本实用新型涉及冶金窑炉技术领域,具体说是一种用于炼钢窑炉炉底内衬的新型砌筑结构。
背景技术
转炉工作衬全部由镁碳砖干法砌筑,由于成型工艺条件所限,镁碳砖形状基本为一面梯形的长方体,砌筑时做不到严丝合缝,尤其在砌体的圆弧及转角部位如不现场磨削加工必将产生砖缝通道从而增加窜钢隐患。现阶段转炉三角区部位的砌筑结构如图1所示,炉底砖2与炉体侧壁的返平砖1之间的通道3为直线形通道。在冶炼过程中钢水渗入,在炉役前期由于通道较长,渗入钢水逐渐降温、凝固不能穿炉,可是冶炼到后期炉衬砖变薄、温差变小,高温钢水直接渗入炉壁烧损炉壁钢体进而穿炉。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种新型的窑炉炉底阶梯式砌筑结构,将渗钢通道由直线变为曲折阶梯式,从而增加了钢流的阻力,使得穿炉几率大大下降。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案实现的:一种窑炉炉底阶梯式砌筑结构,其特征在于:所述的炉底砖与炉体侧壁的返平砖之间的通道制成阶梯式通道。
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型采用上述结构,将返平砖与炉底砖交叉搭砌,使得炉底砖与炉体侧壁的返平砖之间的通道制成阶梯式通道,迫使钢流改变方向进入返平砖与炉底环砖的平缝,钢液经过几个折返,压力减弱、温度降低,不可能还具有破坏力而穿炉。进而降低穿炉几率。
