Abstract
一种直启多密封角式截止阀,包括阀体、手轮、插嵌于阀体内的阀杆、阀瓣,所述阀杆顶部连接有蜗杆,其特殊之处是:所述蜗杆的蜗杆螺母外周面螺纹连接蜗杆螺母压板,所述蜗杆螺母压板与阀体之间连接有螺纹支柱,所述阀体上部的填料仓内设有填料并设有填料压盖及压板,所述压板利用双头螺栓和螺母与所述阀体固定,所述阀瓣与阀杆为一体式结构,所述阀体底部内置有密封座,所述密封座顶部与阀瓣对合形成锥密封且所述密封座与阀体的径向接触面设有“O”型密封圈。本发明体积小、重量轻、开启灵活、密封性能好、易于安装、生产成本低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及角式截止阀,特别是一种直启多密封角式截止阀。
背景技术
传统的角式截止阀,由阀体、阀盖、插嵌并螺纹连接于阀盖内的阀杆、连接在阀杆上部的手轮、连接在阀杆下部的阀瓣、设于阀盖上部的压帽以及设于压帽、阀体、阀杆形成的填料仓内的填料组成,其中,阀体、阀盖均为铸件,需要单独加工,且内部结构复杂、加工繁琐、体积大、质量重,受铸件自身缺陷影响,整个阀门强度不高。由于阀门体积大及重量过重,其占用安装空间过大,安装和维修时工作人员劳动强度过高,安装与拆卸都不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种体积小、重量轻、开启灵活、密封性能好、易于安装、生产成本低的直启多密封角式截止阀。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种直启多密封角式截止阀,包括阀体、手轮、插嵌于阀体内的阀杆、阀瓣,所述阀杆顶部连接有蜗杆,所述手轮安装于所述蜗杆顶端,其特殊之处是:所述蜗杆上设有蜗杆螺母,所述蜗杆螺母外周面螺纹连接蜗杆螺母压板并利用螺钉锁紧,所述蜗杆螺母压板与阀体之间连接有螺纹支柱并利用螺母锁紧,所述阀体上部与阀杆形成的填料仓内设有填料并对应填料位置由下至上依次设有填料压盖及压板,所述压板利用双头螺栓和螺母与所述阀体固定,所述阀瓣与阀杆为一体式结构,所述阀体底部内置有密封座,所述密封座顶部与阀瓣对合形成锥密封且所述密封座与阀体的径向接触面设有两个间隔分布的“O”型密封圈。
所述阀瓣底面为球面,以减少阀门开启时介质对阀杆的径向冲击力,增强副密封的密封性能。
所述蜗杆与阀杆的连接端为球铰状接触,且利用两瓣式连接内套和锁紧外套连接,以使蜗杆与阀杆在阀门关闭和开启时实现自动调心。
所述密封座与阀体采用螺纹连接,并利用紧定螺钉定位固定。
所述阀体外形为立方体状结构,以使体身壁厚均匀,整体耐压度高。
所述阀体侧面和底面分别设有螺纹孔,以使阀体介质通道端面代替法兰,阀体与管道间的连接只需要有管道端法兰就可安装,从而提高了材料利用率,降低了生产成本。
所述螺纹支柱的数量为两个,以蜗杆和阀杆的轴心线为对称中心分布。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、由于蜗杆和阀杆由蜗杆螺母压板和螺纹支柱实现与阀体固定连接,同理,填料压盖及压板由双头螺栓实现与阀体的固定连接,取代了传统的内部结构复杂的铸件阀盖,节省了单独铸造阀盖的工序,减小了阀门整体重量和体积,节约了安装时间,拆卸方便,减轻了工人劳动强度,同时使填料更容易更换,易于检修。
2、由于阀瓣与阀杆为一体式结构,且阀瓣与阀座的密封为母体密封,节省了阀杆与阀瓣分开加工的繁琐工序,节省了密封面再次堆焊的工时和材料的消耗。
3、由于阀体底部内置有密封座与阀瓣形成锥密封,且密封座与阀体的径向接触面设有两个 “O”型密封圈,加大密封度达3倍以上,显著增强了阀门密封性能,达到了多密封的目的。

具体实施方式
如图所示,该直启多密封角式截止阀,包括阀体23、手轮13、插嵌于阀体23内的阀杆24、阀瓣4、密封座1组成。所述阀体23外形为立方体状结构。所述阀杆24顶部连接有蜗杆10,所述蜗杆10与阀杆24的连接端为球铰状接触,且利用两瓣式连接内套8和锁紧外套9连接。所述手轮13安装于所述蜗杆10顶端,并利用螺母12锁紧,手轮13与螺母12间设有垫圈11。
所述蜗杆10上设有蜗杆螺母17,所述蜗杆螺母17外周面螺纹连接蜗杆螺母压板16并利用螺钉19锁紧,所述蜗杆螺母压板16与阀体23之间连接有螺纹支柱18并利用螺母14锁紧,所述螺纹支柱18的数量为两个,以蜗杆10和阀杆24的轴心线为对称中心分布,蜗杆螺母压板16与螺母14之间设有垫圈15。所述阀体23上部与阀杆24形成的填料仓内设有填料5并对应填料5位置由下至上依次设有填料压盖6及压板7,所述压板7利用双头螺栓22和螺母20与所述阀体23固定,压板7与螺母20之间设有垫圈21。所述阀瓣4底面为球面且与阀杆24为一体式结构,所述密封座1内置于所述阀体23底部,所述密封座1顶部与阀瓣4对合形成锥密封且所述密封座1与阀体23的径向接触面设有两个间隔分布的“O”型密封圈3实现重复密封。所述密封座1与阀体23采用螺纹连接,并利用紧定螺钉25定位固定。所述阀体23侧面和底面分别设有螺纹孔2,以使阀体23的介质通道26端面代替法兰,阀体23与管道间的连接只需要有管道端法兰就可安装。
使用时,手轮13带动螺纹连接在蜗杆螺母17中的蜗杆10,蜗杆10带动阀杆24进而带动阀瓣4开启或关闭。

1.一种直启多密封角式截止阀,包括阀体、手轮、插嵌于阀体内的阀杆、阀瓣,所述阀杆顶部连接有蜗杆,所述手轮安装于所述蜗杆顶端,其特征在于:所述蜗杆上设有蜗杆螺母,所述蜗杆螺母外周面螺纹连接蜗杆螺母压板并利用螺钉锁紧,所述蜗杆螺母压板与阀体之间连接有螺纹支柱并利用螺母锁紧,所述阀体上部与阀杆形成的填料仓内设有填料并对应填料位置由下至上依次设有填料压盖及压板,所述压板利用双头螺栓和螺母与所述阀体固定,所述阀瓣与阀杆为一体式结构,所述阀体底部内置有密封座,所述密封座顶部与阀瓣对合形成锥密封且所述密封座与阀体的径向接触面设有多个间隔分布的“O”型密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直启多密封角式截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀瓣底面为球面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的直启多密封角式截止阀,其特征在于:所述蜗杆与阀杆的连接端为球铰状接触,且利用两瓣式连接内套和锁紧外套连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的直启多密封角式截止阀,其特征在于:所述密封座与阀体采用螺纹连接,并利用紧定螺钉定位固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的直启多密封角式截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀体外形为立方体状结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的直启多密封角式截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀体侧面和底面分别设有螺纹孔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的直启多密封角式截止阀,其特征在于:所述螺纹支柱的数量为两个,以蜗杆和阀杆的轴心线为对称中心分布。
