背景技术
涡轮增压器在工作过程中,其密封机构是涡轮增压器保证正常工作的重要环节,防止轴承的润滑油进入增压器的气体流通部分,并阻止压气机的空气或涡端的燃气进入增压器的润滑油腔。
目前,密封机构中与背板配合的密封套上通常设置一道密封圈进行密封。使用这种密封套的涡轮增压器在脉冲增压时,涡轮前燃气瞬时压力会达到很高值,这样在涡轮端与压气机端压力平衡破坏情况下,密封效果差,容易发生漏油、漏气现象。当增压器漏油后,润滑油随压气机出口气流进入发动机会破坏发动机正常工作。
