Abstract

一种加装了密封套的法兰连接方式,其主要原理是在相邻两法兰的内孔各车一同直径的台阶孔,将与这两台阶孔相紧配的密封套装入这两台阶孔内。由于加装的密封套有导向作用解决了因垫环装配不正而引起的泄漏问题,而且通过增加密封环节改过去单纯依靠垫环密封为垫环加密封套的双重密封,从根本上解决井口密封的问题。

本实用新型涉及一种石油天然气工业用的高压法兰密封装置 
背景技术
目前,在石油天然气工业中使用的法兰密封装置是通过拧紧螺栓压紧垫环而起到密封作用的。由于垫环及连接螺栓在加工过程中可能存在缺陷或在装配过程中垫环不正螺栓未拧紧等原因导致垫环密封不严引起井口泄漏。 
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的任务是克服现有技术中依靠单一垫环密封的缺陷,有效的解决法兰密封性能不稳定,易发生泄漏的问题。 
为完成上述任务,本实用新型的主要原理是在相邻两法兰的内孔各车一同直径的台阶孔,将与这两台阶孔相紧配的密封套装入这两台阶孔内。由于加装的密封套有导向作用解决了因垫环装配不正而引起的泄漏问题,而且通过增加密封环节改过去单纯依靠垫环密封为垫环加密封套的双重密封,从根本上解决井口密封的问题。 
本实用新型的有益效果是增加了密封环节,提高了法兰的密封性能。

具体实施方式
在左法兰(5)和右法兰(6)的内孔处车一同直径台阶孔,将与这两台阶孔相紧配的密封套(4)装入这台阶孔中,加装的密封套是有内孔的圆柱体,拧紧螺母(1),通过双头螺栓(2)压紧垫环(3)和密封套(4),通过顶出螺栓(7)拆出密封套(4)。具体实施例:将原安装的压力级别70MPa通径65mm的阀门的法兰改成压力级别70MPa通径78mm的法兰,在孔口处车一直径为78的台阶孔,装入内径为65外径78的密封套(该密封套长度要小于两台阶孔深度之和)。在相同的压力下通过提高阀门法兰级别(加大了螺栓和垫环的直径)和增加密封套确保井口的安全。

1.一种用于法兰连接的垫环加密封套的双密封装置,其特征是:加装的密封套是有内孔的圆柱体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于法兰连接的垫环加密封套的双密封装置,其特征是法兰内孔有一台阶孔。
