壁移动;所述限位块与阀座之间设有减震弹簧;所述阀座与外壳之间还设有导向柱;所述限位块可沿着导向柱移动;所述阀杆与阀座之间还设有耐磨垫;所述导油管一端伸入阀座内,另一端伸出外壳并由密封盖密封;本发明方案使用时,在阀杆受力时,所受压力经由减震弹簧减缓减压,阀杆震动缓冲卸力,确保阀座缓冲,大大的提高了阀杆的使用寿命;导油管用来添加润滑油,给阀座进行润滑,保证阀座的活动性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种减震润滑阀杆,属于平板闸阀技术领域。
背景技术
平板闸阀是靠阀门入口处介质的压力将闸板推向出口阀阀座实现密封的,所以用力关紧平板闸阀不但不能起到良好的密封作用,反而对阀座和闸板有所损坏,影响密封,使用过程中,产生的不必要的震动大大的降低了使用寿命,在实际工作中这一现象时有发生。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种能够减少机器震动,延长使用寿命的减震润滑阀杆。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种减震润滑阀杆,包括外壳、阀座和阀杆;所述阀座安装在外壳内部;所述阀杆一端连接在阀座上,另一端伸出外壳;所述阀杆底部焊接有限位块;所述限位块设置在阀座内,可沿阀座内壁移动;所述限位块与阀座之间设有减震弹簧;所述阀座与外壳之间还设有导向柱;所述限位块可沿着导向柱移动;所述阀杆与阀座之间还设有耐磨垫;所述导油管一端伸入阀座内,另一端伸出外壳并由密封盖密封。
优选的,所述阀杆与外壳相配合处设有密封圈。
优选的,所述外壳由不锈钢制成。

本发明方案通过将阀座2安装在外壳1内部,阀杆3一端连接在阀座2上,另一端伸出外壳1,阀杆3底部焊接有限位块4,限位块4与阀座2之间设有减震弹簧5,使用时,在阀杆3受力时,所受压力经由减震弹簧5减缓减压,阀杆震动5缓冲卸力,确保阀座2缓冲,大大的提高了阀杆3的使用寿命;导油管9用来添加润滑油,给阀座2进行润滑,保证阀座2的活动性。
