本实用新型属于炉窑炉衬技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型拉砖炉衬。
背景技术
工业窑炉的炉衬要有良好的稳定性和气密性,并适当考虑绝热。之所以需要稳定的结构形式是由于工业炉的特殊用途决定的,炉衬一般是单面受热的,当炉衬长期处于这种极端温差环境下,或是产生结构性破损,或是应力变形,或是在热面形成熔融层,炉衬结构将受到极大的考验。
承受高温的炉墙当高度或长度较大时,更要保证有足够的稳定性,传统的稳定炉墙的办法是增加炉墙的厚度或用焊接于炉墙的金属锚固件固定,单对于工艺要求的薄炉墙且高度、长度较大时,由于内衬砌体的膨胀量比炉壳体的膨胀量大得多,因此焊接于炉墙的金属锚固件不能适应炉墙向上膨胀位移的需要。目前使用的炉衬包括L型钢和耐火砖,L型钢垂直设在窑壳内壁上,耐火砖上设有L型槽,L型钢嵌装于L型槽内,这种炉衬结构是能够提高炉墙面的结构稳定性,但L型钢使耐火砖受力不均,稳定性差。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种适用于直断面窑炉、提高炉墙面结构稳定的拉砖炉衬。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
新型拉砖炉衬,包括T型钢和耐火砖,T型钢垂直设在一窑壳内壁上,耐火砖上设有T型槽,T型钢嵌装于所述耐火砖的T型槽内。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,采用T型钢与耐火砖上的T型槽配合,稳定性好,更适用于直断面窑炉,提高炉墙面结构的稳定性,满足砌体的膨胀要求,提高窑体内衬寿命。
