Abstract
本实用新型提供一种可热态更换氧化还原口砖的阳极炉,包括炉壳、反应炉、方形耐火砖、炉壳弧形活动钢板、氧化还原管、锥形耐火砖和钢板模具。本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述行业内阳极炉氧化还原口耐火砖更换对生产影响的问题,尽可能减少因更换氧化还原口砖对生产影响的时间,确保生产有效时间高,生产作业成本得到有效控制,而提供一种阳极炉氧化还原口砖热态更换的方法,实现阳极炉氧化还原口砖热态更换,节约更换时间,降低工人更换氧化还原口砖的劳动强度。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型属于有色冶金设备技术领域,具体涉及一种可热态更换氧化还原口砖的阳极炉。
背景技术
[0002] 阳极炉氧化还原口耐火砖区域是阳极炉炉体工况波动最大的区域,该区域长期处于喷吹压缩空气入炉内,或处于喷射固体还原剂或还原性气体做还原作业,使得该区域耐火砖长期处于冷热交替,镁质耐火砖极易被剥蚀或消耗。通常阳极炉其他区域镁质耐火砖的使用寿命在2年以上甚至更长,然而氧化还原口镁质耐火砖使用寿命一般在3个月左右,即被剥蚀到了 300_厚度不到,处于不安全厚度。为此,铜冶炼工厂惯常对该区域镁质耐火砖的更换,就需要停炉处理。
[0003] 一般阳极炉停炉降温冷却至少5d后,操作人员才能进入炉内,拆除氧化还原口区域需更换的镁质耐火砖,再使用新镁质耐火砖砌筑。该区域镁质耐火砖更换完毕后,又重新烘炉升温,至少需要2d后才能升温达到正常生产作业条件。为此,更换氧化还原口镁质耐火砖给企业生产造成较大的影响,不仅影响产量,影响正常生产作业,还需要投入能耗烘炉升温。
实用新型内容
[0004] 为解决以上技术存在的问题,本实用新型提供一种节约更换时间,降低工人更换氧化还原口砖劳动强度的可热态更换氧化还原口砖的阳极炉。

[0006] 一种可热态更换氧化还原口砖的阳极炉,包括炉壳、反应炉、方形耐火砖和氧化还原管,炉壳内设置有方形耐火砖堆砌成的耐火层,所述阳极炉还包括锥形耐火砖、钢板模具和炉壳弧形活动钢板,钢板模具焊接于阳极炉氧化还原口位置内部钢壳上,钢板模具内部设置有锥形耐火砖,炉壳一端设置有炉壳弧形活动钢板,炉壳弧形活动钢板一端与炉壳铰接,炉壳弧形活动钢板另一端与炉壳可分离连接,锥形耐火砖与钢板模具之间的空隙由方形耐火砖堆砌填充,氧化还原管穿过炉壳弧形活动钢板和锥形耐火砖进入反应炉内。
[0007] 在阳极炉氧化还原口耐火砖使用一定时间后,该区域耐火砖厚度已不足300mm时,即可在阳极炉热态情况下拆除需更换的耐火砖,在锅炉钢板模具内,砌筑事先设计定做好的锥形氧化还原口镁质耐火砖,对锥形砖外的区域填充耐火泥及砌筑小块方砖。锅炉钢板模具内的砌筑工作完成后,即可安装炉壳弧形活动钢板,使用卡子卡好后,安装氧化还原管,阳极炉氧化还原口砖热态更换工作即告完成,阳极炉可逐渐升温恢复正常生产作业。在阳极炉不必停炉的热态情况下,在炉外实现对阳极炉氧化还原口砖的更换,更换操作简单、方便、快捷不会造成对生产较大的影响,避免了原更换方法的停炉降温又烘炉升温的大量能耗浪费。
[0008] 进一步,方形耐火砖和锥形耐火砖为镁质耐火砖,耐火度高,对碱性渣和铜渣有很好的抵抗性。
[0009] 进一步,炉壳弧形活动钢板上靠近与炉壳可分离连接的一端处设置有把手。这样设计,方便打开炉壳弧形活动钢板,更换镁质锥形耐火砖。

[0012] 如图1所示,一种可热态更换氧化还原口砖的阳极炉,包括炉壳1、反应炉2、方形耐火砖5和氧化还原管6,炉壳I内设置有方形耐火砖5堆砌成的耐火层,所述阳极炉还包括锥形耐火砖4、钢板模具3和炉壳弧形活动钢板7,炉壳I 一端设置有炉壳弧形活动钢板7,炉壳弧形活动钢板7 —端与炉壳I铰接,炉壳弧形活动钢板7另一端与炉壳I可分离连接,炉壳弧形活动钢板7上靠近与炉壳I可分离连接的一端处设置有把手8钢板模具3焊接于阳极炉氧化还原口位置内部钢壳上,钢板模具3内部设置有锥形耐火砖4,锥形耐火砖4与钢板模具3之间的空隙由方形耐火砖5堆砌填充,氧化还原管6穿过炉壳弧形活动钢板7和锥形耐火砖4进入反应炉2内。

1.一种可热态更换氧化还原口砖的阳极炉,包括炉壳(I)、反应炉(2 )、方形耐火砖(5 )和氧化还原管(6),炉壳(I)内设置有方形耐火砖(5)堆砌成的耐火层,其特征在于,所述阳极炉还包括锥形耐火砖(4)、钢板模具(3)和炉壳弧形活动钢板(7),钢板模具(3)焊接于阳极炉氧化还原口位置内部钢壳上,钢板模具(3)内部设置有锥形耐火砖(4),锥形耐火砖(4)与钢板模具(3)之间的空隙由方形耐火砖(5)堆砌填充,炉壳(I) 一端设置有炉壳弧形活动钢板(7),炉壳弧形活动钢板(7)—端与炉壳(I)铰接,炉壳弧形活动钢板(7)另一端与炉壳(I)可分离连接,氧化还原管(6)穿过炉壳弧形活动钢板(7)和锥形耐火砖(4)进入反应炉(2)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可热态更换氧化还原口砖的阳极炉,其特征在于,方形耐火砖(5)和锥形耐火砖(4)为镁质耐火砖。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可热态更换氧化还原口砖的阳极炉,其特征在于,炉壳弧形活动钢板(7)上靠近与炉壳(I)可分离连接的一端处设置有把手(8)。
