Abstract
本发明公开了一种全封闭防老化耐溶蚀长寿命球阀,包括阀体(1)、球阀芯(2)、压圈(3)、方键(4)、底圈(5)、密封圈(6)、顶盖(7)。本发明采用阀体设有装芯孔、键槽,球阀芯设有转动槽、限位槽;球阀芯位于阀体内,底圈支撑在球阀芯的下方,方键下部嵌于键槽内,上部与限位槽滑动接触,压圈与装芯孔连接,四只聚四氟乙烯质的密封圈分别衬垫于球阀芯的上下左右方,顶盖扣合于压圈的上面;采取不设置与外境相通的旋转部件和橡胶密封圈,消除因外界环境光照、高温导致橡胶密封圈老化泄漏的隐患;采取抗老化耐溶蚀长寿命的聚四氟乙烯质的密封圈延长球阀的使用寿命;须借助工具启闭球阀芯防止无关者的误操作的技术方案,使燃气或燃油管路达到了降低维护成本、提高运行效率的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种球阀,具体是指作为检修用阀用于启闭燃气、燃油管路的一种全封闭防老化耐溶蚀长寿命球阀。
背景技术
燃气、燃油管路中通常设有仅在维护检修管路时才启闭的球阀,简称检修用阀,检修用阀平时启闭率低,但需要能够长期耐溶蚀、抗老化而不泄漏,现有技术采用普通球阀作为检修用阀,普通球阀设有用于连接球阀芯、手柄,且与外界环境相通的旋转阀杆,旋转阀杆设有防泄漏的橡胶密封圈,由于外界环境的光照、高温会经旋转阀杆的传导加速橡胶密封圈的老化导致泄漏,致使检修用阀的使用寿命缩短,为此,现有技术需要定期更换检修用阀以防止管路发生泄漏事故;定期更换检修用阀使得燃气、燃油管路的维护成本居高,且费工费时,还影响管路的运行效率,因此,现有技术存在成本高、效率低的问题与不足。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题与不足,本发明采用由阀体、球阀芯、压圈、方键、底圈、密封圈、顶盖构成的装置,阀体内腔的中上部设有装芯孔,阀体内腔的中下部设有键槽,球阀芯设有转动槽、限位槽;球阀芯位于阀体内腔的中部,底圈支撑在球阀芯的下方,方键的下部嵌于所述键槽内,方键的上部与球阀芯的限位槽滑动接触,压圈与装芯孔连接,四只聚四氟乙烯质的密封圈分别衬垫于球阀芯的上下左右方与阀体、底圈、压圈隔离密封,顶盖扣合于压圈的上面;工作时,操作者借助工具撬开顶盖,用旋具插入转动槽旋转球阀芯启闭;采取不设置与外境相通的旋转部件和橡胶密封圈,消除了因外界环境的光照、高温导致橡胶密封圈老化泄漏的隐患;抗老化耐溶蚀长寿命的聚四氟乙烯质的密封圈具有与阀体和球阀芯等同的长期使用寿命;须借助工具启闭球阀芯防止无关者的误操作的技术方案,提供一种全封闭防老化耐溶蚀长寿命球阀,作为检修用阀用于燃气、燃油管路,使燃气或燃油管路,达到降低维护成本、提高运行效率的目的。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种全封闭防老化耐溶蚀长寿命球阀,包括阀体、球阀芯、压圈、方键、底圈、密封圈、顶盖,其中:所述的阀体为左右上方开口、中空薄壁、圆形三通管状的铜质构件,阀体的上方开口称为装芯孔,所述装芯孔位于阀体中部的上面,所述装芯孔的内壁设有内螺纹;阀体内腔中部的底部设有矩形的凹槽称为键槽;
所述的球阀芯为圆球形的不锈钢质构件,球阀芯的中心设有左右方向圆形的通孔称为芯流道,球阀芯上面设有矩形的凹槽称为转动槽,球阀芯的下面中心设有呈二个对顶扇形的平槽称为限位槽;
所述的压圈为圆环形的铜质构件,压圈的上部外壁设有凸缘台阶,压圈的上部内壁设有横截面呈矩形的环状凹槽称为扣槽;压圈的下部内壁为正八边形;压圈的下部外壁设有外螺纹;
所述的方键为矩形块状的不锈钢质构件;
所述的底圈为圆环形的铜质构件;
所述的密封圈为圆环形的聚四氟乙烯质构件;
所述的顶盖为上部有顶、下部开放、中空薄壁、上大下小扁平圆柱台阶形的铜质构件,顶盖下小圆柱台阶的外壁处设有一圈凸出、横截面呈三角形的环形凸缘称为扣环;
