本实用新型公开一种具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃,包括从下至上依次层叠的相互间紧密连接的下层玻璃、下聚乙烯缩丁醛层、柔性变色层、上聚乙烯缩丁醛层、上层玻璃;风挡玻璃四周用密封胶密封。其中柔性变色层位于风挡玻璃上部,透光性随光强增加而降低,起到遮光板的功能。避免驾驶人员手动操作。由于柔性变色层位于汽车前风挡玻璃的上方,长度与汽车前风挡玻璃长度相同,宽度在10-20厘米之间,其余部分仍为透明玻璃,不会影响驾驶员的视线。采用柔性变色层适用于制备带有一定弧度的曲面前风挡玻璃。该技术方案与现有制备工艺完全兼容,无需增加额外成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃。
背景技术
在汽车行驶过程中,迎面而来的强光会造成驾驶人员短暂眩目,给车辆行驶带来安全隐患。为解决上述问题,现多在驾驶座位上方安置一块遮阳板,保护驾驶员免受强光干扰。在实际操作中,根据光线变化,需要驾驶员手动操作遮阳板,十分不便。
中国专利1034526A提供一种光致变色玻璃,该种玻璃随着光线增强,透射率降低。中国专利102603204A提供了一种采用变色玻璃作为汽车天窗玻璃或者侧窗玻璃的应用。但是作为汽车的前风挡玻璃,要求有足够的透明性,因此只能将前风挡玻璃的上方做成变色玻璃,起到遮阳板作用,其余部分仍为透明玻璃,不会影响驾驶员的视线。这种双组成的玻璃给制备过程带来极大困难。中国专利CN2710948Y公开了一种具有液晶玻璃的夹层结构变色玻璃,可以解决上述问题。由于现有前风挡玻璃多为带有一定弧度的曲面,需要高温成型。高温弯曲过程会破坏刚性液晶玻璃。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本实用新型提供一种具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃。
本实用新型提供一种具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃,其第一种结构包括从下至上依次层叠的相互间紧密连接的下层玻璃、下聚乙烯缩丁醛(PVB)层、柔性光致变色层、上聚乙烯缩丁醛(PVB)层、上层玻璃;风挡玻璃四周用密封胶密封;
所述柔性光致变色层是将光致变色材料与柔性玻璃原料或者柔性透明塑料混合在一起,然后制备成的柔性光致变色层,或者,是将光致变色材料涂布在柔性透明玻璃或者柔性透明塑料的一侧或者两侧,形成的柔性光致变色层;根据变色材料厚度的不同,在强光照射下可以实现均一变色或者梯度变色。柔性衬底光致变色层,可以采用中国专利CN202147451U的技术制备,可以制成弧形曲面。
本实用新型提供一种具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃,其第二种结构包括从下至上依次层叠的相互间紧密连接的下层玻璃、下聚乙烯缩丁醛(PVB)层、柔性电致变色层、上聚乙烯缩丁醛(PVB)层、上层玻璃;柔性电致变色层上有接头与光电传感系统和车载电路连接,风挡玻璃四周用密封胶密封;
所述的柔性电致变色层由下至上依次为柔性透明导电的玻璃或者塑料、离子传导层、离子提供层、电致变色材料层、离子提供层、离子传导层、柔性透明导电的玻璃或者塑料。柔性衬底电致变色层可以采用中国专利CN1326561A的技术制备,可以制成弧形曲面。
根据变色材料厚度的不同,在强光照射下可以实现均一变色或者梯度变色。光电传感系统通过感知外界光线强度的变化,通过车载电路控制柔性电致变色层的透光率。
上述两种结构的柔性变色层位于汽车前风挡玻璃的上方,长度与汽车前风挡玻璃长度相同,宽度在10-20厘米之间。
本实用新型提供第一种结构的具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃的制备方法,步骤和条件如下:
(1)将下层玻璃和上层玻璃加热软化后,用模具加工成所需形状;
(2)在成型后的下层玻璃的凸形外表面和上层玻璃凹形内表面分别粘贴下PVB层和上PVB层;
(3)柔性变色层位于汽车前风挡玻璃的上方,长度与汽车前风挡玻璃长度相同,宽度在10-20厘米之间。
将柔性光致变色层置于粘贴有下PVB层的下层玻璃上,并与下PVB层接触,将粘贴有上PVB层的上层玻璃置于柔性光致变色层上,上PVB层与柔性光致变色层接触,得到具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃原型;
(4)将步骤(3)得到具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃原型在不大于100Pa的真空条件下,140-160oC预固化定型,然后再持续恒温2-4小时,直至完全固化;
(5)为防水防尘,在固化的具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃原型四周使用密封材料进行密封,获得目标品。
本实用新型提供第二种结构的具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃的制备方法,步骤和条件如下:
(1)将下层玻璃和上层玻璃加热软化后,用模具加工成所需形状;
(2)在成型后的下层玻璃的凸形外表面和上层玻璃凹形内表面分别粘贴下PVB层和上PVB层;
(3)柔性电致变色位于汽车前风挡玻璃的上方,长度与汽车前风挡玻璃长度相同,宽度在10-20厘米之间。
将柔性电致变色层置于粘贴有下PVB层的下层玻璃上,并与下PVB层接触,将粘贴有上PVB层的上层玻璃置于柔性电致变色层上,上PVB层与柔性电致变色层接触,得到具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃原型;其中柔性电致变色层上通过丝网印刷方法制备有接头,接头与光电传感系统和车载电路相连接;
(4)将步骤(3)得到具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃原型在不大于100Pa的真空条件下,140-160oC预固化定型,然后再持续恒温2-4小时,直至完全固化;
(5)为防水防尘,将步骤(3)得到的固化的具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃原型四周使用密封材料进行密封,获得目标品。
图3为本发明提供的具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃中柔性变色层10的位置示意图。柔性变色层10包括柔性光致变色层3和柔性电致变色层4。
有益效果:本实用新型提供一种具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃,通过在汽车前风挡玻璃上方加入一层柔性变色层,其透明性可以随光强的改变而自动改变,从而起到遮光板的功能。同时避免驾驶人员手动操作,为驾驶人员提供方便。由于柔性变色层位于汽车前风挡玻璃的上方,长度与汽车前风挡玻璃长度相同,宽度在10-20厘米之间,其余部分仍为透明玻璃,不会影响驾驶员的视线。
采用柔性变色层适用于制备带有一定弧度的曲面前风挡玻璃。该技术方案与现有制备工艺完全兼容,无需增加额外成本。

