Abstract
本实用新型涉及塑料挤出机螺杆,尤其是热塑性聚氨酯专用挤出螺杆。热塑性聚氨酯专用挤出螺杆,包括螺杆本体,螺杆本体分为加料段、压缩段、匀化段,螺杆头部为带有螺纹的锥状头部,锥状头部的螺纹与螺杆本体的螺纹旋转方向相反,螺杆头部的前方设置具有若干个小孔的多孔板。本实用新型具有如下优点:TPU熔体被螺杆从匀化段输送到锥状头部,因锥状头部螺纹与螺杆螺纹反向,导致TPU熔体可以借助锥状头部的螺纹减速向前运动,最后到达多孔板,由多孔板的小孔到达模头。因多孔板的小孔很小,熔体又向回流动。这样形成回流的效果,使得挤出量保持稳定的状态,从而保证了TPU薄膜的厚薄均匀性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及塑料挤出机螺杆,尤其是热塑性聚氨酯专用挤出螺杆。
背景技术
TPU(热塑性聚氨酯)是近年来应用于注塑和挤出成型用的热塑性工程塑料。当被应用于挤出成型时,TPU熔体从螺旋槽进入机头流道,其料面形式急剧改变,由螺旋带状的流动变成直线流动。由于制品(薄膜,管材等)的厚度相对比较小(10微米~30微米),薄膜的厚薄很难控制,所以挤出量一定要保持在一定的值,避免因为挤出量的变化影响到TPU薄膜的厚薄均匀性。与其他材料相比,TPU的热塑化温度区间非常狭窄,温度过低容易导致晶点等不溶物偏多,温度过高容易形成过度降解,造成TPU薄膜强度下降等缺陷。所以设计适用于TPU挤出塑化的专用螺杆是本领域急需解决的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种热塑性聚氨酯专用挤出螺杆,能够使螺杆的挤出量保持稳定。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:
热塑性聚氨酯专用挤出螺杆,包括螺杆本体,螺杆本体分为加料段、压缩段、匀化段,螺杆头部为带有螺纹的的锥状头部,锥状头部的螺纹与螺杆本体的螺纹旋转方向相反,螺杆头部的前方设置具有若干个小孔的多孔板。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点:TPU原材料从加料斗输送到螺杆,然后通过螺杆本体的螺纹推动TPU向前运动,通过加料段、压缩段、匀化段,最终达到熔体状态。TPU熔体被螺杆从匀化段输送到锥状头部,因锥状头部螺纹与螺杆螺纹反向,导致TPU熔体可以借助锥状头部的螺纹减速向前运动,最后到达多孔板,由多孔板的小孔到达模头。因多孔板的小孔很小,熔体又向回流动。这样形成回流的效果,使得挤出量保持稳定的状态,从而保证了TPU薄膜的厚薄均匀性。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述锥状头部螺纹的截面为呈山脊状。可以有效改善TPU原材料的流动,塑化效果好。
上述所述螺杆的长径比为25∶1,该长径比可以在保证原材料的塑化质量和挤出质量的同时兼顾生产产量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的优选实施例加以说明,本领域的技术人员能更好地理解本申请的进一步公开、目的、优点,所给出的这些附图和实施例只是为了说明的目的。
如图1所示,热塑性聚氨酯专用挤出机包括进料斗1、机筒2、螺杆本体3、模头4,螺杆本体3包括加料段31、压缩段32、匀化段33,螺杆头部34为锥状,锥状头部螺纹341与螺杆3螺纹311反向,螺杆头部34前端设有多孔板5。如图2所示,多孔板5具有若干个小孔51,图2中箭头表示TPU熔体形成的回流效果。
挤出机的工作原理如下:TPU原料从加料斗1输送到螺杆3,然后通过螺杆3的螺纹311推动TPU向前运动,通过加料段31、压缩段32、匀化段33,最终达到熔体状态。TPU熔体被螺杆3从匀化段33输送到锥状螺杆头部34,因锥状头部34螺纹341与螺杆螺纹311反向,导致TPU熔体可以借助锥状头部的螺纹341减速向前运动,最后到达多孔板5,由多孔板5的小孔51到达模头4。因多孔板的小孔很小,熔体又向回流动。这样形成回流的效果,使得挤出量保持稳定的状态,从而保证了TPU薄膜的厚薄均匀性;也使得螺杆锥状头部与多孔板之间的这一部分TPU原料(熔体状态)保证在稳定的温度,避免了因温度过低导致晶点等不熔物或者温度过高形成TPU的过度降解,影响TPU薄膜的强度。
螺杆的长径比,在一定意义上表示螺杆的塑化能力和塑化质量。长径比加大,原料在料筒内停留时间比较长,塑化更均匀,但相应产量较低。针对最终产品为1.1~1.8米宽度的聚氨酯薄膜,确定最适宜的螺杆的长径比为25∶1,这样的长径比可以让TPU原材料有充足的时间在料筒内塑化同时兼顾生产产量。
尽管对本实用新型的典型实施例进行了说明,但是显然普通技术人员可以理解,在不背离本实用新型的精神和原理的情况下可以进行改变,其范围在权利要求书以及其等同物中进行了限定。

1.热塑性聚氨酯专用挤出螺杆,包括螺杆本体,螺杆本体分为加料段、压缩段、匀化段,其特征在于:螺杆头部为带有螺纹的锥状头部,锥状头部的螺纹与螺杆的螺纹旋转方向相反,螺杆头部的前方设置具有若干个小孔的多孔板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热塑性聚氨酯专用挤出螺杆,其特征在于:所述锥状头部的螺纹的截面呈山脊状。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的热塑性聚氨酯专用挤出螺杆,其特征在于:所述螺杆的长径比为25∶1。