球阀芯位于阀体内腔的中部,底圈支撑在球阀芯的下方,方键的下部嵌于所述键槽内,方键的上部与球阀芯的限位槽滑动接触,压圈连接在阀体的所述装芯孔的上面,四只密封圈分别衬垫于球阀芯的上下左右方与阀体、底圈、压圈隔离密封,顶盖经所述扣环与所述扣槽扣合连接在压圈的上面。
工作原理及有益效果
工作时,操作者借助工具撬开顶盖,用旋具插入转动槽旋转球阀芯启闭;本装置采取不设置与外境相通的旋转部件和橡胶密封圈,消除了因外界环境的光照、高温导致橡胶密封圈老化泄漏的隐患;采用抗老化耐溶蚀长寿命特点的聚四氟乙烯质的密封圈,具有与阀体和球阀芯等同的长期使用寿命;须借助工具启闭球阀芯防止无关者的误操作;本装置用作燃气、燃油管路的检修用阀,使燃气或燃油管路降低了维护成本、提高了运行效率。

参阅图1~图5,本发明的一种全封闭防老化耐溶蚀长寿命球阀,包括阀体1、球阀芯2、压圈3、方键4、底圈5、密封圈6、顶盖7,其中:所述的阀体1为左右上方开口、中空薄壁、圆形三通管状的铜质构件,阀体1的上方开口称为装芯孔12,所述装芯孔12位于阀体1中部的上面,所述装芯孔12的内壁设有内螺纹;阀体1内腔中部的底部设有矩形的凹槽称为键槽11;
所述的球阀芯2为圆球形的不锈钢质构件,球阀芯2的中心设有左右方向圆形的通孔称为芯流道23,球阀芯2上面设有矩形的凹槽称为转动槽21,球阀芯2的下面中心设有呈二个对顶扇形的平槽称为限位槽22;
所述的压圈3为圆环形的铜质构件,压圈3的上部外壁设有凸缘台阶,压圈3的上部内壁设有横截面呈矩形的环状凹槽称为扣槽;压圈3的下部内壁为正八边形;压圈3的下部外壁设有外螺纹;
所述的方键4为矩形块状的不锈钢质构件;
所述的底圈5为圆环形的铜质构件;
所述的密封圈6为圆环形的聚四氟乙烯质构件;
所述的顶盖7为上部有顶、下部开放、中空薄壁、上大下小扁平圆柱台阶形的铜质构件,顶盖7下小圆柱台阶的外壁处设有一圈凸出、横截面呈三角形的环形凸缘称为扣环;
球阀芯2位于阀体1内腔的中部,底圈5支撑在球阀芯2的下方,方键4的下部嵌于所述键槽11内,方键4的上部与球阀芯2的限位槽22滑动接触,压圈3连接在阀体1的所述装芯孔12的上面,四只密封圈6分别衬垫于球阀芯2的上下左右方与阀体1、底圈5、压圈3隔离密封,顶盖7经所述扣环与所述扣槽扣合连接在压圈3的上面。
工作原理及有益效果

1.一种全封闭防老化耐溶蚀长寿命球阀,包括阀体(1)、球阀芯(2)、压圈(3)、方键(4)、底圈(5)、密封圈(6)、顶盖(7),其特征在于:所述的阀体(1)为左右上方开口、中空薄壁、圆形三通管状的铜质构件,阀体(1)的上方开口称为装芯孔(12),所述装芯孔(12)位于阀体(1)中部的上面,所述装芯孔(12)的内壁设有内螺纹;阀体(1)内腔中部的底部设有矩形的凹槽称为键槽(11);
所述的球阀芯(2)为圆球形的不锈钢质构件,球阀芯(2)的中心设有左右方向圆形的通孔称为芯流道(23),球阀芯(2)上面设有矩形的凹槽称为转动槽(21),球阀芯(2)的下面中心设有呈二个对顶扇形的平槽称为限位槽(22);
所述的压圈(3)为圆环形的铜质构件,压圈(3)的上部外壁设有凸缘台阶,压圈(3)的上部内壁设有横截面呈矩形的环状凹槽称为扣槽;压圈(3)的下部内壁为正八边形;压圈(3)的下部外壁设有外螺纹;
所述的方键(4)为矩形块状的不锈钢质构件;
所述的底圈(5)为圆环形的铜质构件;
所述的密封圈(6)为圆环形的聚四氟乙烯质构件;
所述的顶盖(7)为上部有顶、下部开放、中空薄壁、上大下小扁平圆柱台阶形的铜质构件,顶盖(7)下小圆柱台阶的外壁处设有一圈凸出、横截面呈三角形的环形凸缘称为扣环;
球阀芯(2)位于阀体(1)内腔的中部,底圈(5)支撑在球阀芯(2)的下方,方键(4)的下部嵌于所述键槽(11)内,方键(4)的上部与球阀芯(2)的限位槽(22)滑动接触,压圈(3)连接在阀体(1)的所述装芯孔(12)的上面,四只密封圈(6)分别衬垫于球阀芯(2)的上下左右方与阀体(1)、底圈(5)、压圈(3)隔离密封,顶盖(7)经所述扣环与所述扣槽扣合连接在压圈(3)的上面。
