Abstract

本发明涉及一种法兰的密封连接结构，包括胶塞、上法兰、胶圈、螺钉、下法兰，所述的胶圈设置在上法兰和下法兰之间，所述的螺钉嵌入上法兰，穿过胶圈连接下法兰，所述的胶塞设置在上法兰的凸缘上螺钉顶部。与现有技术相比，本发明具有防锈蚀、可重复使用、制造维护成本低、外形尺寸小等优点。

一种法兰的密封连接结构
技术领域
本发明涉及法兰，尤其是涉及一种法兰的密封连接结构。
背景技术
法兰是管道、阀门常用的一种密封连接结构。现有的法兰结构，利用螺柱等紧固件，将一只密封垫夹持在一对法兰密封面，参见图1。现有结构的螺柱等紧固件，穿过法兰凸缘的通孔，两端部暴露在外部，在埋地、窨井等潮湿、腐蚀性强的周围环境中，极易锈蚀，造成不易拆卸。现有结构的密封垫多是石棉橡胶板等非金属材料，经过法兰密封面的强制挤压后，再次拆卸后无法重复使用。现有结构在装配时要求一对密封面的平行度、同心度较高，装配维护成本较高。现有结构的密封面需要精密加工，一只螺柱需配两只螺母，而且占用较大的空间，法兰体积较大，造成整个制造成本的增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种防锈蚀、可重复使用、制造维护成本低、外形尺寸小的法兰的密封连接结构。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现：一种法兰的密封连接结构，其特征在于，包括胶塞、上法兰、胶圈、螺钉、下法兰，所述的胶圈设置在上法兰和下法兰之间，所述的螺钉嵌入上法兰，穿过胶圈连接下法兰，所述的胶塞设置在上法兰的凸缘上螺钉顶部。
所述的螺钉为内六角圆柱头螺钉，其一端为圆柱沉头，另一端为螺纹。
所述的上法兰的上部凸缘处设有均匀分布的圆柱沉头状螺孔，螺钉的圆柱沉头置于该螺孔内，然后在螺孔内填充热熔胶形成胶塞，进行密封。
所述的上法兰底部设有一圈密封槽，胶圈设置于该密封槽内。
所述的胶圈为弹性橡胶材料，截面为圆形的整圈，周围分布有耳状圆环，耳状圆环的内径与螺钉的外径相匹配，将上下法兰与螺钉全部密封。
所述的下法兰的凸缘内部设有螺纹盲孔，螺钉的下端设置在该螺纹盲孔内。
与现有技术相比，本发明的法兰密封连接结构，将现有法兰结构的紧固件，由对穿式改进为内藏式，被胶塞、胶圈密封在结构内部，与外部环境彻底隔离，解决了锈蚀问题。胶圈选用弹性橡胶材料，对密封面的加工要求低，并能多次拆卸重复利用，达到降低制造维护成本的效果。同时沉头螺钉节省了安装空间，法兰的承压面积减少，整个结构紧凑，达到了减少螺钉直径和外形尺寸的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例
如图2所示，本发明提供的法兰密封连接结构，包括上法兰2、下法兰5、螺钉4、胶塞1、胶圈3。
上法兰2的凸缘上，开有均匀分布的圆柱沉头螺孔，螺钉4内藏其中，同时螺钉4的分布位置距离法兰内腔最短，法兰的承压面积减少，减少了螺钉直径和外形尺寸。上法兰2的底部铸造成一圈密封槽，无需精密加工，降低了加工和装配要求。下法兰5的凸缘上，开有螺纹盲孔，螺钉底部与外部环境隔离。螺钉4为内六角圆柱头螺钉，其一端为圆柱沉头，另一端为螺纹，螺钉4从上法兰2顶部拧入，穿过胶圈3，拧入下法兰5的螺纹盲孔后，圆柱沉头的上端面低于上法兰2的沉头螺钉孔，胶塞1可选用热熔胶将沉头螺孔填充密封。胶圈3为弹性橡胶材料，截面为圆形的整圈，周围分布有耳状圆环，能够将法兰内腔的介质、螺钉4全部密封。

Claims (5)

1.一种法兰的密封连接结构，其特征在于，包括胶塞、上法兰、胶圈、螺钉、下法兰，所述的胶圈设置在上法兰和下法兰之间，所述的螺钉嵌入上法兰，穿过胶圈连接下法兰，所述的胶塞设置在上法兰的凸缘上螺钉顶部；
所述的上法兰的上部凸缘处设有均匀分布的圆柱沉头状螺孔，螺钉的圆柱沉头置于该螺孔内，然后在螺孔内填充热熔胶形成胶塞，进行密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种法兰的密封连接结构，其特征在于，所述的螺钉为内六角圆柱头螺钉，其一端为圆柱沉头，另一端为螺纹。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种法兰的密封连接结构，其特征在于，所述的上法兰底部设有一圈密封槽，胶圈设置于该密封槽内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种法兰的密封连接结构，其特征在于，所述的胶圈为弹性橡胶材料，截面为圆形的整圈，周围分布有耳状圆环，耳状圆环的内径与螺钉的外径相匹配，将上下法兰与螺钉全部密封。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种法兰的密封连接结构，其特征在于，所述的下法兰的凸缘内部设有螺纹盲孔，螺钉的下端设置在该螺纹盲孔内。
