技术领域
本实用新型适用于砂型铸造领域中，特别用于垂直分型造型铸造较小铸件过程中用于将铁水引入砂型型腔的一种浇注系统的结构。
背景技术
目前采用铸铁材质的小型铸件的砂型铸造，其浇注系统工艺多采用从浇口杯中心引入直浇道，通过直浇道分别引入两侧横浇道再通过冒口颈将铁水从产品顶部引入的一种浇注系统结构。此种浇注系统结构存在不足是：全部铁水从中间直浇道引入，浇道不起避渣作用，使得产品表面质量差，多有渣孔、砂眼等铸造缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种在垂直分型造型线的小铸件的浇注系统结构，可避免现有浇注系统在生产过程中造成的产品表面渣孔等缺陷。
这种适用于在砂芯铸造中采用垂直分型造型的小型铸件的浇注系统结构，其特征在于：浇口杯连接两侧横浇道，两侧横浇道各连接一个直浇道，每个直浇道在上部和下部再次连接横浇道共四道横浇道，此四道横浇道两末端分别连接两个冒口，冒口下部连接冒口颈。
本实用新型浇注系统结构本身的扁平结构再加上浇道时间的多次连接，起到了很好的避渣作用，降低了铸件的废品率。

参见附图，一种砂型铸造用的浇注系统，其特征在于：浇口杯1连接横浇道2与横浇道3，其中：
横浇道2连接直浇道4，在直浇道4的上部连接横浇道6，横浇道6的一端连接冒口10，冒口内侧设置冒口颈14，横浇道的另一端连接冒口11，内侧设置冒口颈。直浇道4的下部连接横浇道8下部连接，横浇道8的一端连接冒口18，冒口内侧设置冒口颈22，横浇道的另一端连接冒口19，内侧设置冒口颈23。
横浇道3连接直浇道5，在直浇道5的上部连接横浇道7，横浇道7的一端连接冒口12，冒口内侧设置冒口颈16，横浇道的另一端连接冒口13，内侧设置冒口颈17。直浇道5的下部连接横浇道9下部连接，横浇道9的一端连接冒口20，冒口内侧设置冒口颈24，横浇道的另一端连接冒口21，内侧设置冒口颈25
