一种转炉炉底砌筑结构,属于冶金窑炉技术领域。其方案如下:转炉炉底由调整砖层、熔池砖层、转角砖层及炉底砖层构成,所述的熔池砖层上下对称砌筑调整砖层,每块调整砖、熔池砖、转角砖及炉底砖分别与炉底壁面垂直。将调整砖、转角砖上下底面制成倾斜面,完成调整砖层、熔池砖层、转角砖层、炉底砖层砌筑时的曲线过渡,使得砌筑后各砖层与炉底壁面完全贴合,无空隙连接。完全避免了出现沉降、蚀空、松动、整体性被破坏等窜钢隐患,增加了生产的安全性。

本实用新型涉及一种转炉炉底的砌筑结构,属于冶金窑炉技术领域。
背景技术
转炉工作衬全部由镁碳砖干法砌筑,采用现有技术砌筑结构的转炉炉底如图1所示,存在如下缺点:(1)在高温作用下填料7体积收缩,负段砖8产生沉降、向炉壳方向位移,负段砖8与炉底砖41之间产生通道,钢水直接渗入造成穿炉。(2)在高温作用下填料7体积收缩,负段砖8向炉壳方向位移,炉底环砖同样也向炉壳方向移位,造成炉底砖扩径、松散进而炉底脱落。(3)冶炼至中后期,工作层镁碳砖蚀薄,负段砖8与炉底砖9间的接触缝隙完全裸露于钢液之中,钢液在强大的静压力及冲击力作用下从砌缝渗透进入三角区内,直至掏空三角缝填料而漏钢。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的技术问题,本实用新型提供一种改进型转炉炉底砌筑结构,通过改变炉底三角区的砌筑结构,消除了此部位产生砌筑孔洞进而杜绝了窜钢隐患。
 本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案实现的:一种转炉炉底砌筑结构,其特征在于:所述的转炉炉底由调整砖层、熔池砖层、转角砖层及炉底砖层构成,所述的熔池砖层上下对称砌筑调整砖层,每块调整砖、熔池砖、转角砖及炉底砖分别与炉底壁面垂直。
所述的调整砖、转角砖上下底面制成倾斜面,所述的调整砖层、熔池砖层、转角砖层及炉底砖层与炉底壁面完全贴合。
 本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型采用上述结构,每块调整砖、熔池砖、转角砖及炉底砖分别与炉底壁面垂直砌筑。调整砖、转角砖上下底面制成倾斜面,完成调整砖层、熔池砖层、转角砖层、炉底砖层砌筑时的曲线过渡,使得砌筑后各砖层与炉底壁面完全贴合,无空隙连接。完全避免了出现沉降、蚀空、松动、整体性被破坏等窜钢隐患,增加了生产的安全性。

具体实施方式
一种转炉炉底砌筑结构,如图2所示:转炉炉底由调整砖层1、熔池砖层2、转角砖层3及炉底砖层4构成,其中熔池砖层2上下对称砌筑调整砖层1,将调整砖11、转角砖31的上下底面制成倾斜面,即一头宽一头窄,每块调整砖11、熔池砖21、转角砖31、炉底砖41分别与炉底壁面5垂直砌筑,砌筑后调整砖层1、熔池砖层2、转角砖层3、炉底砖层4与炉底壁面5完全贴合。

1.一种转炉炉底砌筑结构,其特征在于:所述的转炉炉底由调整砖层、熔池砖层、转角砖层及炉底砖层构成,所述的熔池砖层上下对称砌筑调整砖层,每块调整砖、熔池砖、转角砖及炉底砖分别与炉底壁面垂直。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种转炉炉底的砌筑结构,其特征在于:所述的调整砖、转角砖上下底面制成倾斜面,所述的调整砖层、熔池砖层、转角砖层及炉底砖层与炉底壁面完全贴合。
