高平台全金属硬密封蝶阀,包括圆筒状阀体、阀体侧壁中心的阀杆套、插设于阀杆套内的阀杆,阀杆末端顶于阀杆套对应侧壁上的端盖内,阀杆上设置有碟板,碟板右侧面设置有可更换阀座,所述可更换阀座包括密封碟压板、碟板密封圈、阀体密封圈、压环,所述碟板右侧面边缘设置阶梯档,碟板密封圈套于阶梯档上,碟板密封圈表面压接有密封碟压板,密封碟压板围绕圆心设置一圈螺钉,螺钉穿过碟板密封圈与碟板紧固连接,阀体右侧内壁设置有凹槽,凹槽内卡接有阀体密封圈,阀体密封圈内壁与碟板密封圈外面配合密封,阀体密封圈外压接有压环,压环通过螺钉与阀体密封圈紧固连接。设置可更换阀座结构解决了全金属蝶阀维护成本大的缺陷,结构简单,便于操作。

技术领域
本发明涉及高平台蝶阀,尤其涉及高平台全金属硬密封蝶阀。
背景技术
传统用于卫生级或对介质要求非常高的工况使用蝶阀一般为蝶板全衬氟蝶阀,该种蝶阀能够有效的保证介质的无污染,但是由于介质压力和使用时间的长短,由于蝶板全部位衬氟,致使蝶板与阀体密封面积增大,开启的力矩也就增大,影响阀门在使用过程中的可操作性。
现有技术发明了一种全金属蝶阀,但该种蝶阀碟板需要设置阀座,阀座一但损坏需要连整个碟板一起更换,维护成本大,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单,阀座可拆卸和更换的高平台全金属硬密封蝶阀。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:高平台全金属硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于包括圆筒状阀体、阀体侧壁中心的阀杆套、插设于阀杆套内的阀杆,阀杆末端顶于阀杆套对应侧壁上的端盖内,阀杆上设置有碟板,碟板右侧面设置有可更换阀座,所述可更换阀座包括密封碟压板、碟板密封圈、阀体密封圈、压环,所述碟板右侧面边缘设置阶梯档,碟板密封圈套于阶梯档上,碟板密封圈表面压接有密封碟压板,密封碟压板围绕圆心设置一圈螺钉,螺钉穿过碟板密封圈与碟板紧固连接,阀体右侧内壁设置有凹槽,凹槽内卡接有阀体密封圈,阀体密封圈内壁与碟板密封圈外面配合密封,阀体密封圈外压接有压环,压环通过螺钉与阀体密封圈紧固连接。
作为优选,碟板阶梯档与碟板密封圈的接触面上设置有全金属碟板密封垫。
作为优选,阀体右侧内壁凹槽与阀体密封圈的接触面上设置有阀体密封垫。
本发明有益效果:本发明通过全金属的设置提高产品质量,并且设置可更换阀座结构解决了全金属蝶阀维护成本大的缺陷,结构简单,便于操作。

实施例1:高平台全金属硬密封蝶阀,包括圆筒状阀体1、阀体1侧壁中心的阀杆套1.1、插设于阀杆套1.1内的阀杆2,阀杆2末端顶于阀杆套1.1对应侧壁上的端盖3内,阀杆2上设置有碟板4,碟板4右侧面设置有可更换阀座5,所述可更换阀座5包括密封碟压板5.1、碟板密封圈5.2、阀体密封圈5.3、压环5.4,所述碟板4右侧面边缘设置阶梯档,碟板密封圈5.2套于阶梯档上,碟板密封圈5.2表面压接有密封碟压板5.1,密封碟压板5.1围绕圆心设置一圈螺钉5.5,螺钉5.5穿过碟板密封圈5.2与碟板4紧固连接,阀体1右侧内壁设置有凹槽1.2,凹槽1.2内卡接有阀体密封圈5.3,阀体密封圈5.3内壁与碟板密封圈5.2外面配合密封,阀体密封圈5.3外压接有压环5.4,压环5.4通过螺钉5.5与阀体密封圈5.3紧固连接。碟板4阶梯档与碟板密封圈5.2的接触面上设置有全金属碟板密封垫5.6。阀体1右侧内壁凹槽1.2与阀体密封圈5.3的接触面上设置有阀体密封垫5.7。

1.高平台全金属硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于包括圆筒状阀体、阀体侧壁中心的阀杆套、插设于阀杆套内的阀杆,阀杆末端顶于阀杆套对应侧壁上的端盖内,阀杆上设置有碟板,碟板右侧面设置有可更换阀座,所述可更换阀座包括密封碟压板、碟板密封圈、阀体密封圈、压环,所述碟板右侧面边缘设置阶梯档,碟板密封圈套于阶梯档上,碟板密封圈表面压接有密封碟压板,密封碟压板围绕圆心设置一圈螺钉,螺钉穿过碟板密封圈与碟板紧固连接,阀体右侧内壁设置有凹槽,凹槽内卡接有阀体密封圈,阀体密封圈内壁与碟板密封圈外面配合密封,阀体密封圈外压接有压环,压环通过螺钉与阀体密封圈紧固连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高平台全金属硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于碟板阶梯档与碟板密封圈的接触面上设置有全金属碟板密封垫。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高平台全金属硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于阀体右侧内壁凹槽与阀体密封圈的接触面上设置有阀体密封垫。