如图1所示,本实用新型提供的一种具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃的第一种结构从下至上依次层叠的相互间紧密连接的下层玻璃1、下PVB层2、柔性光致变色层3、上PVB层7、上层玻璃8;风挡玻璃四周用密封胶密封;柔性光致变色层3位于风挡玻璃上部,长度与风挡玻璃长度相同,宽度在10-20厘米之间。
其制备方法的步骤和条件如下:
(1)将下层玻璃1和上层玻璃8加热软化后,用模具加工成所需形状;
(2)在成型后的下层玻璃1的凸形外表面和上层玻璃8凹形内表面分别粘贴下PVB层2和上PVB层7;
(3)将柔性光致变色层3置于粘贴有下PVB层2的下层玻璃1上,并与下PVB层2接触,将粘贴有上PVB层7的上层玻璃8置于柔性光致变色层3上,上PVB层7与柔性光致变色层3接触,得到具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃原型;
(4)将步骤(3)得到具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃原型在不大于100Pa的真空条件下,140-160oC预固化定型,然后再持续恒温2-4小时,直至完全固化,获得得到具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃;
(5)为防水防尘,在固化的具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃原型四周使用密封材料进行密封,获得目标品。
实施例2
如图2所示,本实用新型提供一种具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃的第二种结构包括从下至上依次层叠的相互间紧密连接的下层玻璃1、下PVB层2、柔性电致变色层4、上PVB层7、上层玻璃8;柔性电致变色层上有接头5和6与光电传感系统和车载电路连接,风挡玻璃四周用密封胶密封;柔性电致变色层4位于风挡玻璃上部,长度与风挡玻璃长度相同,宽度在10-20厘米之间。
其具体制备方法的步骤和条件如下:
(1)将下层玻璃1和上层玻璃8加热软化后,用模具加工成所需形状;
(2)在成型后的下层玻璃1的凸形外表面和上层玻璃8凹形内表面分别粘贴下PVB层2和上PVB层7;

(4)将步骤(3)得到具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃原型在不大于100Pa的真空条件下,140-160oC预固化定型,然后再持续恒温2-4小时,直至完全固化;
(5)为防水防尘,在固化的具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃原型四周使用密封材料进行密封,获得目标品。

1.一种具有遮阳板功能的汽车前风挡玻璃,其特征在于,包括从下至上依次层叠的相互间连接的下层玻璃(1)、下聚乙烯缩丁醛层(2)、柔性光致变色层(3)、上聚乙烯缩丁醛层(7)、上层玻璃(8);风挡玻璃四周用密封胶密封。
