本实用新型公开一种用于热塑性聚氨酯的挤出螺杆,包括机筒,机筒内设有一螺杆,螺杆包括加料段、压缩段和匀化段,螺杆头部设有一锥状体,锥状体的外表面间隔设有多个凸棱,机筒对应所述锥状体的一端设有一多孔板,机筒的另一端设有一进料斗。本实用新型TPU熔体被螺杆从匀化段输送到锥状体,因锥状体的外表面设有凸棱,导致TPU熔体可以借助锥状体的凸棱减速向前运动,最后到达多孔板,由多孔板的小孔到达模头。因多孔板的小孔很小,熔体又向回流动。这样形成回流的效果,使得挤出量保持稳定的状态,从而保证了TPU薄膜的厚薄均匀性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及塑料挤出机螺杆,特别涉及一种用于热塑性聚氨酯的挤出螺杆。 
背景技术
TPU(热塑性聚氨酯)是近年来应用于注塑和挤出成型用的热塑性工程塑料。当被应用于挤出成型时,TPU熔体从螺旋槽进入机头流道,其料面形式急剧改变,由螺旋带状的流动变成直线流动。由于制品(薄膜,管材等)的厚度相对比较小(10微米~30微米),薄膜的厚薄很难控制,所以挤出量一定要保持在一定的值,避免因为挤出量的变化影响到TPU薄膜的厚薄均匀性。与其他材料相比,TPU的热塑化温度区间非常狭窄,温度过低容易导致晶点等不溶物偏多,温度过高容易形成过度降解,造成TPU薄膜强度下降等缺陷。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种用于热塑性聚氨酯的挤出螺杆。 
为解决现有技术的上述缺陷,本实用新型要解决的技术方案是:一种用于热塑性聚氨酯的挤出螺杆,包括机筒,所述机筒内设有一螺杆,所述螺杆包括加料段、压缩段和匀化段,所述螺杆头部设有一锥状体,所述锥状体的外表面间隔设有多个凸棱, 所述机筒对应所述锥状体的一端设有一多孔板,所述机筒的另一端设有一进料斗。 
作为本实用新型用于热塑性聚氨酯的挤出螺杆的一种改进,所述锥状体的外表面间隔设有3个凸棱。3个凸棱均布在锥状体的表面,螺杆旋转时,TPU熔体从多孔板中挤出,由于多孔板的孔较小,多余的TPU熔体会在带有凸棱的锥状体的作用下回流至匀化段。 
作为本实用新型用于热塑性聚氨酯的挤出螺杆的一种改进,所述锥状体的锥度为30-45度。该锥状体的锥度在保证原材料的塑化质量和挤出质量的同时兼顾生产产量。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点是:TPU原材料从进料斗输送到螺杆,然后通过螺杆 的螺纹推动TPU向前运动,通过加料段、压缩段、匀化段,最终达到熔体状态。TPU熔体被螺杆从匀化段输送到锥状体,因锥状体的外表面设有凸棱,导致TPU熔体可以借助锥状体的凸棱减速向前运动,最后到达多孔板,由多孔板的小孔到达模头。因多孔板的小孔很小,熔体又向回流动。这样形成回流的效果,使得挤出量保持稳定的状态,从而保证了TPU薄膜的厚薄均匀性。

下面就根据附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。 
如图1所示,一种用于热塑性聚氨酯的挤出螺杆,包括机筒1,机筒1内设有一螺杆2,螺杆2包括加料段21、压缩段22和匀化段23,螺杆2头部设有一锥状体24,锥状体24的外表面间隔设有3个凸棱25, 机筒1对应所述锥状体24的一端设有一多孔板26,机筒1的另一端设有一进料斗3。3个凸棱25均布在锥状体24的表面,螺杆2旋转时,TPU熔体从多孔板26中挤出,由于多孔板26的孔较小,多余的TPU熔体会在带有凸棱25的锥状体24的作用下回流至匀化段。 
其中,锥状体24的锥度为30-45度。锥状体24的锥度在保证原材料的塑化质量和挤出质量的同时兼顾生产产量。 
本实用新型优选采用的锥状体24的锥度为45度。采用45度角的锥状体24,在螺杆2旋转时,对TPU熔体的挤压力即不会过大,也不会过小,能保证TPU熔体均匀挤出多孔板26,使TPU薄膜的厚薄均匀。 
本实用新型的工作过程是:TPU原材料从进料斗输送到螺杆,然后通过螺杆2 的螺纹推动TPU向前运动,通过加料段21、压缩段22、匀化段23,最终达到熔体状态。TPU熔体被螺杆2从匀化段23输送到锥状体24,因锥状体24的外表面设有凸棱25,导致TPU熔体可以借助锥状体24的凸棱25减速向前运动,最后到达多孔板26,由多孔板26的小孔到达模头4。因多孔板26的小孔很小,熔体又向回流动。这样形成回流的效果,使得挤出量保持稳定的状态,从而保证了TPU薄膜的厚薄均匀性。

1.一种用于热塑性聚氨酯的挤出螺杆,包括机筒,所述机筒内设有一螺杆,所述螺杆包括加料段、压缩段和匀化段,其特征在于,所述螺杆头部设有一锥状体,所述锥状体的外表面间隔设有多个凸棱, 所述机筒对应所述锥状体的一端设有一多孔板,所述机筒的另一端设有一进料斗。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于热塑性聚氨酯的挤出螺杆,其特征在于,所述锥状体的外表面间隔设有3个凸棱。
